Bright and pleasant accommodation, with a beautiful terrace to contemplate the sea a little further down. This little cocoon is also part of a beautiful area where the ochre and brick color nature is particularly remarkable under the incessant changes in the shards of the sun! Me and my wife booked this amazing and memorable villa with our children and grandchildren. It's not often you get touched and experience a stay much better than I expected. The support from Marie-Laure and Barbara was above and beyond in every way and it was a delight and a security to feel so well taken care of. Everything in the house was great, fresh and kept very high level - pool, view, terrace with sun loungers, patio with its own grill, kitchen and the entire home in general, there was absolutely nothing missing. We recommend the accommodation with its proximity to the sea, the surroundings and ferry to Saint-Tropez. Even the nearby restaurants were good class. Convenient accommodation in a strategic location, we found everything we needed for a quiet and comfortable stay. Private parking has a huge value, especially since it is not always easy to find in the area and many magical places can be reached with short walks. Great value have the two terraces and the table for eating out. Perfect for couples, but we stayed with two small children and it was not at all uncomfortable. A pied a terre perfect for the area! Marc has very well organized the self check-in service. He is a very kind person who will give you all tips to experience the area at its best. We will definitely be back!!!

We were allowed to be a guest at Francoise's for 1 week. We enjoyed it very much,the layout of the apartment was great. Great for children was also the pool that was included in the complex. The distance to the nearest larger cities such as Saint Tropez and Cannes was easily accessible by car. We felt very comfortable. Many thanks ,it was a nice time

Beautiful tiny apartment. It was originally a two car garage, which was nicely transformed into an apartment. The bedroom is one car and the kitchen the other car. :-) along them there is a hall with a closet and the toilet alongside the bedroom while the shower alongside the kitchen. The deck outside is fantastic: both the sea and the property house offer great views. We used the kitchen for minimal eating, we walked or drove for dinner-out restaurants with lots of seafood. Lots of walk-able trails in the area as well as short to medium drive time to more trails. My wife and I loved the time here!

We had a pleasant stay at Marie-Paule's. The cabin is very clean, functional, well-equipped and full of charm. The garden with pool, pond and aviary is beautifully flowered and maintained: a small paradise that invites you to relax. We enjoyed having a secure parking spot. And the icing on the cake, we were touched by the very warm welcome and the little touches of Marie-Paule. We recommend this place to stay and will come back! Thank you for everything!

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

Beautiful place, tastefully decorated, all the amenities are there. Large garden, so you can sit in the sun and also in the shade. Beautiful outdoor kitchen, which we made a lot of use of. Beautiful swimming pool, tennis court, jeu de boules court. Friendly host and nice communication.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, cozy apartment in Antibes. The location is perfect—2 minutes from a supermarket, next to a gas station, and walking distance to the beach, pharmacy, and restaurants. The design is beautiful, and the ground-floor garden, where friendly-fancy cats visited each morning, was a lovely touch. The apartment had everything we needed: fast internet, two smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, and spacious closets. Everything felt modern or new, making it a perfect home away from home. Mikko, the owner, was attentive and quick to respond, while Nora, the SUPER host, made sure we had everything for a great stay. There’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. It will undoubtedly be our first choice the next time we visit the Côte d’Azur. Highly recommended!

This place by the sea is just amazing! A cozy house with a beautiful setting that has an over centennial history. The grounds resemble a park, very neat and pleasant. The owner, Chris, is extremely friendly and helpful, was always available and supported us with all questions. Thank you for this wonderful stay! We will definitely be back, 100% recommended.

Clean, tidy, and well-stocked place. The photos correspond to reality. The outdoor patio is a little gem!!! You could hear the waves of the sea! The accommodation is close to a supermarket stocked with everything and a two-minute walk from the sea with access to equipped or free beach. We parked the car inside the residence and no longer needed to use it until we left. Paca was very kind, both on our arrival and departure. We will definitely be back!!!!

Teresa was a perfect host. She met us as we checked in to make it easier. The place was spotless and a perfect pied-à-terre in Beaulieu-sur-mer. It couldn't be more central and convenient to restaurants, food shopping, and public transportation. It was extremely quiet given that it was in the center of town. Teresa was very accommodating to my needed to get in early on our arrival, and possibly needing to stay longer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there on our next visit to Beaulieu. Thank you Teresa!
