The geographical location is great, opposite the lake, a few steps from the center of Hossegor and 600 m from the Gravière surf spot! Ideal for surfing, the apartment is impeccable with an exterior, car in safety and sheltered from the sun. Françoise and her husband are adorable! They provided two bikes for free. I would highly recommend it!

Great stay in this place for the new year! Incredible view and good location 20 minutes from the old center of Biarritz and with many small shops downstairs. Not to mention the parking, very convenient.

The apartment was perfect for us. We enjoyed the lovely terrace, the parking space, the accommodation as a whole for a stay class. Cyril was very nice and understanding with our requests. Accommodation close to Bayonne that we quickly reach. If we return to the area we will stay at Cyril's place.

Access to the Great Beach is direct, which is really a plus! Another plus: surfboards and bodyboards available. Just a detail: the apartment overlooks a fairly noisy boulevard - plan to sleep window closed! Apart from that, our stay was perfect and we recommend this address 100%

Julien is a welcoming man, with a real closeness to us, very often available to answer any questions we may have. He has a lot of empathy. We'll be happy to go back.

The big plus of this apartment is the pool with a magnificent view of all Biarritz and Anglet, the 2 cities are within walking distance in 20/30 minutes which is very nice because you walk along the ocean to access it. The studio is small but well arranged, plenty of storage and tricks to save space so the foldaway bed in which we slept very well! There were pool and shower towels which is quite rare and nice. We were hosted very well by Corinne who was flexible on departure and arrival times, we recommend this listing and will be happy to come back!! The only negative point would be the difficulty in parking. There are free spaces on the street but they are rarely free, so you have to drive around the neighborhood a bit.

Laurane's place is very cozy, and tastefully decorated! The location is great, close to the lake of old boucau. We had a great stay!

Camille is a very pleasant host and very flexible on schedules. He was also very flexible with the unscheduled arrival of one of our daughters. The house is functional in a very secure residence. A little clarification about the accommodation, the children's room does not have a door and is communicating with those of the parents. We had a lovely week in Soustons.
