Beachfront holiday rental in Pointe aux Piments

We had a lovely stay! The property and the little house were lovingly designed/furnished. Isabelle, who also lives on the property herself, is very kind and helpful. You fall asleep to the sound of the sea and wake up with birdsong. It can also get a little louder in the neighborhood, but at humane times. The bed was very comfortable and you just feel comfortable. Swimming is difficult as it is very flat for a very long time. The house has many little touches that are well thought out and make the stay very pleasant. I would stay there again anytime 😇

We had the pleasure of experiencing Andy as a host in his beautiful private villa and highly recommend him! Andy was always friendly, accommodating and helpful – nothing was missing. The villa complies 100% with the description and is simply fantastic. Especially the location is an absolute dream – every evening we could enjoy the sunset to the fullest. The housekeeper Reka welcomed us very warmly and explained everything to us in this spacious, modern and clean 3-room apartment, where we lacked nothing. We felt right at home and received many good tips regarding shopping and bus. Baboo gave us a meal that Reka cooked according to our wishes. It tasted excellent! We definitely highly recommend this place!

We had a fabulous family holiday at Bluemoon Villa. The villa has a homely, casual beach vibe and had everything we could need. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful and cooked or prepped for us on a few occasions. The villa is situated right on a lovely beach.

The apartment is clean. The residence is quiet. The large rooftop terrace is well exposed and allows you to see the ocean and enjoy the wind to cool off in the evening. Only downside: the brightness at sunrise: no shutters so for those who have trouble sleeping with daylight, it will be necessary to provide a night mask! Close to the beach (public and also a nice beach club), a restaurant around the corner quite noisy with music that you hear when dining on the terrace but which closes early and is absolutely not disturbing to sleep. Nice little restaurants in the nearby area but take the car to go to the more lively neighborhood of Trou aux Biches. Close to Grand Baie (supermarket, shops, activity centers and excursions) by car.

We had a great time at Quentin’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. His father in law Noah helped us organize things. His whole family was super nice. We really enjoyed staying there.

We had a great time! Listing is as described, clean and in a good location. The beachfront pool was just amazing, perfect for relaxing with a beautiful view. The place is also very well secured, which is particularly reassuring. Host was very responsive and thoughtful. Everything was together for a perfect stay, I would recommend this place without hesitation!

We are regulars of Mauritius and this stay is the best! The Villa is quiet, no noise (just the birds and the sound of the wind in the palm trees) and at the end of the street the Wynners supermarket and the beach a few minutes walk away. The Villa is spacious, tastefully decorated, the materials are of quality and the bedding is perfect. There are all the kitchen amenities needed for a stay like home (even the Christmas tree). Hosts Dean and Tanya are lovely, incredibly kind and available to answer any questions. We were even invited by Dean who has 2 great restaurants in Pereybere, we had the privilege of discovering the delicious food that is served, Thai and Mauritian cuisine. You can go there without a second thought. One regret for us, that we didn't stay longer. Thank you so much Dean and Tanya thanks to you we have unforgettable memories as a family.

This is such a beautiful place to stay. The accommodation is spacious and has everything you need - Michel also listens to feedback from guests and responds eg the installation of a dishwasher. The views are wonderful and we enjoyed many evenings watching the sunset from the balcony or having a BBQ. Michel was a brilliant host as others have said and so helpful yet discreet.

Five of us stayed at Marion’s place for two weeks in a work stint in Mauritius. It was perfect. Marion was super helpful and accommodating, even helped us get a car for the stay. Wendy the cleaner was also amazing! Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic stay. The view from the villa is amazing and it is well equipped and comfortable. The hosts were generous and left water, some cold local beers and charcoal for the Weber to start us off. The pool overlooks the ocean and sliding doors open up to the outside deck which is a great place to relax. There is a village 10 minutes away where you can buy fresh fish from the local fisherman as the boats come in. Shandil allowed us a late checkout which was very helpful as we had a late flight back. Great experience overall.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ti Lakaz and felt at home from the moment we arrived. Sophie, Valérie and her team have furnished the house with impeccable taste, great care, and thoughtfulness. Every detail has been considered to make guests feel welcome, and the house is full of thoughtful touches that impressed us all. From the selection of books, as well as toys and games for the children—including items for the pool and beach—to the fully equipped, modern kitchen stocked with all the essentials for easy, everyday cooking, everything exceeded our expectations. It was an unforgettable experience!

A lovely villa in a quiet location with just a few houses. We had perfect comunication with Isabelle who also checked us in. The house is spacious and air-condioned throughout if this suits you. There were few other people using the pool, all of whom were very friendly and helpful. Sylvana prepared two Creole meals for us that were really delicious. Thank you for making our stay special, Sylvana and Isabelle!

the place is ideally located a few steps away from the beach . The house is modern and clean and very functional, nicely decorated and spacious. The outside area is enjoyable at any time of the day thanks to the protected veranda. Nice to have a shower and a water point to be able to rinse and hand stuff from the beach . Airconditioning in each room makes even the hottest nights cool - even though it was not always necessary. Good supplier of kitchenware. The beach is good for kids and water sports, always very quiet even on the busiest days. no noise from neighbors or road as the location is secluded enough. If back to Mauritius, we will be back!

The penthouse apartment is spacious and has three bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom/toilet. The biggest bedroom also has a spacious terrace. Meals with several people can be taken outside on the balcony at the dining table available there, but it was quite warm during our stay. The pool is great and in the sea you will find great coral benches if you swim a little further out. We did not identify dangerous currents. There are many sea urchins near the shore, so you should be careful.

Julien’s house was beautiful! The garden leads directly to the beach and we watched amazing sunsets from there . The kitchen was well equipped and the house was spotless . The area is quiet and peaceful . Julien was very responsive and dealt with our questions quickly . All in all, the perfect, relaxing stay !

Natalie's bungalow was a very nice surprise for us. Cosy, well appointed, clean and ideally located, it offers a peaceful atmosphere, away from the large resorts that dominate the coast. The small garden, with its fresh mangoes to pick up every morning for breakfast, was a real enchantment and makes you want to come back without hesitation

We enjoyed staying at this house. We appreciated the snacks - especially for the kids. We were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Marina's place is awesome. We stayed as a family of 4 and enjoyed every minute. It looks exactly like the photos, the location is ideal and the house has everything you need. I would love to stay there again sometime.

From start to finish our stay was perfect! Bobby and Venise welcomed us on arrival and made us feel at ease. They had left milk, tea, coffee etc so we didn’t have to rush to get supplies. The house is clean, well kept and comfortable with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. There is on site security and automatic gates to access the site. Bobby even brought us new garden chairs for the beach as the old ones were a little rusty! Beach towels are supplied and there is a swimming pool on site. There are plenty of things to do locally in Grand Baie with bars and restaurants, shops, street food stalls and of course fantastic beaches within a very short drive. We highly recommend Venise and Bobby as hosts and the accommodation is first class!
