Régis was very friendly and very welcoming, everything is extremely well thought out, the apartment is really very comfortable (excellent bedding),all the amenities possible, a 5-star and impeccably clean, not to mention the view and the magnificent sunsets, a waterfront experience to live absolutely,it's only happiness! with the beach almost at the foot of the steps 😁

The apartment is very nice. The place is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal for visiting the pink granite coast.

The accommodation is very well located to radiate on the different visits and hikes. This one is spacious, clean and with all the amenities you need for a stay. Claire was present at our arrival and departure which allows us to communicate live. We have fond memories of this stay thanks to our host, his place and this beautiful area.

This bright apartment is located close to the sea and shops. Easy to access and tastefully furnished, it was a real pleasure to spend these few days in Perros Guirec.

impeccable accommodation, very clean .plein.pied pleasant as well as the view, we extended our stay by a day...just a small downside the opening of the glass window, very difficult to open...The rest impeccable..

The apartment was refurbished and very clean. The bed linen and towels smelled clean. All the basic equipment was there. The residence is easy to find, very quiet and well located in the city. I recommend it without a problem.

Very clean and well-equipped apartment, ideally located for discovering the Pink Granite Coast. Françoise and her husband are very welcoming and accommodating hosts. Parking space is a real plus.

Nice functional apartment. The location is great , the sea a short walk away! Shops are within walking distance as well as the gr34 just in front of the apartment!

We had a pleasant stay at Lena's apartment after our 10-day journey on the GR34. This one is very well equipped, nicely decorated and ideally located for discovering the pink granite coast. Several restaurants in the village and some shops... We would highly recommend...

The apartment in Perros Guirec is very quiet, 150m from the sea. It is a duplex apartment with terrace. We enjoyed our stay thanks to Yohan who was available and very welcoming. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The only downside is that the location of the apartment did not allow us to find a restaurant open in the evening on foot (certainly because of the season, February)

Very classic apartment in terms of layout and decoration but which has the advantage of being very well located, close to all amenities (restaurants, supermarket, shop, beaches and hiking departure) and with the essentials for a good stay. Big plus for the sea view and the sound of the waves to fall asleep. Nadine welcomed us pleasantly into the accommodation.

Very nice apartment and very well located above a beautiful beach and a few meters from the GR34 hiking trail which allowed us to discover this magnificent pink granite coast. Lucie's place is pretty, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is conveniently located for visiting one of the most beautiful parts of the Breton coastline. A big thank you to Lucie for her availability, her welcome and her good mood!

We spent a beautiful week at this seaside apartment in Perros-Guirec. The building, very iconic and visible from the entire bay, overlooks the ocean and offers an unobstructed, almost unreal view of the sea. It's a real privilege to enjoy this panorama from home! The apartment, in addition to its incredible view, is charming and perfectly equipped: a real cocoon where we immediately felt at home. As the owners have the intelligence of accepting pets, we were able to enjoy with our four-legged companion this stay which was a wonderful break that allowed us all to refuel for the end of the year. In addition, the location of the rental is ideal for exploring the area. We discovered Perros-Guirec and its surroundings through great walks/hikes, enjoying the beauty of the Breton coast. We leave delighted, with beautiful memories and the desire to come back!

Everything was perfect and met our expectations. There's a good chance we'll come back.

Despite the positive review, there are a few important issues to note here. 'Leavetown' is actually 'Odalys Domaine des Roches Jaunes' holiday residence. Odlays have some questionable policies including inflated wifi rates, charged per user per day, with the 3/4G internet connection coincidentally blocked from the flats. They also charge to use the TV and the BBQ... Despite the issues mentioned I would highly recommend staying here. The location is right on the beach, the staff are friendly, the place is clean. Maison Kerdies is a Michelin recommended restaurant within walking distance.
