The Place Was Nice And The Gated Community Was also very safe and quiet. Host was also friendly and responsive. I would for sure Recommend it😉

We stayed in the upper loft apartment and the views of the trees and wildlife from the upper deck were beautiful! Be sure to bring binoculars we saw birds & eguanas in the trees behind the buildings. Convenient location if you dont have a car, its just a few steps to the beach with warm Pacific waters, &waves for beginner surfers. Beautiful sunsets, restaurant & 2 grocery stores across the street. Just around the corner from the downtown so you may want to bring earplugs at night. Recommendations: a sunset horseback ride to Miro(Ethan is usually on the beach with his horses) walk to the rocky area at the end of the beach. If you dont have a car the green public bus takes colones & picks up at Best Western & goes as south to Hermosa & other beaches, route ends at bus station in Quepos. Be sure to buy a return ticket at the station where it drops off because they only take tickets here. You can transfer to Emanuel Antonio from station or taxi/uber. Kayak Jaco also has awesome tours

Had a wonderful stay in Jaco! The unit was clean and in a great location, making it easy to access the beach and nearby restaurants.

We traveled with our kids and we had a great time. Very comfortable condo, large spacious and with everything you need. The pool was great and the property was very safe. Walkable to restaurants, shops etc as well. This is probably about as good as it gets in Jaco.

The condo was a great location with a shopping center and restaurants right across the highway. We loved watching sunsets from the 5th floor. Some macaws were feeding on the trees below the condo. We did struggle to find the location when we first arrived since there were only Wave coordinates and our signal dropped off. Costa Rica was beautiful and did not disappoint!

We loved this condo for our family with 3 teens/ college age kids. Everyone had tons of room to spread out, multiple outdoor covered balconies to protect from sun/ rain, and loved how close it was to the private beach club, gym, walkable to Marriott for coffee, close to marina village restaurants. Would highly recommend!

This place was clean and exactly what we expected based on the pictures. There was a bit of a plumbing issue (life happens) and they took care of it ASAP and went an over and beyond to make things right. Thanks for the honest listing we had a great stay.

A place where we don't need anything to enjoy a few days of rest with family. We always felt very comfortable and with very good conditions in the house to be quiet just having a good time.

This is a very nice place, comfortable, fans, AC, plenty of space in the backyard for entertainment with family or friends. I would be back.

I'm conflicted on writing this review because I want the house to be available next time I come back and anyone that stays here will definitely stay again! The location is at the south end of Jaco on the main road. We had a very short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants in the immediate area. Everything else was within a less than 5 minute drive. The house itself was perfect for our group of 5 guys and could have held even more. The house was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of privacy but did not feel like we were too far from anywhere. The pool is a must and it was perfect for our stay. The air conditioning in each room worked great to keep us cool during the warmer days. The team was very responsive with any and all needs. We received recommendations for local places that we can say were great recommendations. I have no regrets staying at Fishbonz and would GLADLY book this stay over and over. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

This stay was one of the most relaxing I've ever had. Beautiful home with plenty of amenities. Well thought out and about as peaceful as you can get! Once home I immediately checked the availability to see how far out it was booked as I plan to return. If you want to be a quick drive to the touristy areas but have your base as a quiet retreat from the crowds, this is it! Great hosts as well. No complaints at all!

Kevin & Mary’s place is beautiful. The pool is the gem of this place. Very relaxing and private. Loved the hosts they were more than helpful and responsive. Gave tons of great recommendations and places to eat. Even helped us get info from their friend Angie for info about jaco and a ride for when we left to la fortuna. Overall great experience can’t wait to come back soon.

Great place to stay! We had a view of Jaco Beach from our balcony. This place was modern, safe and walking distance to the beach. Parking was very safe and private. I highly recommend to anyone going to Costa Rica. Anytime we had questions they were very quick to respond.

We had a great time at Karen’s place, very peaceful and best beach stay. Everything is clean and very organized. Perfect spot to stay.

This was our 2nd trip to Los Suenos and it did not disappoint. The condo was as described and very comfortable. The pool area’s are beautiful with lots of shade and grills available for use. We hope to visit again next year and would definitely rent this condo again!

The place is amazing. Very clean and a great view. Everything you can think of is available in the apartment. We had a great time. We loved the location, the beach, the pool and proximity to the local restaurants. They have beach towels, beach chairs, everything you need in the kitchen and many other things like books and games. I would highly recommend this place.

Great space, very well equipped with everything you might need. Very good location, close to the beach and all amenities. Really well maintained complex with super friendly security and a great pool area. Kattia was a fantastic host, attending to any minor issues raised immediately.
