It was so nice I thinking of buying a condo in same complex

Stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. Apartment was clean and the beds are comfortable with nice linen. Very close to beach and restaurants. Felt very secure as the community has security in place 24/7

Lovely property and nice owners. We received lots of recommendations and tips for restaurants in the area. The space is clean and spacious . There is privacy and the complex is closed.

Our stay at Melissa's property in Portillo Residence was fantastic. The beautiful surroundings made it the perfect place to disconnect from the noisy city and enjoy quality time with family. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and exceeded our expectations. Melissa was a thoughtful and communicative host. Highly recommended!

Awesome place to stay! Exquisitely clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, amazing views, immediate responses from José the owner, what more does one need?? Great little town to visit. We were there for a week. Some great restaurants (see trip advisor). For nicer, bigger beaches go left a hundred yards or so. Lots of beach bars that allow use of their beach chairs if you buy a drink. No hassles in the DR, that’s why I love this island!! Not much Uber but a taxi stand down to the left can help you. A bit costly but you can walk almost everywhere. The owner has a few contacts for private drivers.

This was the perfect location for our family trip. Beautiful, private and convenient to everything. If you are in this side of Samana you are likely looking for a not crowded experience. You will have everything you need here and be literally walking distance to an almost private beach. The crew was attentive and respectful. If you want some great local cuisine, def hire their chef.

Where to start? This place is magical. This was the last part of our 10 day tour of the country. We surely saved the best for last. I truly felt transported to paradise in this place. It felt super safe and I was finally able to really relax and not be on "high alert" at all times. The house is perfect. It's cozy and super clean with a great outdoor space. It literally is a one minute walk to the beach. When you get to the beach... it's amazing. I did NOT think it would be that nice. So clean, clear waters, soft sand. The staff?! I'm starting to sound like paid person or something but I cannot express how wonderful our stay was. The staff was the best most sweetest and helpful staff you could ever want. They were delighted to serve and eager to please. I wished we could have stayed another 5 days here but it's ok because I'll be back as soon as I can! Rita and her team (Luis, Melvin, Magda and Andrea) are next level!

The pools, beaches and views are awesome. Quiet, private and nice to have restaurant on the premises.

This place is beyond beautiful. Walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and mosquito hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

The place is extremely beautiful, exactly like the photos. I absolutely loved everything, the two private beach areas it has, the two pools with spectacular views. I also really liked that I always kept in touch with Meme, she was very kind and friendly at all times; always very attentive to my concerns. I would happily return to this place. My only complaint is that my apartment was a little far from the pools.
