Holiday rentals with beach access in Playa Maderas

Amazing apartment in the jungle! Clean and comfortable, with stunning views. Tim was a wonderful host, super welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

Big Drop Surf House is ideally located a short walk to Playa Maderas. Well equipped and comfortable, staying here you will feel part of the Maderas community. Gaby is a very responsive and resourceful host. The local restaurants/beach bars are great, close, and have delicious food.

This is the perfect place to stay in San Juan del Sur! The condo is comfortable, well equipped, and has beautiful views. San Juan del Sur is a very walkable town and El Torreon's location can't be beat, so close to restaurants, bars and right across the street from the beach. Armando's communication was excellent and Alba was so gracious to stay later to check us in when we were delayed. Highly recommended!

Amazing place to stay a few blocks outside of the main part of the port of you want slightly more quiet but want to still be able to easily walk to everything! Loved my stay here

it was a nice experience even though they are making a 4-lane road near the property we managed to get in and out by 4x2 vehicle in the near future the access will be unbeatable, the view is spectacular 🤩🤩🤩10 of 10

The property is located insite a resort, and is pretry remote, but everything comes at a price, and we were really happy to stay there as we found it to be on the most beautiful beach of the area. Most of the time, we had the beach for ourselves, which felt quite unreal. We felt really lucky to observe a sea turtle on the beach looking for a place to make a nest to lay its eggs on the very first night, this was an incredible experience ! The property was very clean, well taken care of, had AC, and only steps away from the beach. We saw lots of birds, and even some howler monkeys in the trees. The restaurant of the resort is 20 meters away from the house, which is handy, although it is very expensive for the country. Nothing the host can do about, as he is only the owner of the house. Would recommend !

A great place for our group of seven. Every room has it's own bathroom and plenty of space to hang out. Loved the pool and the 3rd floor terasse. easy walk to the beach and centre of town. Highly recommend.

The house was amazing! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. We had a large group and there was plenty of room in the house for everyone. The pool was lovely and the sunset views from the house were gorgeous. Cristina and the staff at the house made our stay very enjoyable. They helped us organize a large dinner to celebrate our anniversary at the home and helped us coordinate a chef. We hired the chef to prepare our meals and every meal was delicious. The home was also kept very clean and the staff ensured the house was secure and we felt very safe. I highly recommend staying here! We had the most incredible stay.

Casa Tora is a good option for a family group who want to enjoy the natural beauty of Playa El Coco. The house offers the amenities you need to have a good stay. Highly recommended option.

Such a wonderful stay at Casa Margarita! Donna, Alma and Yader were all very friendly and responsive to all of our needs. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

It’s a great location just out of town. easy to get a taxi, rent a car or motorcycle. Very responsive host. Ac in bedrooms and living room, which was nice and the pool was well taking care of and great to meet people and relax. A washer is available for a small fee which is a bonus. There is a pickleball court at the condos and there was construction going on but only until 5 pm. Neighbours were all friendly and a lot of long term stays. You do pay for washer use and electricity separately. I would stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The place was stunning, with breathtaking views and a fantastic pool. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us organize everything we needed. The place was spotless and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place for a perfect getaway!

We loved our stay here! There is nothing bad about it. Beautiful views, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas. Beds are firm, which was fine. Pool was lovely! Marisol was so kind and cleaned several times during our stay, she did an excellent job. Pili’s restaurant was basically next door. I would stay here again and recommend to others!

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the accommodations were. The interior was was modern, clean and met all expectations. The host arranged for transport for us and helped us safely navigate the area. Every morning there were either monkeys or tropical birds that could be seen off back deck. The view was amazing. If you rent a scooter or atv ensure you follow all local rules, there were daily police road checks between town and the unit. Additionally, we were advised not to walk to and from SJDS late in the evening for safety reason.

Lovely spot! Looked exactly like the pictures. Just far enough from the main drag to be peaceful at night, but could still walk to everything in minutes. Jessica was super helpful and responsive. Nice little guide to the area in the room. Really comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. We weren't here long, but I would definitely stay here again if I were back in town. Thanks so much!

Uri was a huge help, great manager. Always got us what we needed then and there. Juan Pablo was great as well, always answered any questions immediately and made our stay super easy. Nice kitchen and everything you need for a long term stay. Walking distance to the beach, both grocery stores and Dog Town. Already planning our next trip back!

Billie and Lee were excellent and accommodating hosts. The property is beautiful and immersed in nature. There is a clean and quiet beach that is walkable in 2 minutes as well as many more a short drive away. This stay was the highlight of our trip through Central America and we would definitely return.
