Beautiful two-room apartment in the 14th

On the top floor of a 7 story building with an elevator, this apartment is very calm with plenty of light. The Didot/Plaisance neighborhood has lots of small shops, restaurants, and even a weekend flea market. It is close to Montparnasse station (Air France airport buses) and to the "Parc des Expositions"/Porte de Versailles. Visiting Paris is easy since métro line 13, the tram 3A and 3 different bus lines are all only a five minute walk from the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment.

My apartment is located in the Pernety district - a 10 minute walk from Montparnasse train station. Lively, warm, family-friendly, typical neighborhood, with many restaurants and varied bars. Close to all shops. Spacious and bright, old-fashioned charm with its beautiful exposed beams, it consists of a large bedroom - with plenty of storage - and a large living room. Small well-equipped kitchen; there is also a bathroom with bathtub. Pernety Metro (line 13) is 2 minutes away.
