What an absolute gem of a place ! My friend and I are seasoned travellers and are accustomed to quality standards when it comes to accommodation. Harsh’s place exceeded our expectations from the offset. The communication was fantastic by both hosts, covering not only the accommodation but the local area too. The accommodation is welcoming/ spotless and has all the amenities and facilities you require with ample space. The balcony is spacious and being at a top level has great views of the pool and the beach/sea. The lift is ideal for elders or those with young children. Most of all the place felt safe and secure. The idyllic beach is 2 minutes away. and within another 5 minutes you hit the promenade where there are multiple shops / coffee shops / bars / restaurants with a wide variety or choice to suit everyone’s needs. A further 10 minutes and you are at a quaint marina. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends, families or even couples looking for an enjoyable retreat.

The place was as described, perfect for our family, very comfortable, extremely clean and perfectly located. We recommend Maria Belen for her generosity, kindness, smile. Laura is a love and the apartment is a clear example of how someone who takes care of everything in detail makes you not want to leave him. We were at home, the children have enjoyed it very much and the pool with such easy access for people of reduced mobility is a point to keep in mind. The garden a pass, have a coffee there in the mornings while the children play is💜💜. The beach super close, you can walk perfectly. We will definitely be back

Pleasant stay. The accommodation is easily accessible by car, comfortable, well equipped (washing machine, fast wifi) and the neighborhood is quiet.

We spent the weekend of San Juan in the house with some friends, Geraldine was there but we did not notice that it was, she and her partner are very charming and attentive, we are not missing anything at any time, if we are given the opportunity we will definitely repeat

We were very comfortable, the place was very quiet, Ana was very friendly and at all times she helped us with what we needed. It is a highly recommended house. The only one we can take out is that the toilet lid is loose, but otherwise everything was great. Thank you very much Ana!!

We have spent a great few days, the area is super quiet, close to the accommodation there are a lot of restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, the beach of the fountains and some beautiful routes through the lighthouse area. The house is perfect, it has everything to spend a few days like in your own house, it is newly renovated and everything is brand new. To put a little stick, sometimes and especially when it was raining, the downstairs bathroom pipes smelled bad. Despite this, we loved our stay and would definitely repeat, we recommend staying at Scot's place.

great place to spend a few days relaxing. Cerquita of several coves for a walk by the sea. A nice thing,the amount of antiques I had in the garage-barbacoa area and at home. We really liked it. We'll do it again for sure

Fantastic place with a beautiful view of the sea and the marina. The building is well-maintained and equipped with an elevator. The apartment is tastefully and very functional - well-equipped kitchen, wardrobe and dresser, comfortable bathroom. It is close to everything - train station, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, city beach - all within walking distance. At the same time, the place is very quiet and authentic - close to local life. The host Edouard was very helpful and accommodating. Thanks to the borrowed bikes, we were able to visit many beautiful beaches in the area. A great time to stay in our memories, we'd love to come back someday.
