Holiday rentals with beach access in Playa Chacmool

We will definitely come back. Playa Marlin is amazing and Nancy's place is right there. Very comfortable place with everything you need. Nancy is an amazing host. Highly Recommended.

A beautiful waterfront property with well kept grounds. I had the best naps in the hammock with the breeze from the sea and the tanning chairs were great too. Pool was clean! Comfortable living quarters inside. Clean bedding, lots of closet space and sand free floors. Small kitchen but other than the fridge, we barely used it. Strong AC kept the suite cool. The shower/water was hot at all times! Wifi was good 85% of the time. Neighbourhood felt safe! 5-15min walk to small restaurants, we loved the ones on the beach. Highly recommend taking the ferry to Isla Mujeres; beautiful and is right there. Overall; Gabriela was accomodating and responsive. This was a good place to stay if you want an alternative to the typical Cancun all inclusives. Some things to note if these matter to you; the beach in front isn’t swim-able but the view of the ferry’s is entertaining. Highly recommend doing the car service from airport to suite as uber doesn’t pick up directly at airport and taxi is expensive.

Stefanie , is lovely, thoughtful and place is spotless .. as others mentioned on weekends lots of local noise well into the early hours of morning ( overnight).. music , laughter .. local flavour .. if you’re ok with this then dont hesitate to book ! ie location not for everyone but we loved being away from glossy hotel zone ..

Excellent attention is a place that exceeded my Expectations, it is true that when arriving at the hotel they start to tell you about the talk for their memberships but it is only the first day of your arrival and real mete are very friendly... the place is amazing and on the part of the room it is amazing everything as the place is worth every weight of the place...

This was a beautiful residence with a pool and beach access. The pool was shared with 10 villas. Never had problems finding a chair, and the views were amazing. The house was beautiful and large. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of pans, dishes and cups. Many places in the house to hang out. My favorite place was the upper enclosed patio. It was the perfect room to do yoga and watch the sunrise. Definitely, would stay here again.

Marian’s apartment is a wonderful holiday home. Lots of space, modern design, clean and well air conditioned. Plenty of utilities and a great pool to bask in the sun during the day. The security and other staff members are very friendly. Truly a great, quiet place for a week in Cancun. We’ll definitely come back.

My family's vacation at Cheryl's exceeded my expectations. The condo was really comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The property manager was responsive with my family's needs, and the occupants at Estrella del Mar were friendly and helpful with suggestions for local food and fun. The beach was stunning and the island told a story Mayan history. We hope to visit again one day. Thank you!

Our group really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb for our vacation in Cancun. The Airbnb was clean, private, and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting outside, lounging by the pool, and taking advantage of the private beach that was just steps away. Daniel was very responsive before our vacation so we knew what to expect and was also responsive during our stay, even though he was on vacation himself. I will be looking to see if Daniels Airbnb is available next time I’m in Cancun. I definitely recommend this home!

Gianella was a fantastic host. We were able to do an earlier check-in where she met us at the home and gave us a quick walk-through. She was able to answer questions about the area and was very friendly and helpful. The home was everything we expected and more. The bedrooms were fantastic with an amazing view. The beds were very comfortable. The house is amply supplied with beach chairs, and an umbrella. There were also beach towels supplied. The beach was fantastic. The water entry was gradual. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this Airbnb for 10 days in early February. We enjoyed ourselves immensely as the suite was comfortable and well equipped and its location on the Malecon overlooking the ocean was second to none.. .Close to the many shops and restaurants on nearby Hidalgo Street, it was very easy to pick and choose on a daily basis where to eat and pick up supplies. The morning sunrises over the ocean were so beautiful as we could see them outside the double doors of our bedroom as we woke in paradise and made plans for our day…A little bar just minutes from our door, The Tiny Gecko, quickly became a daily stop for great refreshments and an adjoining restaurant had very tasty food. Speaking of food Mama Rosa’s in town was number one in taste and quality. The pool….what can we say!! What a luxury! We spent every afternoon relaxing in it listening to the crashing of the waves. We were never with out the comforts of home, including always hot water. We loved this place and would return!

This one of the best home I've ever booked on Airbnb. Very cozy home, where everything works well (cooling, showers, etc.). Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The home is located in the centre of the village but is 200 m far from the Movida, so that it is very quiet and you can sleep undisturbed.

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Bethany's place exceeded all our expections. the ocean view out the windows was spectacular! the condo was very clean and had a lot of awesome amenities! Bethany also met us at check in and was such a friendly host. we highly recommend this place.

Thomas was a great host. The space was bright and clean. Basic but pleasant. The building was relatively new and well secured. The roof was a big bonus for poolside and relaxing. The only negative was the loud street noise (motorcycles blaring) and loud bangs occasionally at night. Everything echoes through the building and people coming and going at night was hard to sleep through. Other than that… Perfecto!

everything went great! check in and check out was super quick and easy. easy access to the ocean had nice pool and kids pool. host checked up on us to make sure everything was going great.

Eduardo’s place was great! We felt safe and everything was walkable or a short uber ride away.

Yuliana is a great hostess. Frank greeted us and showed us around and explained everything. The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything you need. Although the decor is older, everything is functional. We especially liked the balcony and it's great view of the sea. Yuliana is quick to respond to any questions. Clear recommendation!
