Condo holiday rentals in Pismo Beach

We always know we are getting a great deal for a super nice place when we book with Amber. We have stayed in several of her properties and each one is great! Our favorites are closest to the beach. The beds are high quality and very comfortable. The location is great, close to the beach, a park and several restaurants. The rental is clean and equipped with everything we could need to make our stay enjoyable. She even includes sand toys and beach chairs to use. She’s always just a text away with great recommendations too.

Absolutely perfect for our weekend. The rooftop grill is a great thing to have, we cooked tri-tip and ate on the roof, it was wonderful. It really is within easy walking of the main draw of Pismo, great coffee shop just a 3 min walk away! The garage fits 2 cars easily even an SUV and a midsize truck could fit in their. With multiple balconies and the rooftop it's a wonderful place to get away and relax for a weekend. We would definitely stay again when visiting Pismo in the future!

Buck and Jo Ann’s place was terrific! It was the perfect place for our family. It was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. The location and views are awesome and having the parking spot in the garage was a huge bonus! We looked at a number of properties to rent based on location, appearance, and value- we could not have made a better choice by renting this unit. Our 10 month old granddaughter absolutely loved the open space in the living room. We plan to return again. Thank you Buck and Jo Ann!

Fantastic location - seconds away from the beach and pier.

My Mom and I just got back from spending my 50th Bday at Amber’s beautiful, comfy, clean place right at the beach! I love in Mission Beach in San Diego (which is pretty touristy) and was impressed how Amber thought of everything (beach towels, chairs, boogie boards bbq etc with simple, clear instructions. We lucked out, weather was amazing so we drove to Cayoucos where my parents lived in 1970 for a few years and we vacationed as kids. If you like sweets there is a Cookie Shop in Cayoucos called Brown Butter Cookie Company it is worth the beautiful drive ☺️. Overall, a really great place and honestly a great price given the 2 bedrooms, how close to beach, preserve and many other wonderful things. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you Amber, how rude I forgot to get you cookies! Next time 😊🏖️🏠🙏

Very nice condo in Avila Beach. Super quiet area but still near everything. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is it. Just as pictured.

I had the most wonderful time staying in this spot. It has a beautiful view and felt like home. Very safe and everything is in walking distance. I will 100% be back to Avila and plan to always stay here. A perfect spot!

Cozy and perfect location for what we wanted to do in the area.

Really awesome find! The view from every room is incredible, the photos don’t really do it justice. We saw otters swimming right by the airBnB! The location is perfect, everything is walkable.

Great location! Direct access to the beach and we did a bonfire with the pits provided. I wish we were there longer.

Quiet, clean, and beautiful views! Convenient proximity to the beach, which was very private and barely saw anyone there the whole time we were there. Us and our dogs enjoyed sitting out on the back deck watching the sunset each evening. If you bring a dog, I would recommend bringing a little baby gate or something to block off the stair way to the deck though. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, but be sure to bring your own spices and cooking oils. They do provide salt and pepper though. We would definitely come back when we plan our next trip to the central coast!

This rental was the best we have stayed in while visiting Morro Bay. The location is amazing, within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, shops, museums, kayak rentals and more. We had all of the amenities needed and especially enjoyed the comfy king sized bed, beautiful views of Morro Bay and the rock from the front patio, living room and bedroom, the large walk-in shower, and fireplace. We experienced proactive communication from Beach-N-Bay, and I liked how they immediately invited feedback regarding any maintenance needed. I highly recommend the La Roche rentals for your next Morro Bay vacation!

The condo was exactly what we needed for a long weekend with our 10 year old son and our poodle. We went to dinner the first night, cooked breakfast in the mornings, packed picnics for our beach trips, and bought local fish to make dinner the last 2 nights we were there. Beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset from the condo. Just walk right down to the beach and local shops. Very relaxing environment. We will definitely be back!

Great place for a couple. Very private inside & outside private patios. Private driveway so not having to grab a street parking place. Very quiet both day & night. Highly recommend this property.

We have stayed in many different places in SLO and Jaimie’s takes the cake! The area was amazing. We walked to groceries, coffee, entertainment, and just to walk! The condo was gorgeous with everything you needed for a home away from home experience, but the luxuries of being on vacation. Highly recommended and next trip, we’ll be checking to see if Jaimie’s place is available first. Thank you for having us!

Relaxing home in a beautiful location. Walkable to shops and eateries and steps to the sand.

This property is safe, impeccable and included all the comforts of home while at the shore. Couldn’t help being drawn to the beach and pier since the views reminded you of how close they were. Plenty of dining options and close proximity to vineyards and Morro Bay. Definitely recommend to anyone vacationing here or visiting Cal Poly.

The location was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the pool jacuzzi and of course the beach. Loved being able to open the slider and hear the ocean waves. It was within walking distance to downtown pier, which made it nice so we didn’t have to drive around to get away. Nice amenities and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the fireplace was cozy! I would rent this condo again.

This is a marvelous place to stay right on Pismo Beach by the pier. The location could not be better. The condo itself is wonderful, especially with upper and lower patios looking right at the beach and the ocean. The home itself is clean an comfortable. We would definitely return. Our hosts were quite responsive. Good stay!

Excellent experience! I definitely recommend this place!

Nice condo near a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a walkway right to the sand to walk out to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Would absolutely stay here again, enjoyed it! There was also a pool and gym available, but we did not use those during our stay. Looked very nice as well. Just remember to take a key to get OUT of the gated community. If you don’t have a key, you’re pretty much looked in. Oh, and I can’t forget, it’s really close to the cinnamon roll place, so fresh coffee and cinnamon rolls whenever you want! Yum!

It was great place to stay, clean, comfortable bed, and very relaxing. My family had a wonderful time and highly recommend anyone planning to visit Avila beach!

This home was amazing as we knew it would be! This was our third stay at one of Terri’s beautiful vacation getaways and so we knew it would be clean, have every amenity and just so impressive and comfortable. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, wash cloths, towels, just everything. Very appreciative after staying at some Airbnb’s and having to buy extra while staying. We were unable to use the nice furnishings on the deck due to rainy weather but the fireplace in the living room made up for it! I asked the family members if this was a do again and was told a definite yes! P.S. a bag of ice in the freezer as a backup although not needed with the ice maker was just an extra caring touch.
