Carrie is a great host, communicative, and very responsive. The place was cozy and so close to the snubber lift, it truly is ski in/ski out. it was the perfect place to end winter break with my boys.

beautiful cozy felt just like home. Extremely well stocked kitchen as far as cooking or baking and the whole experience made for a peaceful and cozy thanksgiving dinner with my husband and teenage son. Would absolutely recommend and will be back.

Excellent location with easy shuttle or ski in/out access. The house was perfect- lots of room for 8 people, nice fireplace and well stocked. David was very responsive and accommodating. Will visit again

This was the perfect home base for a multi-family ski trip. The kids loved the downstairs rec room and bunk beds. We will definitely be back.

Elaine and Rick are excellent hosts. Everything was as described if not better. Accommodations were clean and very cosy. Very close for skiing at Sunday River Mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at the cabin. The lake and surrounding mountains are beautiful. Lake was fun to fish off dock and using canoe. Nearby town Bethel has a few nice restaurants and there are a number of easily accessible day hiking spots nearby. The beds are super comfortable as well. Overall a great stay!

The place and location were great, we stayed there for a weekend while we skied Saddleback. It’s a short drive to the mountain, very close to the town, and it is right on the lake.

The place was perfect for a Sunday River ski weekend! Close to the mountain and easy to navigate. The hosts were kind, helpful, and easy tow work with.

The rental is new. It is as described. We enjoyed the sunrises which, in the winter, are late enough to enjoy every day! The views from the back of the house are gorgeous with a pond and woods to gaze at. It snowed when we were there so that added to the beauty. The kitchen is well-appointed. There is plenty of seating in the rental and the two and a half baths are very convenient. We were there at Thanksgiving because a sister lives in the area.

It was great to be back at the Bingham house! The home itself is beautiful, historical, family orientated and clean with lots to do! My family and I have enjoyed staying here more than once and would highly recommend to anyone. We had a few maintenance issues that needed taken care of upon arrival but nothing that would deter us from staying again in the future. Thanks Erin!
