Very nice, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The hot tub is the cherry on the cake. I recommend this house in a peaceful setting! Perfect stay!

We were very pleased. This is how we imagined the place. The surrounding area is very quiet. Trips to Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale as well as of course Fort la Lstte and Cap Frehel were very nice. Also very nice bike paths. I would be happy to come back.

We had a nice week. We were 5 adults and a teenager. The house is functional, bright and tastefully decorated. The hot tub is easy to access, protected from sight, and the terrace is nice. The house is as described. There are shops nearby even if in this season (February holidays) it is rather very quiet.

We had a great time at the end of the year. The accommodation is large and well arranged with a nice decoration and above all a very nice view. High-quality bedding allowed us to rest well. Maybe a small downside regarding the garbage bags and dishwasher tablets that were not provided. Overall we are delighted with our week😊. Thank you Serena

Great place for 10 people! The owners are very nice, the house is great and very well remodeled. Minutes from the sea, that's fine. I recommend it!

We had a fabulous week at Sylvie's place. The cottage is perfect for a family of 4, tastefully decorated, spacious rooms and everything we needed. Our puppy was safe in the little garden which was very convenient! As for the village, it completely seduced us: we ate fish and seafood every day thanks to the fishmonger at Simon's, did our shopping at Mimi's, eat at the Frégate, and walked trails and beaches and all this on foot from home! The surroundings are also magical: the island of Brehat, Paimpol, the abbey, Treguier, the furrow ... in short, it was a perfect week and we will be back!!

Excellent stay at Sylvain's place (host of very good contact). The apartment is bright, very well-equipped, comfortable, and functional. Beautiful environment, once your vehicle is parked in the private parking lot, it's easy to start walks on the GR34. of course it's also possible to go a few kilometers nearby to discover the area (i.e. Paimpol). We would definitely recommend this listing. Thanks again to Sylvain for hosting us.

Clean apartment, well equipped and with great views. The place is well located for visiting the Pink Granite Coast and Emerald Coast.

Magali's place is true to the photos and its description. An apartment with the advantages of a small house, with space and small garden. Well equipped and close to the port on foot like shops and restaurants. Pleasant decor and possibility to bring our dog, perfect, we'll be happy to come back!

Raphael is a very friendly and helpful host. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is exactly as described and also looks like on the photos. It is a very tastefully modernized old building with beautiful wooden floorboards that creak in places, which hardly bothered us. We enjoyed everything very much, also the bed was comfortable. Initially it smelled a little damp in the bedroom, but after ventilation and heating everything was fine. I particularly loved the large Philips Smart TV with Ambilight and the sound bar with the great sound. The wifi was also very fast and stable. When parking in front of the apartment on the street, we were also lucky and always found something free. We were very pleased about the welcome package in the form of buckwheat cookies and a bottle of cider and water each. Thank you very much. And thank you for the beautiful and highly recommended stay!
