Beachfront holiday rental in Playacar

ex an exelente place, the location is more than great, it is the second time that we have hospitalized here and certainly not the last, you get to walk everywhere! we love...thank you

Eduardo’s place was very central and close to everything. Eduardo was very responsive when we needed anything. It’s a small place perfect for 2 but there’s everything you need : cooking items, oil, salt, snorkelling equipment, sunscreen. You can see that Eduardo put a lot of thoughts and love making this place welcoming. The beach is 4 minutes away, the best paleteria very close, we loved it! It’s on a busy street so it can get noisy at time but it gets quieter at night. It’s near a private airport but we only heard 1 small plane in the 4 days we spent there. Thank you Eduardo!

The place is really comfortable and safe, the premises are great: pool, padel, running, etc. The apartment is new, with all the furnitures necessary to feel at home. Carlos was very kind, good communications and he gave us good restaurants recomendatios. I highly recommend it, I will be back soon!!

We had a fabulous stay! All the bedrooms were comfortable and the location was fantastic. Loved being able to hear the waves from our bed.

We had a nice stay at Cantera’s place. Pros: The rooftop pool was great. Location was perfect as the place was close to the beach and just around the corner from 5th Ave. Cons: Did not receive check in instructions until just before we arrived. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the floors seemed a bit dirty. Overall, a good place to stay due to the location and beautiful rooftop pool.

I had a beautyful stay at this place that feels like a little jungle oasis. It was wonderful spending time at the rooftop, watch the sunrise or the stars at night, with all the green nature. Citlali is an amazing woman and host, i felt at home right away. She was responsive troughout my stay and i saw her every morning in the garden with the dogs. The Studio has everything you need. Close to the blue flaged pretty beach of Esmeralda.I felt like i made new friends during my stay of 10 days. I always felt save and welcomed. I loved spending time with her, the dogs and the cats. Hope to be back, it was an outstanding stay. I would highly recommend it. Muchas gracias Citlali Hasta luego ❤️

Our stay at Juan's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and spacious the place was. The beautiful decor and thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't have been better—close to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Everything was accurately described in the listing, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. Juan was an exceptional host, always available for questions and providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. This was my first time visiting Playa del Carmen. Christian provided outstanding communication and assistance in guiding me throughout the stay. Nice job. The location makes getting around the main area very easy and quick. You are a 2 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to main pedestrian walkway where I found most people go.

Matt plus the staff at Zamá Homes did an amazing job communicating with my family and me, and making us feel right at home. The place is beautiful; the photos don’t do the place justice. It’s as pictured and better. The location is amazing; walking distance to all the major clubs, restaurants, etc. And the hosting staff, once again, made this place feel like we were staying at a resort not just any Airbnb. 100% would stay here again next time I’m in Playa Del Carmen.

Place was really great! Perfect space for 8 of us to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary together. The beach was beautiful and on property restaurants served good food and drinks. Downtown Playa del Carmen was an easy walk or cab ride.

Wonderful location. The beach club was a nice touch included in the penthouse rental price. I highly recommend getting off the beaten path (Quinta Avenida) and trying the local smaller restaurants. Fantastic food and friendly people. Also, I'd recommend brushing up on your rudimentary Spanish - people are very friendly when you speak in their native tongue!

Beautiful apartment that is very will furnished. The location is an easy walk to the beach or to Fifth Avenue. The apartment was very comfortable for our group of six. We loved the condominium itself. The pool was even better in person than pictured. The front desk and security staff were friendly. There's also a gym available which was a nice surprise although, just to be aware, an appointment is required for use due to COVID.

The hosts were very responsive and the unit was very nice.

The apartment is just like the photos, the condominium is beautiful and well cared for. The pool is exquisite and the beach is a short distance away. Close to the apartment there is a 7 eleven, pharmacy and very good Italian restaurant. The host is very kind and always willing to address any inconvenience. It is an excellent place to stay , just a couple blocks from 5th Avenue.

One of the best hosts I have encountered. I originally booked another airbnb, which was filthy, and I contacted the host at the last minute to see if his place was available. He responded immediately, helped me acces, and even brought me fruit the next day. Best host ever i'm definitely coming back

His place is beautiful and welcoming and has all the essentials we need.. Santiago is very responsive to all our questions and he made us feel at home! Would definitely come back!

Villa Marea was awesome. The house is beautiful and it’s surprising how nice the architecture is and the decor inside! The rooms are all nice and very comfy beds! The back yard with the pool is nice and gives off a relaxing vibe. The staff is great and the host was extremely responsive and helped me every step of the way! They assisted me with errands and gave good recommendations! The location is good in playacar extremely safe and close to everything. I travel a lot and I would highly recommend this villa for large groups or families. Only down side was the WiFi was choppy so made it difficult at times to access.

Myrna's villa is beautiful, spacious and extremely well equipped with anything you might need for your stay. The kitchen and backyard were perfect for our group to spend quality time together. Playacar beach is a short walk and 5th is close enough to be walkable, but far enough for the grounds and community to be peaceful and relaxing. Wristbands made it convenient to enter and exit the gated community whenever we needed to. The variety of wildlife in the backyard was a pleasant surprise. Myrna's flexibility with checking in and out as well as responsiveness to a plumbing issue was swift and extremely appreciated. Don't hesitate to book this villa!
