Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Platja de l'Arenal

My wife & i have been to Benidorm lots of times, stayed in many hotels & apartments but this is the best apartment we have stayed in, its only suitable for 2 people, it has all amenities, as described and is very secure. We stayed from mid December to mid January & the weather was warm during the day & got cold on a night but the aircon/heating in the apartment was good enough to cope with this so we were very comfortable. We would like to try this apartment again in the warmer months so we can experience the pool etc. as that looks good too. We arrived by van via Bilbao ferry so were a bit concerned about parking but we were soon at easy as there was ample parking in a secure car park too. The bar in the apartment building is good too & we met a few friendly local people There is also a supermarket a short walk away Its in the location that we like as we have lots of friends in the Rincon area. We felt that if anything was wrong then we only had to contact Salvador Well done Salvador

A lovely apartment with every amenity you could need. Clean and well presented with a comfortable bed. Superb views across the bay to Altea. Highly recommend.

we spent there 8 nights and we were satisfied ...we had everything what we needed for our stay. The appartement is cute and clean. Shops and beach are very closed. we recommend it👌

The location was perfect for what we came to Benidorm for. The host was extremely helpful and responsive via message. The apartment was as stated online and in the photos. We were made to feel comfortable and at ease when in this apartment

Had a great stay at Alejandro’s apartment. It was clean and had all you need for your stay. Alejandro had left beer and 2 bottles of wine in the fridge which was a lovely surprise. Great location, 5 mins walk to the old town and coffee shops on the doorstep. I would highly recommend Alejandro’s place to stay

Great location on edge of the historic quarter. All attractions within easy walking distance. Denia also has lots of lovely restaurants in the Old Town. Also well placed for visits to other lovely coastal towns such as Javier, Calpe and Altea, though car rental is advisable to access these. Out I’d season, free parking is plentiful. The region also 3 National Parks providing numerous walking/biking trails.

Complete house! Wonderful outside & quiet place. By car quickly to all amenities. Roxana responds very quickly and is very friendly.

We enjoyed our time here. Our host Elisa was really nice and helpful. The property is really comfortable and has all the facilities you need. The roof terrace is lovely! Would come again.

We cannot recommend Iryna’s property highly enough ! It has been our best Airbnb experience to -date ! The house is located in a lovely, quiet and beautifully maintained development with private parking , gorgeous gardens / pools etc but so close to the Arenal and everything you need . The house itself is tasteful and beautiful , fully renovated to a high standard , with a great garden area , all the creature comforts you can think of including excellent beds/ bedding /furnishings / bathroom & kitchen supplies and so many generous and lovely touches that are not normally found in many Airbnb’s . Highly recommend for a winter stay as the house is warm with heating / a fire / underfloor heating / tumble dryer etc , but a stay in the warmer months would also be fantastic . Have no hesitation in booking this house , the photos do not do it justice and the price point is excellent for the quality ! Iryna is also so friendly, helpful and has gone the extra mile to ensure a great stay !

We stayed here for 5 days and the whole family loved it!The room was spotlessly clean and fully furnished, especially the kitchen was very well equipped!Because we are from China and the Chinese people have a lot of enthusiasm for cooking, so we enjoyed the kitchen a lot.Very kind and responsive host!We were really very satisfied!

A great stay. Ika is always available and attentive. There were two of us and a small Dog The outdoor space is spacious. The house is next to the beach. Very clean, with all amenities and a walk from the village. We only need a small door on the garden fence, although there is no danger since the development is closed.

Great house near the beach. Erika was very helpful and accommodating. The house convinces with its location, design, several great terraces and comfort. Glad to come back!

Great host and home. Beautifully decorated and cozy. Comfortable beds. Everything you need is there. Located in quiet area near the shore. Home is private with small houses/condos surrounding. We did not spend much time in the town but really enjoyed our walk along el Portitxol. Thank you Cristobal for being so responsive and flexible with our plans!!

Loved my stay here. Locations is great, within seconds of the beach, shops and restaurants so you have all you need on the doorstep. Stayed for a few weeks and would definitely see it as my second home in Spain now! Communication from Raul was excellent from start to finish. Would thoroughly recommend!

Super nice apartment building with all the luxury you also have in a hotel. Communication with Jorge is good, he sends all the necessary information well in advance. Tip: Do not rent a large car due to the small parking space in the parking garage.

We had an exceptional stay at this property. We came to enjoy the roads for beautiful bike rides. The place is quiet, peaceful and perfectly suited for resting after long outings. The accommodation is very well equipped, comfortable and located in an ideal setting for cyclists, with great roads and little traffic. The host was extremely responsive and very friendly, always available to answer our questions and make sure everything goes smoothly. The views are beautiful. A pleasure each morning. Very nice apartment, very quiet, nice garden and close to the beach. We worked remotely and the wifi worked well. The kitchen has everything you will need. Jean-François is a great host, very friendly and accommodating.

Nuria is very responsive host, requests or issues with apartment were quickly solved. We were there at off season, in November, it was quite peaceful and I don't how busy is the area during the summer. In November some of the restaurants are closed or opened only for weekends. The apartment itself is nice and tidy with beautiful balcony with view on the sea. There were even special towels for the beach. Great place to stay.
