It was very attentive, the house was clean and squared perfectly with the photos. It was very friendly.

Pilar was very kind from the first moment. She made it easy for us to pick up and return the keys, as we planned to arrive late in the day and leave early in the morning. She was concerned about how everything was going over the weekend. And the apartment, in addition to being very nice and well-kept, was clean, tidy and had everything. Very comfortable beds, fully-equipped kitchen and everything working perfectly. The location is great in an area filled with restaurants and cider houses. We will surely repeat since it is very close to our family. A ten out of ten and 100% recommended.

Just to say the apartment is a gem . with amazing views and extreme cleanliness. Comfortable bed and good quality lingerie..No car needed to go down downtown although there is a slope that is not for everyone . San Vicente de la Barquera is beautiful has good walks and eats luxury. And very close to other wonderful destinations. We didn't meet Elena in person but she was careful that everything was fine for us. We will definitely be back...

The apartment is very nice, in the center of Avilés, next to the restaurant area. Very quiet, you sleep great if you want peace of mind. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need. Susana is very friendly and thoughtful, she let us out later, which we thank her.

Everything is perfect, the accommodation is identical to the photos, the area is very quiet and parking is easy to find, although the accommodation includes a garage, which is appreciated. Ana Rosa was attentive from the start and was involved in making sure we could enjoy our stay as much as possible, making recommendations for areas to visit and facilitating flexible check-out.

What about Marcos' apartment in Cimavilla, in a warm and typical Gijón neighborhood. Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Marcos is an extremely attentive and welcoming host, who goes above and beyond to make things easier and help us. Her apartment is great, full of small details and multiple touches. You can find everything you need and even more. A huge thank you for wonderful stay in Gijón. We will be back with great pleasure in Marcos's apartment!

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

The apartment is great, all spotless, 2 full bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms, very large dining room and fully furnished kitchen. And everything super clean. That's how it tastes. Everything is phenomenal. To be done, I'm sure

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

Perfect accommodation with all the comforts to spend a few days in Gijón. The location is great and it's a quiet neighborhood!! Glad to have been!

Great place to spend your holidays in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Angeles, who went up with us and showed us the apartment. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust in the entire house. Two large rooms with comfortable beds and spacious closets. Two super-clean bathrooms, a living/dining room with a large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The best part, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both a cool breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from Poniente Beach, 10 minutes from the port and 15 minutes from San Lorenzo Beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first experience in an Airb&b apartment and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Thank you very much Jessica and Angeles (the beach towels were a nice touch)

I give 5 stars to Cesar's apartment because there are no more stars. The apartment is a beauty, super clean and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Cesar left us something for breakfast and rich chocolates. Everything clean and spotless. The very quiet building, we never saw another tenant. The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the historic part of the city. I will recommend Cesar's apartment to all my friends and family.

It was a pleasure to spend the weekend at this accommodation. In addition to an exquisite taste in decoration, cleanliness, order... it has everything you need. Very good location and close to the ski resort. Cozy apartment and everything as described. Good heating. Ivan was always very available from the start. The only downside is not having Wi-Fi.
