The apartment looked even better in person than on the photos! Great endowment and an amazing location with the sea, shopping facilities and great restaurants within spitting distance. The host was always accessible to help with the aircon etc. All in all a great experience and holiday!

Our stay was really fantastic! We were received in a very friendly manner and felt comfortable right from the beginning. The place was modern, new and well equipped – nothing was missing. We especially loved the relaxed atmosphere and the beautiful amenities such as the pool and sauna, which is why we will definitely be back. A few small notes: It would have been nice if larger towels had been provided for the pool, sauna and shower. Also, the fridge was so cold that it frozen everything, and we couldn't adjust the temperature unfortunately. Another point is that the hot tub that is being advertised could not be used in winter as no water was filled – that was a little disappointing. Despite these little things, it was a beautiful stay that we very much enjoyed!

what a great place! nestled omg the mountains and the vineyards, Elisabetta has done a great job in organising nice apartments woth great local breakfast and a sauna and wood fired hot tub. you will be greeted by several very sweet dogs. the apartment was at a great temperature and had everything you needed. beds had food sheets and were comfortable. she also had good local suggestions and really helped us out with connecting with a local garage. we'd love to come back! tip: try their peach juice!

Daniela is a great hostess who goes above and beyond to make her guests happy. We were surprised several times with our own baksels. From homemade cakes to croissants, everything was delicious. We also enjoyed our own honey from the beehives. Of course, there are also a lot of bees in the area. You'll notice that when you're by the pool. The apartment was completely complete. Beautiful bathroom, great kitchen with all the essentials, air conditioning and also screens for the windows. The pool and the sunbeds were great. The surroundings with all Daniela's recommendations were very nice. All in all, we had a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

It was a wonderful/ relaxing break within the alps. The house felt like home, the host was always there for questions asked and the surroundings are inpresive.

We were lucky to rent this flat, and honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The flat is well-organized, exceptionally clean, modern, and incredibly spacious. Location: It's just a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it very convenient. If you're driving, the flat offers easy private parking, and the highway is only a 2-minute drive away. When we opted for a taxi to visit the busy part of town, it took around 15 minutes and cost 20-25 euros. The host was very welcoming, and we immediately felt at home with a warm Italian family-style reception. and giving us all recommendation nearsit shops and delicious bakery in the area. the area is very safe and calm neighborhood . The flat itself was large, and the balcony was a highlight—we thoroughly enjoyed having our morning coffee there. I highly recommend this flat, especially for families or couples looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Overall great villa, very spacious and modern for the price! It’s a bit out of the way of amenities but wasn’t a problem for us. The only down side was the noisy dogs that live opposite the villa, they became quite annoying when trying to relax by the pool.

We had a wonderful time at this fantastically beautiful place! The view was simply breathtaking – especially the view from the sauna directly on the lake was an absolute highlight. Communication with Massimo was excellent, he was always available and very helpful. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt completely comfortable. Cascina Distrutta is a really charming accommodation, well furnished and complete with everything. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, large bathrooms with recent sanitary ware, fireplaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the point of forgetting the TV. Marta has always responded quickly and has always been available for any need. For complete information, I leave some additional information that I had initially misunderstood for the benefit of those who will come to stay in the near future: the quadruple in the attic and a double room have the independent bathroom, the other two double rooms have the shared bathroom connected by an antechamber with communicating doors. The sauna (when I am writing this text) costs 30 euros per day and needs the opening and early ignition by the neighbor. A wood box for the fireplace always available from the neighbor costs 10 euros, the soap present in the bathrooms is only the washing machine without shampoo/shower

We had a very good time in this house, for the house itself, for its location and the view in which it is immersed. Very welcoming and nothing is missing, equipped with any extra. The presence of animals in the courtyard enriches and makes the experience even more beautiful, we really enjoyed cuddling them. Lastly, but most importantly, the owner Silvana was absolutely helpful, kind and met all our needs, which contributed greatly to a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay again.

The stay with Alessandro was very special. The accommodation was neatly clean and very romantic. We were allowed to eat in his own restaurant and cook in the evening. In short, a great place that we won't forget !

10/10 stay! Absolutely beautiful property. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the yard for our dogs. The amenities of sauna and pool were fantastic. The interior of the apartment was spotless and well-decorated. The house was on a very private road with no through traffic, however, it was immediately located near major roads and restaurants, making it extremely convenient! The hosts were so kind and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Really beautiful and well-maintained structure. A large pool area with a great view. The house has two facilities: the rustic (with a barbecue fireplace and a living room with Ping pong/kitchenette and useful things) and the main house with 3 bathrooms, a large living room, an open kitchen on the table and window overlooking the garden, large and spacious rooms, 3 bathrooms of which one large. Excellent cleanliness, very nice and warm welcome: it is difficult to feel bad in Ca’ d’ Ros!
