Holiday houses in Poetto

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

The accommodation has everything you need. It is very clean and we immediately felt at home. In the fridge, there was water, cola and 2 beers. We thought that was very thoughtful. The furnishings or from the technical up to date. We also felt very safe. Michele and Carla were very nice and accommodating. The location of the accommodation is quiet and the beach is about a 7-minute walk away The Pizzaria Roby in the village, an absolute highlight. The location must rent a car, you can be in Villasimius in 20 minutes. Thank you so much for the great place to stay with you.

Anna is a great host; very friendly and a great communicator. Her villa is simply delightful. In a stunning setting, it’s light & airy and has beautiful views. The villa is extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. We loved watching the sun set from the veranda and being able to have meals outside. The pool is perfect too! Anna gave us many recommendations for local restaurants and shops.. The local supermarket has wonderful fresh bread, meat, delicious homemade ravioli and there’s a good fishmonger on site. You definitely need to have a car there but it’s a really peaceful place to stay. We’d love to go back another time.

I stayed at this place and can only recommend! The apartment is superb, with a beautiful view that makes every moment even more special. In addition, it is conveniently located less than 8 minutes walk to a very quiet and friendly small beach. I especially loved the outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing after a day at the beach. A really enjoyable experience. I will come back without hesitation!

What else can I say, great apartment, very very nice, managed very well and you find everything you need, nothing is missing, not to mention the excellent cleanliness I am often in Sardinia for family reasons I have stayed in many different places and here I can write that I have seen the difference, the apartment is located in a quiet intimate historic area and with a view of the church bell tower which in the evening has its beauty, if I have to be picky, the parking, if you think of parking in front of the entrance door it is not like that. I highly recommend it, thank you for your availability, clarity and hospitality, see you soon.

Simply excellent: superb villa, spacious, well-equipped. Completely as described. Super responsive hosts. We had a perfect week. 8 minutes maximum walk to the beach, 10 minutes drive to the beautiful Poetto beach and 30 minutes to the center of Cagliari (car very useful for visiting the surroundings). We had an amazing week at Davide's house. Beautiful view , nice patio and lovely pool. Davide was very kind and responded quickly to our messages when we had questions. The house had everything you need and extra luxurious was that all bedrooms had their own bathroom .

Elisa was a great host! The flat was even prettier than the pictures and really clean. She was available per text and super helpful and nice. Parking was always available in the same street. Thank you for an uncomplicated stay!
