Holiday houses in Pleasant Prairie

Our cozy cottage was exactly as promised. We were welcomed with a sign on the door with our name, fireplace was on, a bottle of wine, and plentiful cheese plate chilling in the fridge. We didn’t need a thing. Heated bathroom floors and large soaking tub were extravagant amenities for us. Breakfast was stowed in the fridge for our first morning. What a bounty of foods and beverages! Everything delicious. It was such a pleasure to totally relax in such a place where everything was thought out with us in mind. We will certainly be back very soon. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our stay in the winter for our daughter's wedding!! The list is long of all the little things the house has that allowed us to remain focused on gathering with friends and family and not need to run around and acquire basic items. Two of my favorites was the large number of coffee mugs! We had brought a French press, but I was overjoyed to find one in the well-appointed kitchen.....it was very cold for our Southern guests and the coffee was in demand! The front room offered a surprisingly beautiful view of the sunrise over Lake Michigan...in the winter, and it made for a lovely greeting with snow on the ground. Joe was very responsive, gracious, personable, and helpful. There is everything guests need for a truly relaxing stay regardless of the time of year. The front room allows for both intimate conversations and larger meals. Our visit was magical and the house...made us feel at home....which in turn flowed to our family. Thank you!!

George’s place was wonderful - easily one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. The location on the lake was incredible and the house was full of everything that you needed for a fun and relaxing family vacation or get together. It was impeccable and well- maintained, with plenty of amenities and linens as well. They even had thoughtful seasonal decorating for our trip. We would love to stay there again!

Beautiful house and so comfortable inside and out. My bestie and my dog were in Lake Geneva for the weekend and very much enjoyed The Clean Slate. The weather was perfect! The house was just as described. Highly recommended!!!!

This was a perfect getaway lake house for my husband and I to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The home was comfortable, clean, and cozy and the view of the lake was beautiful and relaxing. It was a quiet and perfect place for us to unwind, reconnect, and celebrate. Rebecca was beyond accomodating. She graciously offered an extra night (at no cost) due to the house cleaning schedule and when I asked if there were binoculars at the home, she responded immediately with "no, but what a great idea, I will have them delivered to the house before your arrival." When we arrived, we were welcomed with a basket of treats, bottle of wine, and personal sign - so sweet!! There isn't anything we would change about our weekend getaway and would absolutely book again!! Thanks, Rebecca!

I really enjoyed my stay here. it's very cozy and had all the amenities I needed. there is only one vent in the bathroom so leave the door open for heats. but othe then that, a very comfy bed and clean. I will definitely be staying here on my return trips.

This is our 2nd time renting this home over Christmas! He had a tree up for us!! Lots of space for our family to spread out. Great views of Lake Michigan. Kyle was extremely accommodating & responsive! We’ll be back!

Place was BEAUTIFUL! Right on the water with amazing view and nice deck outside master bedroom, upstairs, overlooking the lake! Will stay again
