Family-friendly holiday rentals in Placentia

This was our second time renting the house and it did not disappoint. The place is big enough for our family and a huge plus was the amount of bathrooms it has! Every couple had their own! Lol the place had a crib which was nice for our 6 month old. We will definitely come back again!

Great place to stay for our work trip to the convention center. Conveniently located

This place was INCREDIBLE, one of my best stays yet. Camille’s villa was clean, quiet, and convenient. It was a 30 minute drive to Disney, where we spent all our time. Camille gave great restaurant recommendations and was very responsive. The bed was super comfortable, and did I mention quiet? There was no noise besides the Disney fireworks! I would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks Camille!

We had a great stay, can highly recommend Fabi's house! It is in super convenient location for walking to the Convention Center. The house is a great set up for a larger party and equipped with really anything we needed. Especially great set up in the kitchen with more than sufficient supplies to cook and enjoy. We did not travel with kids but I would expect for them to really get a kick out of the garage-turned playroom with lots of accessories! Fabi is a great host, responsive and very detailed/clear in his communications. A nice size garden offers respite and the neighbourhood is quiet.

Great place and very cozy, Ricardo is very helpful and is a great guy.... easy to find the spot parking right next to the home and great area!

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

Excellent place, great for a big group. It's close to many LA attractions and there are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Norvell was a great host, quick to respond. We highly recommend!

Jorgen was a great host and extremely accommodating and helpful when we had some last minute illness and had to change our stay duration. The backyard is 10/10 amazing. Beautiful and surprisingly private for the area. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time outside. Thanks for the stay!

David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

definitely a nice location if you want to be in a peaceful and quiet area. not too far from san clemente, dana point and SJC. so that’s a plus. not too far from the spectrum either.

We had to move to Long Beach because of the fires in LA. Kate was super responsive, accommodating and gracious in every single way. When we were allowed to come back to the house, she let us out with no penalty. The place itself was great for our family, very clean and very walkable. Safe neighborhood. I will stay here again in the future when we come down for a staycation! Thank you, Kate for everything.

A great little place to stay. We just had a couple of days in the area but it was a super cute little neighborhood and the house was exactly what we needed. Super comfy couches and beds, functional bathroom and kitchen for all the essentials. Even had a cute little table and chairs set in the back and a couple chairs in the front to enjoy the outside a bit. Joe was on top of everything and very proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed to make the stay as seamless as possible. Definitely would stay again and recommend!

I just want to say a huge thank you to Kevin. My family was under potential evacuation watch and we needed to move them to a close Airbnb for safety. Kevin was amazingly communicative and let us check in immediately upon booking to get them into safety asap. Thank you again Kevin!

Marias place has been my family’s go to vacation spot for the past few years. We love the location. It’s close by all the fun attractions and great food. Maria is so accommodating and makes sure the place is clean and comfortable for our stay. We look forward to returning next year!

Wonderful place that is close to Disney with everything you could need for a relaxing stay after walking the park all day.

Bottom line- would I stay here again? Absolutely. You really can’t get any closer to Disney and still have the comfort of home along with a private pool and the convenience of a kitchen and laundry! The stroller saved us! The optional heated pool was a life saver too! Sure there are some fixes that would make it even better but nothing that would deter us from staying there. There are some obvious DIY upgrades that aren’t the nicest and some areas that could use some upgrades. The towels are a bit thin and feel overly used. Same goes for the linens. Nothing smelled or felt especially fresh. “Master” bathroom floor was a wet mess after showering so we tried to avoid it which meant 7 people trying to share one shower. The kitchen could use more essentials - I wouldn’t consider it well stocked. Silverware felt kinda old and cheap and they need more! Again, overall, it’s a great place if you’ve got a larger group and you’re going to be mostly at the parks!

Charlotte was an excellent guest, the house was in the heart of silverlake and access to the backyard and view was a dream!

Carmen is an outstanding hostess! After a long day on the road with lots of kids, I was overcome by the beautiful Christmas tree and peaceful atmosphere of the house. The house was homey and comfortable and very clean- my expectations were exceeded on all these accounts. Carmen left gifts for us under the tree too. Such a sweet and wonderful gesture. If you are traveling with a large family, this house is a must. I can’t imagine how cramped and noisy a hotel suite would have been for our brood. The kitchen was very well-stocked, which made it easy to prepare our meals. The location is very walkable to the Disney parks and so made a nice excursion one evening for a Christmas dinner outing. Thank you, Carmen, for your hospitality!

Perfect spot for our Disney vacation. Highly recommend and will use again!
