Amazing Apartment, perfect for families and friends! We had a wonderful week at the apartment with my family and friends, and we felt at home from the very first moment. The space is extremely comfortable and is fully equipped with all the utensils needed for a practical and enjoyable stay. The three suites are large and offer an excellent level of comfort, ideal for those who are traveling and want to feel at ease. In addition, the fact that it is an apartment per floor ensures a lot of privacy and tranquility, with very little noise. The host was exceptional: always kind, considerate, and ready to help with what we needed. The apartment is so complete that we no longer wanted to leave! We definitely recommend for those looking for comfort, practicality and an excellent location.

In the pre-trip, Vanessa answered all my questions. On arrival the caretaker handed us the key and control of the electronic gate, was considerate during the stay. We went in 4 adults and 2 children, the apt accommodated perfectly. There are 2 bedrooms, 01 of them double bed and single bed with assistant and bathroom the other bedroom with bunk bed and single bed with assistant. Apt with 2 bathrooms, balconies in the bedrooms and living room. We carry bedding, towels and pillows. In the kitchen there are all utensils, pots, glasses, cutlery, pots. The oven, stove and microwave work right, we use it to make the Christmas dinner. The location is great, close to the avenue. there is bakery at the corner and market just across the street. We went to the beach walking, it's close and quiet to get there, I recommend taking a cart if you're taking a cooler. We use barbecue and pool ( if it was heated it would be perfect) Cove beach, with white and thin sand, great for children. We stay 5 days and intend to go back.

This one sure was a spectacular end of the year, and this unit contributed a lot to that , flawless fit, spectacular condo service all working perfectly well , for sure is a great place to stay

We very much liked the accommodation, the flat was extremely clean , organized , Chekin was super easy and fast . The flat is exactly in front of the beach , to canal 3 q offers super structure for bathers , super safe with police stations and rounds all the time . Super polite and gentle staff of the complex, who are helpful with everything we need. Finally Daniel was attentive throughout our stay , we had no problem, yet he was available for any questions . I will definitely return to the flat to enjoy the wonderful view! Amazing experience to start the year with great luck !

Incredibly impeccable space. I prefer to describe by parts so as not to skip anything. The apartment: amazing, much better than the pictures (which are already amazing). The view and the location are a show apart, having a beautiful panorama of the beach of Pitangueiras is very close to everything, from markets to shopping malls. All the large and airy rooms, even the bathrooms are huge. We were 12 people and everyone accommodated very well. From work to rest, the apartment exceeded all expectations. The team: all very friendly and helpful. In particular, I highlight Mr. Francisco, a very kind doorman who received us at dawn and all beach service staff, who even when we did not request the service, recognized us in the sand and offered sun guard, chairs and tables of the condominium. Last but not least, I thank Rafael: he took all the doubts, and he was always polite and kind, even before we closed the accommodation. It was worth staying and we'll definitely be back.

Apartamento was clean, smelling very organized, close to fastfoods markets and especially from Praia we love our stay super recommend and we will come back more often if God willing 🙏🏻🙏🏻

We had a great accommodation with the apartment exceeding our expectations, having great infrastructure that fully met our needs. Kitchen very organized and complete with several features having various household appliances, cutlery, crockery and pans, extrapolating what is necessary. Dining room with great space and quite wide table to accommodate a group of up to 8 people making their meals comfortably, clean rooms and comfortable beds, large, sanitized bathrooms. All rooms with air conditioning. In short, the apartment is great and very comfortable. Mr. Manuel very attentive and providing prompt assistance when requested. I recommend it off.

The accommodation is very wonderful. Organized location, air-conditioning and shower functioning satisfactorily, in addition to the apartment having a beautiful decoration. It's very cozy. I traveled with my husband and daughter and it was a great experience for everyone. The leisure area is sensational, heated swimming pool, child park, wonderful gym! In addition to having several bars, market and leisure options (especially for those with a child) super close to the apartment.

Nice place and very well cared for, with a very good location with things to do without having to take the car out of the parking lot. All items described were in accordance with reality and the site information was also clear from arrival to checkout. personal !! we have been at the ap da viviane lovely place pleasant extremely clean well located the condominium is a dream . beach service, swimming pool and even massage my wife and stepdaughter made her in the condominium was very good recommend and the janitor Fabiano is a love of person.

The apto surprised me..., has a great disposition for the convivial..., there is a window game that is a spectacle, for the view..., and the location is differentiated, because it has the beauty of nature in front of us, and the comfort of the city around. It was worth it..., we'll be back soon.

I loved the stay! Clean, well located place… chairs service on the beach and the building very well managed. Only one very important detail, for those who are staying with children, the balcony has the low parapet and this ends up being a point of attention. In addition, everything is too wonderful. We love it and will be back more often.
