The condo is safe. The house is large and has all amenities, they even provided us with a cot and baby chair. The administrators are very friendly and helpful to guests The house has some deteriorated places of use and weather As in the staterooms and spiral stairs that had holes due to rust. Except for that, the house is as shown in the publication

Excellent choice in Punta bella. House is in front of the beach, arrives delivery and taxis. It has everything you need: beach, pool, deck (terrace) with grill, furniture for several people, neighbors do not bother if you put music. We could not have asked for more, thank you Mauricio!

We stayed for a month with the family, we really enjoyed the pool, especially on weekends when the beach is crowded, we prefer to stay in the apartment. We enjoyed the grill, the house has everything you need to grill. If the night was cold, we could light the fireplace. The layout of the rooms allowed us to have our children who are adults with their partners comfortably in each room, since they have a queen bed. One of the rooms even has a bunk bed where my granddaughter slept. Everything was very good, very happy with our stay.

This is the second time we have stayed and are always happy. The housekeeping Pedro is very attentive and kind and Javier is an excellent host.

The stay was excellent, really excellent, one of the places I would return without hesitation, the apartment has a lot of life with the accessories and colors that give it personality, it makes it totally welcoming, Carol was incredibly attentive and pleasant, there was a small incident with a gentleman from the reception who did not let one of our guests pass, but Carol showed a lot of interest in the matter and report the situation with the manager, so we felt quieter. The whole stay was comfortable and pleasant, we hope to return at another opportunity

Doña Sulma was a loving person, super attentive, organized and professional. My flight was arriving at night and she waited for me at the reception to give me a tour of the apartment and make sure my arrival was comfortable. No complaints, just flattery. I hope to be soon again in Lima to stay here.
