It is a loft house for the full and exclusive use of the guests, very close to the beach (10 seconds away). Located in one of the best residential areas in Almería, the surroundings are surrounded by houses with garden and common green areas. A few meters away there is a convenience store and it is connected to the promenade from where the sunrise and the sunsets in the afternoon are especially pleasant. On windy days it's a perfect surf sports area.
