Stunning place, wonderful home! Extremely clean and organized Td. Unique experience!

The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

The apartment is for six comfortable people. Very well-equipped, 3 bathrooms, excellent, everything is very well maintained and of good quality. The complex is very nice and safe. It is located 5 blocks from the beach access and the road is very pleasant. There is no toaster and only a regular capsule coffee maker, the rest has everything and is very good. Everything was excellent, we'll be back for sure!

The house is very complete in utensils , comfortable, privacy and safety also caught the attention. The leisure spaces are wonderful. The house is located very close to other beaches such as Sonho beach and Embau Guard, we got Uber easily on the days we need it. There are several markets nearby. It was worth the stay. Paulo, Bianca and Gilberto were super considerate.

The place, no words. Everything is impeccable, in perfect condition, everything you need and more, everything is very technological and easy to use. And of all things there is more than one option, that is two kitchens, two electric turkeys, two sets of crockery etc. When we saw it on the page we seemed pretty, but when we met it we really ran out of words. Better than a hotel, and 2 blocks literal from the beach. (note that it has everything for the beach, umbrella, repository, cart, boards). On the barbecue it has a special fridge for the beer, imposing. Karine and her husband, generosity and immense attention. They resolved all our concerns and were always attentive to making everything easier. We had to stay one more night because of a car problem, and they made everything a lot easier. We are very comfortable with your treatment. 200% Recommended. The place and on the date we choose to go, it's paradise…. Beautiful beach, temperate waters, few people in March.

The house, environment, and care of Debora and her family were exceptional. The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is very spacious and has two well conditioned bathrooms, which is important when staying a large family. The outdoor space is very enjoyable and the proximity to the beach is just and necessary. We need medical assistance and Debora accompanied us to make everything easier, we are infinitely grateful to her and her family, who realized how good people they are. We'll be back as soon as we'll be. We encourage other people to go to Guarda do Embau and enjoy that natural paradise.

The house has a strategic location above the beach, with viewpoints in different planes that allow you to see the immensity of the sea in various perspectives. FULLY equipped and conditioned for a comfortable and relaxed stay. (Paraguayan hammocks, beach silettes, 2 grills, a rooftop and one in the open air) WiFi of excellence. The bathrooms have hot water and very good water pressure in the showers. The fully-functioning kitchen FREE parking for 2 vehicles a block away. Both Jessica and her mother are always attentive and well arranged to any requirement. It is a true paradise and of course it is that after having traveled this experience in LA JOAQUINA, at the time of renting the bara it is very high. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!

Casa exceeded expectations, large house, comfortable, air-conditioning in all the rooms. We were between 4 adults and 3 children, barbecue area and pool a show to enjoy the end of the day, sea near 5 minutes on foot. 15 minutes by car to Guarda do Embaú, 15 minutes by car to the end of the parrot and the beach of the dream. It was worth the experience, God willing we will be back.

The location is wonderful, going to the beach and the Centrinho on foot. We do not use the car for anything. I loved the stay and would like to come back again.

The house is very wide, all good and airy rooms, exactly as in the listing. Although it was an old house, everything was in perfect working order. The location is privileged, especially for those who are familiar with Floripa. Close to the eastern and southern beaches, and relatively close to the Centre. Casa do Rafael is a wonderful retreat!! On one side the mountains and on the other side amazing beaches!! We didn't even imagine we were going to love it so much. The house is excellent (including the shower and the bed that is fundamental to me), the neighborhood is quiet, has many different birds, the beach is very close, great space for the dog, it is a safe house, at the end of the afternoon there is an unforgettable sunset in the mountains and the neighborhood is very nice too. We live unforgettable days at Casa do Rafael and we will be back for sure!!
