Holiday rentals with beach access in Poipu, Koloa

Fantastic Stay in Kauai! Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location was ideal—close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The space itself was just the right size, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels, which made our beach days even better. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches truly enhanced our experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai!

This is a fantastic spot situated in a lovely community. I really appreciated the amenities included with the booking, especially the snorkel and beach gear! Allison was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout.

This was the absolute perfect spot to stay on Kaua’i! Having never visited before, I am so glad we chose Kapa’a as it is easy to access nearly everything. There are so many restaurants, shops, and beaches within walking distance. Kapa’a is conveniently in the middle of everything to do both up north in Princeville as well as more south and west of the island. We made many day trips throughout the island while visiting and the drive was never more than 70 minutes. The Airbnb has bikes available to use for free, as well as beach chairs which really came in handy! The cats that hang around the complex are so friendly and sweet and greeted us whenever we came or went. The roosters took a couple days to get used to, but the earplugs left at bedside definitely helped! I would definitely stay here again next time I visit!

This place is great! Get the experience of staying at a resort at a really great value. We loved using the pool and the private beach access. It also neighbors another beautiful hotel that has a great coffee shop for sunrise. The views from the resort are the best on the island. Big shower, plenty of towels, AC and fan. We really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Todd’s condominium in Princeville. It was exactly as it was described in the pictures clearly reflected the condo. It was a perfect place for us to celebrate my husband 70th birthday and a wonderful location. Close to beaches to snorkel and boogie board! Fabulous restaurants, and fun activities nearby. The condo was clean and well stocked. We were thankful to have the washer and dryer. The neighborhood was quiet and very secluded. Loved having the beach, chairs, boards, and the umbrella with the cooler for picnics. Very very appreciative will be back!

This place was heaven for my friend and I. We drove in and saw the view and were amazed. This view could also be seen from our backyard. It was perfect for our trip and made us want to go back!

We couldn't have asked for a better location. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk, and Roz includes everything you need at the beach. The condo is the perfect size for 2 people, we enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds. We were able to walk to many local places in the area. (breakfast at Little Fish Coffee is awesome!). Staying on the south side of the island is the way to go, I hope we make it back!

We split our week long trip between the Grand Hyatt (2 days) and the KoolKondo for another 4 days. We had a meeting at the Grand Hyatt, but also wanted access to their pool and water slides for the kids. This we were able to accomplish for 3 days before checking into the KoolKondo, and then enjoyed the spacious oceanfront lodging. I loved going to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves in the background. We liked everything about the place.

This place is amazing! Quiet, private, and so much room for the six of us. It is so well taken care of and clean. If you like to cook for everyone, like me, this is the best kitchen I’ve ever had the joy of preparing meals in. Can’t say enough great things about this house and the hosts. Incredible communication. When we decide to come back, this will be our go to.

Overall great stay and Brandon was very nice and responsive. The access to the private athletic club was nice to get a workout in (gym, basketball, pickleball) / go in the pool. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful too. I thought the place would be a little bigger based on the pictures but not a big deal. Was central to poipu and great if you want to be in the south but I’d likely consider east and north area for my next visit as it’s closer to more things. Not a knock of the property but just FYI for new Kauai visitors. Appreciate the hospitality Brandon!

Island coffee and fresh pineapple for breakfast, sunrise in the cabana and a run aling the bike path on the first morning and it only got better from there. Thanks Ellen!

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, blending, etc. Bathrooms were sparkling clean (could have used more toilet tissue) We loved the view and having the surf right across the street. Would definitely recommend this property to groups or families.

Our family felt right at home, thanks to Donna! It was comfortable and clean, and really ended up being exactly how she described! We will definitely reach out to Donna next time we're coming to Kauai!

Really nicer than the pics. Goat lovely and helpful. Phenomenal location. Neighbors lovely. Great energy. Wonderful beach stuff. We used chairs, towels, balls, sandcastle stuff. So great to have everything on hand.

The home was central to the entire island. With a quiet beach just a short walk away and other amenities such as a grocery store, shopping, and restaurants only a few minutes by car I’m not sure what else one could ask for. The host was friendly and responsive. Beautiful home and fit our family of 6 perfectly

We stayed here for 5 nights with 4 kids and would definitely come back for the next trip. Great place!

Carolyn’s place is very comfortable. The location right across the beach is unbeatable. We got to see the full moon rising over the ocean. Walking/biking path in front is convenient whether you want to go for an easy stroll, a jog or a several mile long walk. There are restaurants in the area as well as a large Safeway and a couple of farmers markets as well. The condo was exactly as described; extremely clean and offered everything you might need. You can explore all of the island from there; we enjoyed using the Shaka App for an audio guide. Carolyn responded quickly when we had a question. We would definitely like to come back!

Kelly was a great host! She was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed watching both the surfers and the whales from the lanai. Great that beach items were available for our use. There was no need to use A/C with the beautiful trade winds. We all very much enjoyed our visit.

We enjoyed our stay at David and Aryana’s condo! It was a great location and we enjoyed the close proximity to many beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. The view was amazing and we saw whales and turtles from the lanai daily! Some things I wish were clearer in the description- the bedroom does not have a view, it over looks the common walkway area and the windows are frosted for privacy; there is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink; and the coin operated laundry cost $2.50 for each load in the washer and dryer. Not huge deals, but wish I knew when I was making my booking decisions!

Lovely ocean views, appreciate the second floor looking out. Great path just outside for long walks and biking. Wish we stayed much longer. Great deal for the location and space.

Kaz is very friendly. Most appreciated was notification that we could check-in early (as I had not thought to ask in advance). He gave lots of restaurant recommendations but we most often ate in. I appreciated the Brita water filter jug found in the refrigerator. I missed the notification about no laundry on site. The laundromat close by was clean and easy to access as recommended.

My family loved staying here. It really was perfect for us. The only things I didn’t like are beyond Luisa’s control. I didn’t like that it was on the 3rd floor and I didn’t like that it wasn’t on the beach! Ha! Otherwise it was a very clean and beautiful little apartment!

Overall, this was a great Air BNB. It was on the smaller side, but it had everything we needed. Host was very responsive, and we loved the beach gear provided. Thanks!
