We've been very comfortable. In person we liked it more than the pictures so the reception was great. The living room overlooks a terrace with BBQ and we took advantage of it a lot. She has all the comforts we were looking for. The only downside is that it is true that the dishwasher does not work completely well but for the days we have been there no more. Thank you for everything! Hopefully we'll do it again.

Fredric was a very good host. Clear instructions for our stay and also during our trip. The accommodation is also very nice - a really top choice if you are traveling in larger groups.

We felt right at home at Casa EI. The house, with a modern and rural style renovation, is small and charming but very comfortable and cozy, super well equipped and with all the details to make your stay easier. Both the accommodation and the village, of which we are already regulars, are well worth it if what you are looking for is tranquility and a beautiful village and landscape close to many places of interest in the Marina Alta region. The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

An incredible place for its natural beauty,silence , pine forest perfume,mountains and see the sea. The house is very comfortable ,with impeccable tableware cleaning also .. the communication in the moment and disposition. The jacuzzi is a special touch..thank you 🫂

We had an amazing time here! The house isn’t too big, but it’s perfectly suited for six people and feels incredibly cozy. The fireplace kept the living room wonderfully warm, and the electric heaters were excellent in the bedrooms. The spacious garden was a true highlight – our dog had a fantastic time exploring, and with everything securely fenced, we could let her roam freely. A big thank you to Paula for the thoughtful basket of homegrown fruit and the bottle of wine – such a lovely touch!

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

Would recommend to anyone, clean, tidy, felt comfortable and at ease. Couldn't make the best use of the outside facilities but it was February. Maria was excellent with communications, very responsive and positive information. Lovely, thank you.

Good stay. The hosts are very pending. We ordered heaters and something that was missing and they brought them to us right away. Good location, good apartment, good views. Cozy, lots of light. I recommend it.

we had a fantastic time at Javier 's apartment. we would recommend it, we had no issues whatsoever and found Javier easy to contact at short notice, and also very helpful.

Friendly and tidy host who welcomed us well. Responds quickly to messages and is always nice to do. Neat and tidy apartment that was simply equipped with the essentials.

Great for a getaway for 4 people. The apartment was clean and super equipped with an umbrella 😀 Available toiletries and a kitchen with all the equipment (for people who prefer to cook their own meals), an espresso machine and coffee capsules. The apartment has air conditioning in one room, thanks to which we grew up during our stay 🙂 I recommend it and will come back again.

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

Great value for money. Pros Location next to super market, park and i could reach the beach in less than 15mins walk. Wifi was fast and solid. Old wifi on air bnb instructions but Valeria had the new details by message. Nice modern bed and furniture. easy access to building. Slight cons were the tv was old did not have netflix or other than spanish tv on it. It was residential building and could hear the neighbours, but maybe thats just me as a light sleeper. But overall great stay location and had a great little balcony also.

What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

The listing is as described and photographed and is perfect for a couple. The parking space in the residence and the supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away are real assets. The terrace was also very nice. We would recommend this listing.

I can't recommend Hanys aptartment enough. perfect location near the strip. Beautiful view. short stroll to the beach. Hany is the perfect host. friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed. I'd definitely buse Hanys place again.

The view and location is fantastic! A few quick mentions... - both showers are "telephone booth" size. If you are a large person or pregnant, you will not fit. - tons of storage everywhere - the place could use a bit of TLC (i.e. - broken tiles, missing a coffee table, salad spinner, only 3 pots and 4 wine glasses, etc) Overall, excellent value and I think if you are staying a long time I suggest you contact the host as he did supply some missing items.

We were extremely satisfied with Miriam's apartment. It was welcoming, peaceful, and had a stunning view. During our stay, we didn't feel like we were missing anything—it had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. We truly hope to return in the future.
