The house was amazing. very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms for each room. Great location about 5 blocks from Parque Kennedy! Very well equipped and has everything you need. The person who takes care of the house is very nice and attentive. The back patio was great for the dogs and there's a cute front patio too with garage. If it's hot, you can just open the many windows for a cool fresh flow of air. Thank you very much - we really enjoyed our stay!

The house is located in an area of easy access , close to the beach and with option to go quickly to restaurants , wineries or self-services . The house is a reflection of the photographs , clean , tidy and comfortable . The pool and all the environments , super! Finally , Giorgio is a very attentive and helpful host. We enjoyed a few days with a family of rest and comfort. Highly recommended!

The place is spacious. I was staying for 3 months. The master bedroom is large, I would have liked more drawers or a closet to hang clothes. The internet reaches this room very well. It would be necessary to improve the issue of humidity filtration by the neighbor's side, a subject that was discussed with the host. The bathroom is spacious. The terrace is spacious, however, what I didn't like is that on the side the pigeons have made their nest and every day they dirty around a corner. The living room has a TV, spacious, and has comfortable armchairs. The kitchen has the basics for spacious long states. The place is minutes walk from the beach, you can hear the waves. Despite being close to the entrance of the first quiet, the place is quite quiet, visitors are not listened to. Nearby there is a post, the market, Mimia bakery, menus such as the panchita, Cecilia bakery, mass shop and well-stocked minimarkets. Serenazgo happens every day. It feels safe. The host and Maura's attention excellent!

Milagros is an excellent host always attentive to all my questions, he welcomed us with warmth. The place is safe and very quiet excellent to spend it as a family , I went with my pet and we managed to enjoy without further delay, the beach is about 4 blocks away you can go and return and spend the night in the pool of the condominium. I highly recommend the place, the apartment clean, airy, bright, safe and nice.

I spent a few days in the house with my family and my dog and I only have great memories. The property was clean, beautiful, and had everything you need to feel comfortable. The pool and games are the spaces we used the most and we had a lot of fun. Anyela, the host was super friendly and very attentive throughout the stay, provided clear information and helped us with any queries. I recommend the house 100%.

The cottage was really very welcoming. We really enjoyed every space of the house, the ample space itself, such as the pool, the soccer field, the campfire area and the various games we could find. Communication with Maria Toribia was quite quick from the time of the request and was always attentive at all times. We rented the house for a special reason and surprised us with a beautiful detail We were with children, teenagers and adults and our stay was great for everyone, 10/10, I highly recommend it:D

Good location with an excellent view , everything was as shown in the photos and description. I would recommend it to couples and groups of friends. We went with a baby and a child under 2 years old and we would have preferred that there is a common area inside the house ( the dining room and room are outdoors as seen in the photos ) by the afternoon/evening wind, but that I don't think it's a problem if you get huddled or go in summer .

This is my second time staying where Juan, and I can say that it has exceeded my expectations again. The host is a super friendly person who is always on the lookout if we had any questions or if we were offered anything. In addition to the accommodation being as indicated in the advertisement, nearby there are a variety of shops, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. It is a quiet and family place. I would definitely consider it for a third time.

The apartment is just like the photographs posted, also very clean and tidy with all the amenities, the host is very kind and patient.

I highly recommend this place, especially for young couples and groups of friends. However, it may not be ideal for seniors or families with small children due to a few design features: • The spiral staircase leading to the second and third rooms can be challenging to navigate. • The master bedroom on the main floor has some tricky steps that might pose a safety risk. • The pool lacks accessible steps, making it difficult for seniors to get in and out. These factors are worth considering based on your needs. We visited with my one-year-old son, my mom (70+), and my grandma (91). While we had to be extremely careful and experienced a couple of heart-stopping moments, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The host was clear with the instructions and the place was right in every way. I hope to be back soon as my daughters loved the place :)
