Great stay in an apartment which is front line overlooking Las Vista Beach. Walking distance to everywhere and Aurora was very responsive and friendly. A very good place to stay with everything on your doorstep. The inviting treats left for us was most welcoming and we felt right at home. Cathy, Stuart and Jack

Great location for us. Very close to local bars/restaurants, and bus stop practically right out front for easy access to other parts of the island. Apartment was exactly as described, the only ‘minor’ issue we had was that the terrace door doesn’t lock/shut properly, so during what felt like cyclonic conditions overnight, it was difficult to sleep with the noise the doors were making.

We really enjoyed staying at Stefania's for four nights. It was super easy to locate, there was no problem getting keys and we were orientated to the building and surroundings by Lorenzo on arrival. The apartment is walking distance from everywhere and right beside supermarkets and coffee shops and bars but us definitely not a loud or overly busy area. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay in the apartment. Very central and close to all amenities but quiet too. The place was modern, clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and choice of channels on smart tv. The only downside for me was not having a door on the bathroom but got used to it. Thanks for having us - we will definitely recommend your place and also would love to come back next year.

I visited Emilio‘s place for a few days with some of my middle-age school friends. The house is lovely, more traditional and characterful. The house has everything you need and more. The beds are comfy, lots of towels, lovely outdoor space and of course the pool which we did not use as much as we should have, but it is warm. The only downside we had was that we had a flight delay and we arrived very late and we could not find the fourth bedroom! It is an annex by the pool! So if that happens to you, don’t worry you will find it! We liked the area as it is not too built up and it is easy to walk to bars and restaurants from the house. Although the house itself is in a nice quiet area. We particularly liked a cafe called Ocean vibes close to the beach which sells quality food. So yes, we would happily recommend Emilio‘s house .

Absolutely fantastic place, amazing views across the bay of El Medano. Superb location, very central, but, also very quiet and an amazingly private roof terrace with lots of space for relaxing/eating/sunbathing - plenty of outdoor furniture, everything that could possibly be needed to enjoy the wonderful views and stunning sunsets! The bed is huge and very comfortable too, we loved everything about Cesar’s house and will definitely be back. Cesar is also very responsive and helpful, made our stay very enjoyable and stress-free👍🏻

We had a good time in this beautiful and well-kept house with cozy courtyard. Everything is within walking distance. Alcalá is the place if you like it tranquil and like to live away from hotel castles. In addition to tourism, there is even normal Spanish everyday life. We will be back.

Absolutely lovely bnb. The rooftop solarium was exquisite! And, for apartment B, it’s all yours. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Great location to view the sea and to walk anywhere. I’d happily stay here again. And again. Manuel was a kind and helpful host.

Beautiful place in a secluded spot of Tenerife away from hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Stunning views of the sea, and a nice relaxing calm space, lovely to relax on the terrace as the sun set. Nuria was friendly and easy to communicate with. A lovely stay!

The place was really beautiful 1 to 1 like the pictures and everything was clean. I read a comment that the plane would disturb noise, but I can't agree, you can't see the airport from the balcony or the roof terrace, but it doesn't bother you at all. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. Flo was so helpful from the 1st day we booked to the day we checked out. She sent us a 15 page document which told us everything we needed to know about the property as well as all the information we needed to get around the island, buying groceries and restaurant tips. She clearly goes above and beyond for her guests. The property is in wonderful condition and has been well taken care of. We were surprised to find such high quality appliances and pots and pans. There was an abundance of everything. It is a very nice area and a beautiful 10 minute walk to the heart of El Medano. There you will find many restaurants, cafes and bars right on the water. It is much quieter area than others which suited us fine. We cannot recommend her apartment enough. You will not be disappointed!

We stayed in Miguels place for 10 nights, and it was beautiful, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed including BBQ!!Pool area was lovely, and bar was nice. Miguel is very helpful and responds quickly. Thumbs up, thank you😊

I cannot recommend this place enough. Ana is a perfect host and is always at hand to help in anyway she can. She even let us keep the keys a little longer on departure day so we didn’t have to carry our luggage around with us. Honestly never stayed anywhere with such a fabulous, helpful host. There was a basket of fruit and goodies waiting for us when we arrived, such a thoughtful thing to do. The place itself is amazing the views and the pool area are beautiful. So peaceful at night too which was perfect for us. The apartment has everything you need, is super clean and spacious. Without a doubt we would stop here again. Thank you Ana for being the perfect host and letting us your beautiful property for a wonderful holiday.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arturo's place it was everything we wanted. It was clean and tidy with all the amenities in fine working order. The apartment has a nice view of the sea and has a lovely decor. The location at The Orlando apartment is a short walk from the heart of Costa Adeje with everything you need on your doorstep. Also the pool and pool bar is very nice and the staff are very friendly. We only needed to contact Arturo once for a trivial matter and he was very quick to answer our need. all in all it's 10 out of 10 for us and we wouldn't hesitate to stop again given the chance.

Very satisfied! The place was absolutely sufficient for two people, clean and cozy. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The beautiful view of the sunset was truly unique and added to our holiday an unforgettable atmosphere. Overall, everything met our expectations and created the perfect setting for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. We'd love to come back!

Plenty of amenities and the pool area was a good send with 2 kids. Easy walk down to the beach with plenty of places to eat and shop in the area

Recently returned from our holiday. We have been going to Tenerife for many years, normally staying in Costa Adeje. We fancied a change to somwhere on the flat! The aparment is nicely located at the beach end of Parque Santiago11. It has its own large terrace with sunbeds and you can slip out the gate and be down by the beach in a minute. The apt itself appears to have been refurbed recently and the kitchen and furniture are all good quality. Everythind you need for a relaxing holiday is a couple of minutes walk away; Chinese and Indian restaurants on the Patch, numerous bars and touristic restaurants as well. A five minute walk gets you to the Golden Mile with the Safari Centre and Hard Rock Cafe. Carmen was a charming and helpful host who met us when we arrived and took us to the apt. One annoyance is having to pay for sunbeds, but this is common for the area and does not reflect on the apartment. Top Tip: Aberdeen Steakhouse on the Patch overlooks the beach and 1.50 for a pint.
