Beachfront holiday rental in Plage des Flamands

Wish there were more stars that could be awarded to Jean-Charles and Apartment Vitamine C. The view, replete with yachts, is simply stunning. Had to drag ourselves away both day and night from the view and the very comfortable combination kitchen and lounge area. As a host, he anticipated all of our needs as guests. It was all of the special, considerate touches like perfect lighting, a fantastic shower, quiet air co, a 'welcome basket' and daily breakfast, delivered by him with a smile that will make Vitamine C rise to the top of our list on our next St Barths visit. Don't miss Nyama, the small and charming restaurant within an easy walk and also Le Santoise for that night when you just can't leave the beautiful view and comfort of the outdoor seating. We hope to return to this hidden gem.

One of the best values in Barths to stay, Flamands is close to Gustavia and Colombier. Highly recommend staying there!

We were really happy here! And the host was super helpful when the car rental decided last minute not to drop the car to us in the evening which we really appreciated. The apartment was cleaned when needed and generally superb!

Chris was fabulous from the beginning. super communicative, quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The property was just perfect, large, as described and gave a great base for our holiday getaway.

The place was centrally located in Philipsburg, just steps from the waterfront and lots of shops and restaurants. If you are looking to get a feel for Dutch Sint Maarten, this location is a great way to do that. You are among the residents of Philipsburg, not at an isolated resort.

Ben's place was exactly as the description, we loved it. Ben was really helpful and understanding when we were trying to get our flights settled to the island, and responsive when we had any questions during our stay. The bed was perfect and the kitchen was just what we needed to keep beach picnic ingredients cold and ready for the afternoon and also to have breakfast in, as well as espressos in the morning before heading out. We plan to ask Ben to stay at his place again when we head back out to St Barts! We did a 1,000 piece puzzle during the peaceful evenings :) We lost one puzzle piece Benjamin, let me know if it turns up! Thank you again, Sara

Beautiful villa with stunning views. Very private location. Well equipped. Wonderful large deck and infinity pool. The property manager met us at airport and was very nice and very responsive. It is a very steep walk up the hill from the beach. I would recommend it to friends.

We loved our stay at Dorothee’s home. Beautiful house in a stunning location. A few things would have made our stay even better. The light in the main toilet, the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms and the ice cube maker in the fridge did not work throughout our stay (and were not repaired despite our request). But these were all minor things and they did not take away from our fabulous stay.

We had a great vacation at this condo. Clean, easy check in, beautiful beach and amenities. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Melonie was great to work with, very flexible.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at an incredible Airbnb, and I can confidently say it was an excellent choice for our gathering of eight family members. The space is not only beautifully decorated but also surprisingly spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. One of the standout features of this penthouse is that each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom. This arrangement eliminated the hassle of waiting for turns to shower, which is often a concern when traveling with a large group. It made our stay all the more enjoyable and convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare meals, including modern appliances, ample cookware, and plenty of counter space. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking views from the balcony. The location is about 25 minutes from the airport and several popular restaurants, but the drive is totally worth it. I recommend getting a driver or renting a car.

Fantastic Villa in Lorient and would absolutely stay again in the future. Marie-Thérèse was a phenomenal host who was always responsive to any communication. Villa was even better than advertised and I can’t recommend strongly enough.

Dawn Beach Club was wonderful. Beautiful private beach, sparking water, huge pool, fun activities, large and beautifully decorated apartment in a quiet area of St. Maarten. Still rebuilding from the hurricane of 2017 but they are on the come back road. Bernard was responsive to questions and the staff at Dawn Beach Club were excellent. Highly recommend

Had the most wonderful few weeks at Villa Le point. Pascal and Muguet were beyond helpful, attentive, and easy-going. The property and views were breathtaking and the home itself was modern, stunning, and spotless. I would 10/10 recommend and will absolutely be back. Perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The neighborhood was peaceful, cute, safe and a pretty walk away from the beach.

France was very helpful and kind, very nice and clean place to stay!

I had a very pleasant stay at Anais's apartment! Very comfortable accommodation just a few steps away from the shell beach and all the restaurants and shops in the area. Anais is a great host, was very easy to get in touch with when I needed anything.

This property had amazing views of the water and mountains and was extremely private. The home is well equipped and has a salt water pool large deck with lots of sun throughout the day plus a covered area. We enjoyed going to the La Petite Colombe bakery every morning located just down the road. The home is in a great location, only minutes to St Jean beach, Nikki Beach, shopping, restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Gustavia. Rosita was also very kind and helpful. This property is a great place to stay while on the island - highly recommend.

My family of 4, along with 3 friends stayed at Jean's apartment for a week this month and it was a dream. Exactly as you see in the photos. The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, has beautiful ocean views from the balcony and is steps away from the beach and pool. Our children loved the beach club amenities by the pool and we loved the swim up bar. The staff at Dawn Beach Club were wonderful. Always willing to help. Just so kind and friendly. Check in and check out was also seamless. We rented a car which made seeing the island very easy. The location of this apartment is right on the border of the French side so we were able to see many of the beaches around the entire island. Jean was so lovely and flexible to work with in booking this accommodation. We had some unexpected changes on our end however Jean was extremely patient and willing to work with us to make our first trip since pre covid seamless. We had a wonderful vacation and would love to return to Dawn Beach in the future. Thank You Jean.

Julien is amazing and so is his luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in St Barths. Julien was quick to help and made sure we had more than enough to get by. When we had one, very brief, issue with the dryer, Julien had it resolved in hours with zero disruption to our experience. I write this glowing review knowing it'll only make it more difficult for us to return, and grab this amazing place without contention with others! It's worth it: we hope everyone finds this little slice of paradise. Merci, Julien!

Bruno has created a nice cousy place located nearby a lot of sightseeings. Renting a car is of course recommended, but that way you can explore the island. St. Barth is a nice change of pace compared to the other islands. Bruno gives a space that is accessible for more people that way. We enjoyed it very much.

Great modern space 15 minutes from most beaches and just a few to Corrosol beach. Very affordable for all the amenities. We will stay there again but they are usually booked a year or more ahead of time. Very responsive host.

Comfortable villa. Walking distance to wonderful beach of Marigot allowing for great morning swim. Villa is perfect for a couple traveling to St Barth that prefers to avoid a hotel with the appeal of a good size pool and comfortable bedroom with large bed. Would say there is a bit of road noise during the day and would say that there were more mosquitos at the property than we had noted on prior trips. This may just be a seasonal issue. The main indoor living area has a nice kitchen and big table but not any other big indoor space. Villa manager was very attentive.
