My family and I had the best stay at Los Veneros! The location is quiet and more secluded (which we wanted), but still just a short drive into town. There is a wonderful beach for swimming and there were some restaurant options right next door at the W hotel. The unit itself is spacious, well taken care of and had the best sunset views. Our cleaner/ cook Mina was the absolute best, we opted to have her cook us a couple days of lunches and her cooking was better than any restaurant we visited in the area. Overall it was our favourite stay in Mexico!

My only suggestion would be to have a toaster oven as there is no oven. Somethings are just not meant to be reheated in a microwave.

This was our second time staying at Mayra's place. This unit is very clean and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again!

If you are traveling as family or with friends, this condo is the place, extremely comfortable, spacious, elegant, and the facilities for the entire property superb!! The valet parking service is awesome, efficient and quick. Juanita and Sully who cook and care for this property are the cherry of the pie. They make you feel at home right away and are very attentive to all of your needs.

Our stay was great, and communication was easy! We loved having full access to the beach clubs and golf. The golf cart was a huge bonus. We appreciated our concierge and cook was excellent. Definitely recommend staying here!!

We were very comfortable, Manuel was on the lookout the whole time. The area is very nice with lots of pools and enough beds in the pool and on the beach for the guests. The apartment has everything you need to have a very good family vacation.

The condo was very clean when we arrived. The location was perfect, beautiful view of the ocean from our deck, close to lots of restaurants that were walkable. Walkable to the Malecon. When we messaged we got a response within a couple of minutes.

Excellent department! You arrive in 5 minutes walking to the beach. Right opposite they have an Oxxo and around several restaurants. The only thing little ugly is that the water in the pool is cold, but the depa is Perfecto.

We had a great stay and Pierre was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff are great and make checking in and out a breeze, and having a check out time of noon is appreciated! We also liked that there were two keys so that each couple could come and go as they please. Well stocked kitchen, and beach supplies. We’ve stayed at Playa Royale many times and love the property.

Very nice place for our family to relax and enjoy the warm weather during the winter. The unit is spacious, the access to the pool and beach is excellent and it’s easy to walk anywhere in town. Highly recommended.

Julia was a wonderful host. She lives on the property and maintains it regularly. The property is beautiful, clean, secure and in walking distance to many restaurants. The beach is about a 15min walk. Which we did every single day. Julia was wonderful and gave us many suggestions to places to eat or hang out or see some live music. She always made sure we had whatever we needed. ie: beach towels beach bags filtered water etc. The little oasis she created has three one bedroom one bath apartments with kitchens and living rooms that were the perfect place for a get away. There is wifi and TV the tv is equipped with a fire stick that you need to sign into your own amazon or netflix account. The neighborhood is a typical Mexican working class neighborhood with lots of friendly people complete with roosters and barking dogs. But we chose it for this reason as we prefer neighborhoods with character. Not beach noise people and bars. Thanks Julia! We really enjoy being there.

This place was perfect! It was centrally located to the downtown area and walking distance to the beach. The studio itself was very open and spacious. The kitchen was great for cooking meals in, and the balcony patio was perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The host was also very responsive and welcoming to her studio. Check in and out were easy with pictures and instructions. I would definitely book this place again, and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book more time at Maria's place. The location is a bit out of the way and we appreciated having a car to get around Puerta Vallarta, but if you like to walk you can get whereever you need to go. There is a convenient store, OXXO right around the corner and many little Taco Stands and other places to eat within a short walk of the place. Maria was always responsive and helpful when we had any issues. A great visit and highly recommend.

This is a great apartment, has everything you need, nice and cozy, very clean, in the middle of a friendly neighborhood. Check in and out zero problems. Margarita very responsive and helpful. Beds are very comfy, bathroom perfect, hot water great, AC very efficient. The only thing was annoying for us was the main bedroom very noisy, because under the apartment are businesses which get busy until 2 am every single day and lots of chatting, music, cars even late. The other bedroom very quiet but no window or natural light. The main street is full of delicious local restaurants, highly recommend the “Patita salada” seafood is outstanding!! In general an excellent choice to stay here and enjoy Puerto Vallarta.

We spent 8 days in the studio and we absolutely loved it. We had clear directions to get there when we arrived, the place was as clean as it can be, Roxana was always super responsive, helpful and nice. The pool is a big plus and you can do your laundry if you need to. It's a 10-15 mins walk from Sayulita (150 MXN for a taxi) but very quiet at night and you can rent a golf cart and charge it on the premise (I think, we didn't do it). Plus it's really cute! I would absolutely stay there again.

This place has a great location, right behind the Galerías Mall and super close to the airport. Just a $10 MXN you can ride a local bus to the Malecón, Down Town área and Zona Romantica. Great one bed Apartment.

Excellent place to stay near San Vicente or neighboring towns, the apartment where the apartment is located is very nice, spacious, with green areas, groceries, kiosks, there are even wings very close, you can walk to different places to consume food, or buy food, and the apartment although it is small, it is very well equipped, it has A/C throughout the house, and can sleep comfortably from 4 to 5 people, in addition the hosts are very attentive and friendly, they will be available for any inconvenience that may arise, in general it is one of the best accommodations in San Vicente that I found in my search, I recommend it, I would definitely come back!!
