Beachfront holiday rental in Playa del Aguila, Maspalomas

Very clean, well furnished apartment. Free parking space in front of the property. Quietly located. Restaurant, supermarket, beach all within walking distance. Very friendly and fast communication. I can only recommend it. Thank you.

Excellent home on a perfect spot looking out to sea on a quiet beach which was predominantly used by surfers. It was a wonderful home from home with every comfort for a lovely holiday. The house was really clean - we loved the pool, the beds were comfortable, the showers were great, a lovely lady welcomed us and showed us round and Jose was very helpful and responsive… so we had everything we needed for a lovely relaxing break We did need a car to get around as the area is pretty quiet but that was actually a plus for us too!

This is a prime location on the sea front at a small lagoon of sea water that is teeming with fish and refreshed with each rising tide. There is a sandy beach at the lagoon and bathing areas. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Arguineguin, a beautiful town that has retained its Canarian character and culture over the years. The apartment is clean and compact with everything one would need. A small well sheltered balcony overlooks the complex's well maintained garden with a gate that opens to the sea lagoon. The surrounding area has much to explore with more beaches either side and great coastal and mountain walks.

Lovely location on a smart safe complex with marina and beach. Communal pool has nice views and well kept. La Punta restaurant in the marina has great food and friendly waiters. The property was spacious, very clean and well equipped with lots of outside space and an ideal spot to explore the south. Cesar was an exceptional host. He gave us lots of information and recommendations and responded to our questions quickly. We will definitely be returning!

The apartment/ facility is exactly as described. Great location (on a slope, so we recommend a rental car) Beautiful view of the sea. We didn't use the pool, but it's accessible. Comfortable and clean bed. Very very well equipped kitchen with induction ceramic hob/microwave oven, as well as working washing machine(top loader in the bathroom) 2 air conditioners. You immediately notice that they have thought about what someone needs to spend a relaxing holiday. (Games /beach equipment such as towels and umbrella as well as an inflatable bathing island / spices/ Zewa roll and small touches such as bread jam and coffee). The terrace is private, but you definitely meet your neighbors, but these were also very nice and quiet in our case. Very quiet & relaxed area from which you can quickly reach everything/ beach / supermarket, etc. Communication was always very good and fast via WA. We will be happy to come back:)

I usually feel Airbnb reviews, with their superlatives exaggerated. But I don't have the other choice this time either. In the many years I've booked on Airbnb, I've never had such an outstanding host like Max. It started when my phone rang at the airport and Max explained to me how to get to my rental car faster until the delivery of our forgotten baby monitor by a German-speaking friend of Max's. Also in the four weeks, Max proactively took care of us and took care of us. The apartment is really perfectly located on the island, 30 minutes to Mogan and 35 minutes to Las Palmas. Beach within walking distance. The view from the balcony is fantastic, we were able to have breakfast outside for four weeks with sea views. The apartment was top equipped. The kitchen had everything you needed. There were two baby beds and Kinserstuhl. I can only recommend Max and his apartment.

Viviana's place was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, the view on the beach is so great, we enjoyed our time on the balcony! We could find parking on the street every day, but would recommend a small car if you plan to rent one! The apartment is super nice, we felt at home as soon as we got in! The furniture and amenities are perfect, all what we needed during our stay. Viviana is very responsive and friendly, I would definitely rent her apartment again or recommend it to our friends and family!

amazing spot! bigger than I expected, perfect for family of 4 with adult aged boys. view and outdoor space was glorious- amenities at marina were great. easy to walk around safely without a car- drove to local grocery store and other beach towns. Great spot to avoid crowds and hectic crowded resorts. very private

Peaceful location, store just across the street, beach very close. The host was very helpful and the house was nice with an outside area and a terrace on the second floor where you also have a couple of rooms for kids. Parking is available nearby as it is a closed community and there is one restaurant nearby at the port and plenty more within a short drive. The GC500 road is very nice to drive towards Puerto Rico.

