Cabin holiday rentals in Pioneer Valley

Can't recommend the Red Cabin highly enough! Everything was better than we expected, and our stay at the cabin was all we hoped and more. The place is beautiful decorated with interesting art and lovely furniture. We enjoyed a few cozy evenings by the fire listening to records and watching the snow fall over the brook. We will be 100% rebooking next time we're in the area.

Lovely, peaceful little cabin with friendly cats around the property. The electric heater kept it cozy even in single-digit weather. Enjoyed my stay very much!!

Peaceful retreat Spent Thanksgiving with family and it was perfect. Hiked some trails daily and a nice walk to Cranberry pond. Kitchen was well appointed and hot tub was amazing especially at night. It started snowing while we were there so it made it even more magical.

Fantastic stay at this cozy house. easy to check in and comfortable amenities. house feels so much bigger with the loft and high ceilings. wish the weather was slightly warmer to use the hot tub but watching the snow fall was extremely peaceful.

We had a great Thanksgiving stay with 9 family members and a dog. Location is excellent - quiet, large backyard, less than 5-minute drive to grocery store, amenities and quaint downtown Wilmington. The house had everything we needed, including bathrooms for each room, and was very comfortable. We had some minor issues and the host was very responsive. Would stay again.

We stayed for a 3-night weekend in mid-October. It was chilly, and it rained most of Sunday. The cold rainy day was one of our favorites, because we didn't leave the cabin - and it's a truly wonderful place to hole-up. We wish we could have stayed for a week. The interior is immaculate, comfortable, stylish and highly functional. The upstairs reading/working/yoga space is a incredible. Mattresses can be a polarizing issue - some prefer soft; I have a very strong preference for firm mattresses, and for those like me, you'll be happy - this is one of the best beds I've slept on in any place I've rented. I caught up on a lot of lost sleep. The surroundings are gorgeous, and it's also one of the more remote places I've ever rented on Airbnb or anyplace else. As predicted in the description, we saw maybe 2 cars per day go by, and that's it. Absolutely quiet at night - such a peaceful retreat.

Pretty easy 5 star review. My girlfriend and I stayed at this cozy cabin for NYE - and it is apparent the hosts created this home as a passion project. Every detail and decision seems to be based upon what a guest would like. Directions to the cabin were very clear, the hosts in general are extremely thorough with all communication. I accidentally locked myself inside of their bathroom, and they responded & got me out of there within minutes. Our stay was interrupted by a major rainstorm, and although the cabin shook, it made the crackle of the fireplace even more enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy hybrid retreat with super responsive/friendly hosts.

Denise’s Colebrook cabin is a peaceful, rustic, perfect get away from the hustle bustle of larger city life. Nestled in the New England countryside, the walks and drives are beautiful and renewing! The cabin has an awesome wood stove and there was lots of firewood for cozy mornings and evenings. Denise is a gracious and energetic host. Will stay here again sometime

What a beautiful place to stay, we had a great and lovely time, safe area, so many walk paths and close to state parks, Marlene and her husband were so attentive and always there, making sure we got all we need for our 7 day stay, thanks for such a wonderful time 🙏🙏

This cabin was gorgeous and in a very nice area. Sarah was super attentive and very involved with the check in process! The directions were clear and gaining access to the home was super easy. The house was very well stocked (as far as toiletries and kitchen items). Overall a great family weekend skiing trip! Highly recommend.

Such a great and beautiful location , all surrounded by nature , quiet and peaceful ! Looks beautiful at night with all of the lights ! The place is clean and cozy ,feels like home. The host is really friendly and welcoming to the guests. The place has amazing views, I recommend it a thousand times over ! Definitely will bookmark this location for the future !

What a great little spot. We spent Christmas there, and it was just perfect. It’s the quintessential log cabin in the woods with trails to two lakes just off the back yard. Was fun exploring and then coming back and cozying up by the fireplace while watching the snow fall. Would highly recommend visiting any time of the year. John and Loren were fantastic hosts as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very clean and thoughtfully designed retreat. Peaceful view of the lake from the sunroom. Thoughtful details like good coffee, local maple syrup, and to go cups.

This place was exactly what we were looking for – quiet and tucked away in the woods. It had plenty of games and books to keep us entertained, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The views were beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was clean and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again!

This place was a hidden gem, with a lot more space than we anticipated. We spent a lot of time in Brattleboro VT which had plenty to do but we loved the homey artsy vibes of this place. The kitchen is amazing and I loved the color coded bookshelves. Couldn’t recommend it more for a quiet weekend away!

I was escaping some newly refinished floor fumes at Joe's cozy little log cabin. A snow storm hit our first night, covering everything in beautiful white! Beautiful lake view that could be seen from inside the cabin (which, considering the frigid temperatures was a top priority for me). It's a cozily-sized little cabin with cooking pots, utensils, spices, and a little Keurig-esque coffee maker. Snow plow came and treated the driveway the next morning after the snow. Plowman was a friendly guy. There's not a whole lot to do within ~20 minutes of this location. In the summer you have swimming in the lake, in the winter, you might want to bring all your own food and entertainment (as I did). There is a Dollar General, Cumberland Farms, liquor store, and Massage/Beauty Spa about 15 minutes away. So bare necessities are accessible. I have a dog who does not wander off, so the lack of fence on the property was not an issue for me, but just a heads' up for other pet owners!

I would definitely stay here again! My friends and I had a wonderful time and Georgianna was an amazing host. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. There was even a decorated Christmas tree for us which was an amazing touch!!

Theresa's home in the forest is absolutely lovely. You can always hear the sound of water flowing past in the creek just outside. The leaves were gorgeous this time of year. The home was warm and cozy even with temperatures dropping below freezing at night. It was exactly what we were looking for in a Vermont Autumn weekend getaway. Amazing host, too!

Wonderful rustic country house with all amenities. Authentic in every way. We saw wild turkeys and deer in the back yard. The house overlooks a road so there is some car noise during the day but not much. John replied to a text message promptly and resolved a tiny issue we had. The kitchen has EVERYTHING for foodies and there are farms all around selling fresh products. Highly recommended. Only thing to think of is the driveway is steep so in the winter it may be a challenge and the stone stair access is not handicapped friendly so not for those in wheelchair and not easy for baby strollers. Highly recommended for a getaway from NYC.
