This cottage is set in an idyllic location: right next to the river in an extremely picturesque hamlet. The garden is by the river, and we sat there with our drinks, watching the river go by! The cottage itself is charming and a lovely place to relax. It has all the amenities one needs, as well as easy parking. It was very peaceful. Christiane welcomed us, and was very friendly, as well as helpfully explaining what to see and where best to go. We walked to the famous church and chapel from the cottage. This was an ideal stopover for us for a couple of nights on our way back to England from the south of France, but we would happily have stayed longer to relax and explore this part of Normandy. Overall, a charming cottage in an idyllic, peaceful and beautiful setting.

As soon as you cross the threshold of the door, the safety and the cocooning spirit are felt. And we felt great there! This place is conducive to rest. And for good reason, everything was done with care: the welcome, the decor and the bedding (not the least) were great! We thank our host, Alexis, for his kindness. We will be happy to come back because this week spent here, was nothing but relaxation and healing. The maisonette is ideally located in this beautiful city. The Alpes Mancelles was a real favorite. Thanks for hosting us Alexis.

My brothers and I had a great weekend in Franck and Hervé's lovely home. Comfortable bedding, fully equipped kitchen, etc. Special mention for the river at the foot of the house which immersed us in a relaxing and meditative environment. Thank you!

This was my second time staying at this charming home, and a third for a friend. We like that it is a good base for exploring that part of Normandy. It's quiet and comfortable with a nice wood stove, and we took advantage of the well equipped kitchen to have dinners at home. And Ferdinand the donkey was a plus. I liked waking up naturally, but bring an eye mask if you're sensitive to the morning light.

Hi, The host's welcome was excellent: warm, accommodating and very understanding, especially when we had to change our dates last minute. The house is pleasant, well maintained, well equipped, and the rooms are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 7-8 guests. We had a lovely stay, relaxing and exotic with these beautiful landscapes of Normandy Switzerland! Very welcoming hosts! We didn't lack anything, the house is very well-equipped. Lots of hikes nearby, a GR passes right next to the house and leads to Clecy in 25 min.

Perfect accommodation for a getaway with friends or family, total comfort, very beautiful decoration, with a welcoming atmosphere in which you can easily feel comfortable. Very nice accommodation, we arrived at the same time as the owner was going out. I found it very friendly, indeed she had come back to make sure the pellet stove was full, and put a log back in the fireplace so that we were warm. Everything is clean. The spa part is really good. We were able to stay together with a sometimes different activity, sauna, jacuzzi and aperitif/ board games on the couch. The rooms are nice. No noise. And thank you for the little touches in the morning. We hope to be back soon. Thank you.😊