Playa Del Cura is the perfect place to stay. It's much more cozy and calm compared to the other beach towns. The beach is very close thanks to the elevator. You do not need a car to do activities as the bus is only a 5 min walk. You have some good restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy and an Italian café very close to the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. You also have a oven/microwave, kettle and a Croque Monsieur machine. If I could give 1 point of feedback to make it even better, it's to upgrade the coffee machine to a machine with cups instead of filters. It's just more convenient and tastier in my opinion. There is a large balcony to watch a beautiful sunset each day, spacious living/dining area and two nice bedrooms with enough closet space. The bathroom looks nicer in reality than on the pictures, but it's not as modern as the rest of the place. I had contact with co-host Anna, very friendly and quick responses every time. I would certainly recommend this place :-)

Our family had an amazing time at Victor's place. We are a family of four with a 5-year-old and a 6-year-old, and there was always something for the kids to do at his house. He had classic games that my children loved, like "Guess Who." Victor was consistently responsive to any questions we had about the area, and his recommendations were always on point. He has been the best host we have ever experienced on Airbnb. Thank you for the wonderful memories; we can't wait to return!

We had a late arrival but was welcomed by Lenke who was really friendly and helpful. We loved the villa. It is really spacious and well equipped. There are quite a few steps to the villa which may be a problem for some but weren’t for us. The area was outstanding and we thought the whole resort was the best that we saw. Would definitely recommend.

Definitely worth the money and fine to do by bus. Nice places within walking distance and nice restaurants.

This was a little bit of heaven. The area was so peaceful. Beautiful scenery and safe spaces to stroll near the ocean. The natural swimming area just across the road was amazing to swim in.

It was perfect. Didn't want to leave. This is truly the best place we have stayed in Gran Canaria.

Very cosy accommodation, well equipped with everything. Perfect accommodation, very comfortable bed. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The host is very kind and flexible, we can always contact him with any questions.

The apartment is located in a nice area without too many tourists. The area is characterized by the fact that many locals live. I think that's positive. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Things don't seem worn out. The view is amazing. I enjoyed lying at night listening to the ocean waves. We stayed here for 5 weeks and I loved every moment. There are many good restaurants just around the corner, the pedestrian street is a 6 min walk away and there is a great Beach Club just a 15 min walk from the apartment. Annika was a great host. Greeted her one day we sat on the balcony and had lunch.

Carlos greeted us and made us feel at home. Prior to arriving we had been informed that the pool was not usable. We were given the option to cancel or a partial refund, and we chose to stay and we are very glad we did. Marco and Carlos generously increased the refund when the engineers came to fix the pool two days before we left. The apartment has a lot of character and has great design and clean lines. The dining area is outside yet can be made private with screens. The kitchen has all the appliances and we felt torn between eating at home or going out to the many restaurants in Playa del Ingles. The apartments are surrounded by varieties of bougainvillea that make it feel a magical place to stay. It is just a few steps onto the esplanade with views to the dunes at Maspalomas, and you can watch sunrise from there too. We hope to return to this lovely apartment next year.

This was the fourth time we visited Marias house in La Garita, so it starting to feel like a second home. We were, as usual, warmly welcomed by Marias kind father and we stayed for about a week. The best thing with the house is the large private terrace with the beach outside. The closeness to the ocean makes it easy to take a swim whenever you want (But be careful with the large waves!) When it's windy, you can still take a dip in the sea and quickly warm up in the sun on the terrace where it's sheltered. The small village La Garita is quiet and peaceful where children are playing and the residents live their quiet everyday lives. There is almost no tourists, most of the people are Spanish. With three restaurants, one pharmacy and a grocery store about 30 meters outside of the house, you have everything you need. We have only good things to say about Maria and her house. The communication was perfect, the house is cozy with a large and comfortable bed with the ocean soundtrack.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, the beautiful sunset view and comfortable rooms. You need a car for comfort but can find a lot of walking routs around. Hotel access is good extra with pools, at the same time its adding extra noise:) Really recommended!
