Beach condo holiday rentals in Point Pleasant Beach

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Ami’s! You couldn’t ask for a better location if you want to be close to the beach. The home was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the large front porch for our early morning coffee and late night conversations. If we return to Seaside, we would book this home again! Thank you!

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

Very responsive. Easy and clear check in and check out instructions. Friendly and genuinely concerned about his guests having a good experience. Walkable to Hotel LBI and the water.

Myke was a great host! He thought of everything! His place is wonderful and clean! You can really tell he is very thoughtful and considerate of his guests! The location is perfectly walkable to the beach and many great restaurants and shops!

Charleen and Nick were perfect hosts. We were in town for a music festival and they were very accommodating of our unique schedule. The stay was lovely. The beach and boardwalk are only a block away and we took full advantage!

Our stay was very peacefull and quiet, exactly what we was looking for, we had an issue with the internet due to a outage and the host did everything he could to get the problem resolve but we all know how cable companies work they dont care, well the host was generous enougth to refund $100 to us for the issue, we will defently stay again and again. Thanks Tristen and we will be back, highly recomended.

Daniel was fantastic from start to finish. Kind, helpful, and respectful. His condo was well taken care of and clean, exactly as he had shown in the ad. honesty, if i could have rented forever, I would. please book with him, you'll get a great place to stay and an amazing host.

Dave was fantastic to work with. We had some issues with arrival and departure times fitting in with the contracted listing and he was 100% willing and able to help. This would be a perfect location in the summer since it’s so close to the ocean and the bay. It’s also super safe since it’s less than a block from the police/fire station. This speaks to the soundproofing of the condo since I only heard brief sirens one time in our 9 day stay. The beds were great — fresh clean linens and plushy mattresses. We would absolutely stay again.

Our family and our lab Ryder had a wonderful time this week 8/3/24-8/10/24. The condo is perfect. A short walk to the beach, very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities and special touches like the dog mat when we first walked in. Looked exactly like the pics! Neighbors were friendly and our dog was able to make new friends with other dogs in the neighborhood during his daily walks. Centrally located to shopping and the boardwalk. Host Maria was extremely responsive to any questions we had and made us feel at home. Thanks for letting us stay!

The hosts were super flexible and welcoming! It was a crazy busy weekend around the area so I was so lucky to find this gem! Lovely spot, close to the beach and they provide so much to make your stay easy! Will definitely be back! Thank you !!!

Really cute, tidy, and well furnished apartment close to the beach. Easy check in and great communication with Chris. Too bad we chose the coldest days of the winter so far for a visit to the beach!

We had a great time staying here. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms were spacious and both bathrooms with tub and shower options were fantastic. The house was clean and had the basic necessities you needed. The location was so convenient. We were only a couple of blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. Around the corner is a convenience store and a few blocks down is a breakfast place. We didn’t get to use the pool during our short stay because we mostly hung out at the beach but it looked nice and clean! Also parking space for two cars was really helpful so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Kishore is very nice. He reached out to us before checking in to let us know the weather condition and that we can check in early. He is very responsive whenever I had a question. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Great house, I can say everything was more than I expected! Very clean, comfortable and big house, good location, quiet and friendly neighborhood, nice to walk and good restaurants around. The host Will was very nice and flexible. Highly recommend!

"The space was perfect. Right on the beach with an access ramp onto the sand. We used the city's sand wheelchair a few times, and it was great. Lifeguards were so helpful and kind. They were an excellent resource while you're staying there. Walking distance to several restaurants, casual and fancy. Quiet roads nearby where our two kids rode bikes at all hours of the day. We also walked to the bayside to watch the sunset, a pleasant 5 min walk. The host was responsive and very helpful."

Fantastic location and completely updated, clean, and comfortable rental. Everything you need is provided, including beach equipment. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier. Paula and Dwight were extremely responsive and gracious hosts and went out of their way to answer any questions and provide support when needed. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the house! Everything was as listed. AJ was responsive and reached out with clear instructions on check in and house tips. The location was amazing, so close to the beach, and the neighbors in the rest of the house were very friendly. We loved chilling on the porch, and the quietness of Ocean Grove with the proximity of the more busy town of Asbury only about 3/4 of a mile away is perfect! Thanks again and we wil surely be looking to book again in the future!

We had a great weekend. The space met our family’s needs and its close proximity to the beach was convenient. It was also helpful to be able to use the bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, and beach tags. The host kept in contact and answered any questions I had. What a fun getaway!

Nice simple place close to the beach and the Stone Pony. Free street parking available about a 5 minute walk away. Street parking by unit is pay by meter. Perfect location. Good AC. Would recommend for anyone coming with a group of 6 to the beach or the live shows at Stone Pony summer stage.

This home is as advertised. Spotlessly clean, very nice comfortable bedrooms where everyone had their own space, large kitchen table for family dinners, well appointed kitchen. Proximity to beach and boardwalk was perfect. The added bonus of beach chairs and beach badges were a welcome touch! We also loved the rooftop, great views of the bay and you could see the ocean. Will stay here again
