Villa holiday rentals in Poipu Beach

We had a great time at Garys place. The location was an easy 5min walk to Brennecke's beach and Poipu beach another minute further. We loved the opening glass doors to let in the beautiful surroundings and hang out on the porch. Rooms were spacious, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything and was great for cooking and serving at the kitchen island. We also loved having the beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, cooler) to use. We had a great time, would highly recommend and stay again.

Wonderful, large 2 bedroom / 2 bath place a short walk from Poipu beach! The condo/townhouse is super nice - felt recently renovated. We easily settled in and felt comfortable lounging around in the space. Good privacy for groups because the bedrooms are on the lower level and on opposite sides. En-suite bathrooms for both (though one has a door to the hallway). A/C units and fans throughout for great climate control. Four outdoor seating areas + large living/dining space = lots of places to hangout. WiFi was fast and reliable. Main TV is huge! The pool on the property is solid - nice view of the ocean (and nice spot to hangout for the sunset). We liked that there were included beach chairs (though would have been nice to have an umbrella too). Also includes three hard-sided coolers! Would certainly go back!

Beautiful and comfortable home. Very peaceful and quiet. The ocean is right there along with some really great restaurants. We will definitely be back!

First time in Hawaii and absolutely loved Kauai and so happy we chose Gary’s place in Popui. Loved the location, the atmosphere, the accommodation, the everything. The only issues I have is, its gonna be hard to live up to for the rest of our journey.

We felt quite at home. We had a little one with us & felt the beaches, grounds & home were very toddler friendly. We loved sitting on the front lawn & watching all the sea life with good snorkeling and kiddie beaches within an easy walk

If I could give this Airbnb more stars I would. The listing was very accurate and the space was clean and inviting. Having the pool right out back and the beach a short walk away made for a very relaxing vacation. Dominika was friendly and responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

Throughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful accommodations, fully stocked kitchen & unit! (needs tongs & a potato peeler though!) The pool was peaceful and beach just a quick walk away. The blinds let in a lot of light, so if you need to nap a baby- it’s very challenging. There is so much space here & the patio is amazing. Lots of comfortable furniture. Highly recommend!

Wonderful view, location, and amenities. We stayed here with another couple, and it was the perfect amount of space for the 4 of us. We appreciated the gorgeous view, seating accommodations, and the ability to do laundry and cook in the kitchen. The grounds people were very polite and friendly, and the grounds themselves were beautiful and well-maintained. The mattresses could be updated, but we'd stay here again without hesitation.

We had an excellent “Babymoon” at this vacation getaway. The Parrish Kauai property, was easy to find, clear check-in instructions and warm and inviting upon our arrival. Check in was even available earlier than listed on our specific date. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and a beautiful sunset in the evening on the lanai. Everything was comfortable and clean. This was our 15th visit to the beautiful island of Kauai and our best thanks to our stay at Parrish Kauai! From its location right on brennecke beach, to the amenities in the apartment, the views, the serenity, it was truly bliss and our 8 days spent in the Nihi Kai villas in unit 500 were truly memorable! Grateful to Parrish Kauai for being truly responsive and making our stay unforgettable!
