Condo holiday rentals in Pleasure Island

Well, the “storm with no name” took over our weather but we still had a great time considering! The place is exactly as described. It’s extra nice being on an end unit btw 😁. We enjoyed the pool the most!

Overall I loved my stay. I was there for about a month and worked remotely while there. The place has everything you could need for a long term stay. There were 3 large storms that came through during my stay including hurricane helene. Kimberly always sent a message before hand to inform me of storms and that she was keeping an eye on them. The internet was knocked out by one and she provided a new internet service the very next day. There is beach access directly across the road. The only problem I had during my stay was getting there the first day my phone directed me to drive on canal st. You don’t need to and at certain times of the month this road will flood to the point of not being able to drive through. As I’m not from a coastal area this was a learning experience, so for reference you may want to avoid that street.

Enjoyed the stay at Denise's place. Central location not far from boardwalk or restaurants. Denise was very responsive and informative.

Location, location, location! Perfect spot to come and go, beach was so conveniently located and easy to access. I personally loved taking random rock climbs with my dog. The condo was perfectly set up for one person or more. Sunrise coffee, some music. Sunset drink, some music and salt in the air! Neighbors weren’t an issue at all. Thank you Kevin & Jordan!

Stuart is friendly, very proactive about communicating, so you know what to expect & quick to respond. The condo was exactly as described and even nicer! The Master bed was super comfortable - (& I do have a bad back!;) Though set back because this building is overlooking the pool, it still has a beautiful front and center view of the ocean. Everything at Stuart’s place was wonderful & we would absolutely love to stay here again!😊

Great location, between the marina & across the street from the ocean. Within walking distance to restaurants & the boardwalk. I thought the place was a little small for the $425/night cost (after all of the fees were calculated), but it worked out just fine for our short stay. Host accommodated us rescheduling due to the hurricane, so I was definitely happy about that!

This place is hard to beat on Wrightsville Beach if you're looking for an ocean view, easy beach access, and premium parking. An ideal setting for our family of 4. The balcony overlooking the beach is roomy and amazing for watching the sunrise. Several restaurants and shops are under a 5 minute walk, and grocery store a 5 minute drive away. We plan to return!

Third time staying at the Pipeline. Very quiet and just a short walk to 2 beach accesses. Perfect place to get away!

Amanda was great and responded quickly to my messages. She provided great instructions on how to check-in and out.

I had a lovely stay at Simone's place. Just minutes to Carolina Beach and about 25 minutes to downtown Wilmington. The unit was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Simone was responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Carolina Beach is always a fantastic place to stay. Island time was quaint, well equipped and within walking distance to a public beach access. You can hear the waves from the ocean and take in the view of the canal across the street while enjoying the breeze on the small deck. Would recommend and will book again.

The place and the host was great! It was really clean and just as described. It was just what we needed for the week. The only thing to know is that while it is right by the beach, it is in an area of the beach that is a little less swimming friendly. It's more narrow and rocky in parts. You can swim, but we chose to go down to the main peer in town for laying out/swimming at the beach. I really liked the boardwalk/peer restaurant and bar that we could walk to from the condo. That was a bonus. Host seriously was so nice and responsive. Thank you!

This is an excellent place to stay to explore downtown Wilmington and the riverfront. The place was as described in the listing and the photos, plus many unexpected extra touches such as coffee/tea, snacks, and laundry and cleaning supplies. The place was comfortable (including the bed), and had everything you might need for cooking meals (great appliances). Jody and Josh were super attentive and quickly helped me with a few things when needed. I even had to stay a couple extra nights due to the historic snowstorm. Many great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and things to do. I loved running the boardwalk in the mornings, and while it was a little too cold to enjoy the balcony, watching the sunset over the river with the fireplace on was a highlight!

We had a great time at Suzanne's place for my mom's 70th birthday getaway. Wrightsville is a favorite of ours and being right on the ocean was fantastic! Plenty of room for the four of us and the balcony was perfection!

I know it was off season when we went but it was very quiet. Loved both front and back decks to sit outside. we have been many times to Carolina Beach and this is the first time we were really able to explore the north part of the island. I didn't have to speak to Gregg or Alicia because all instructions were very clear and simple. Great stay!

“Snowed in at the beach” … words I never expected to say. But here I was, with my 3 day trip extended to 5. The view from the living room and the deck was exquisite!!! Even with the doors closed, you can hear the ocean sounds while sitting on the couch. Before I arrived, i received a message from Zack letting me know I could check in early if I wanted. I did have to extend my stay on a day by day basis due to the weather and Zack was very accommodating!! The condo was clean and as described. Since I was snowed in, I did quite a bit of basic cooking and had everything I needed. Loved my stay here and will definitely be back!!!

This condo was perfect for a long weekend get away for my husband and I. Sunni was great helping us get checked in even when our flight put us in super late. The location was awesome with a great beach right out front, lots of places to eat close by, and plenty of entertainment and relaxation. This condo was perfect. You will enjoy your stay.

Mike was an amazing host, who communicated well and responded quickly! The place was somehow nicer than the pictures and we are already planning our next trip. Easy walk to the boardwalk and numerous choices of places to eat. Great place!

It was a great state place to stay with kids close to everything even recommended golf cart rental, which was awesome. Had a great time beautiful place.

Cute little place. Loved how close we were to the beach and lots of restaurants in walking distance.
