Holiday rentals with a pool in Platja de l'Arenal

We had a great weekend, the house is in a great enclave and has everything you need. There are very good restaurants and beaches in the area. We will definitely be back here!!

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

The house is just what we were looking for, spacious, clean . Comfortable, safe (grjas on all doors and windows) screens in the windows (essential for the time of year) all on one level, very clean pool and ideal terrace, for the hottest hours the air conditioning in all rooms is available although we did not use it much since we were outside most of the time . As the only objection to commenting on the scarce kitchenware (plates and glasses) we had to buy half a dozen and the lack of a dishwasher (essential in these times) it must be borne in mind that our stay was long and we made many meals at home. We have just returned from a week at Sina’s villa with our 3 children. We had a wonderful stay with everything that we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool which is an asset to the villa. The villa was peaceful, private & quiet. It felt homely & safe. The supermarkets, restaurants & beach were only a few minutes drive away with easy parking. Sina was excellent and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this villa and return to Calpe.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

Nice house with good sized rooms. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 young children and had plenty of space. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment. We were there in December so and the pool area was shaded but we still had some swims with the kids. Short walk into the pretty town of Moriara with plenty of shops and restaurants and a very nice beach.

The condo was so cute and well kept. Before we got there, Eva had sent a ton of information on local places to visit, restaurants, and what animals we might see in the surrounding coves. When we had questions, she was quick to answer and always very helpful. There were some basics in the kitchen for us to use. Only one issue—the shower has no lip along the edge so water leaks at the end and along the side. We had to keep a towel there to prevent water soaking the bathroom. Aside from that, we would stay again.

Another fabulous stay. 3rd time staying there and as usual it was perfect. One negative, which was out of the owners hands, there was works gong in the apartment above and we were woken up early each morning with either hammering or drilling. Anyway thank you for letting us use your apartment.

We were very comfortable. Comfortable, quiet apartment and ideal for going with little ones. The access to the pool, the proximity to the beach, and the park… a tipzo. Maybe the sofa and the big bed could be a more comfortable pelin, but it is compensated with everything else. The host, Carmen, a sweetheart. Very attentive to everything and answered immediately, very close and made us feel very comfortable. We will certainly love to come back.

Lovely stay. Booked at short notice . Age very helpful and flexible with booking. Lovely view and balcony with morning sun and can hear the waves at night . Small 1 bed apartment but had everything needed. Lovely bathroom/shower. Short stroll to beach and all amenities. Altea is charming and picturesque.

We stayed at this apartment, with 4 people. And it war very comforatable and fitting for us. There is A grocery store very near so we were able eat at the house aswell. Overall very nice and absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Thank you Jurgita!

The apartment is on 10 floor is nice , clean, bright and quiet. Parking is not easy but it works. The sea view is beautiful and the beach is good too. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Dorota was always super responsive and helpful. I am not a fan of skyscrapers but it was really nice there, I was there out of season. Driving around is a lot of fun and fun, it's worth it. It has many beautiful places, parks , nature and small villages.

Hello Happy with the stay, the place was clean, matching the photo, well situated less then10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes to the local amaneties, very handy for a good stay.Happy to comeback and I will soon. Rebecca was very proactive and helpful.

Very nice community with beautiful views. Beach access is difficult hiking, need good shoes and be fit.

We had a good time, beach is 10mins drive, outdoor area is brilliant, we had 5 family members and everyone could find comfortable spot for themselves.

We had an amazing time in Rafa and Carmen’s place. We had the warmest welcome and all things for our little girl were in place. The kitchen and everything you need to cook a nice meal is there which I think is very convenient in a holiday home. Also the Moraira area is beautiful with great restaurants. We will definitely visit again.

We had a lovely time. The apartment matched the pictures, the small pool to refresh was great. Everything you could ever need is available in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned once during our stay of 11 days. The walk to Denia into town was 45 minutes further than we had in mind. Many thanks to Maria, she was always available, the communication was great and we were spoiled with fruit from her own garden.

Great place.. Exactly as advertised. Perfect for what we needed. Would highly recommend and definitely would book again.

Lovely quiet villa in peaceful small town. Good amenities in the house and pool was lovely. Had a fantastic time.

We a family of four with visiting in laws had a great stay at casa charme. The house is split into two levels and two dwelling areas making it great for hosting. The gardens are lovely and there is WiFi throughout the property. We enjoyed the pool as well.

The property is really lovely and spacious. The highlights are the pool and the view. Pool was the perfect temperature and very clean and the view is spectacular. There are other properties around, but it’s a lovely quiet area. It’s a 5 minute drive from the nearest town (you could possibly walk but the property is up a pretty big hill) and 15 minute drive from the beach. The only concern I had was that was that the wall between the pool and a drop on the other side was quite low. Not a problem for us and our toddler, but would worry me if there were slightly older kids messing around by the pool
