Holiday rentals with beach access in Pinezići

We booked this apartment on the way from Split to Zagreb. The purpose was mainly functional: to have a night along the road with the beautiful surroundings and good rest. The host was very responsive, check-in/out were easy. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the islands. If you feel like cooking, all you need is available. If not, there is a good restaurant next doors with good prices. The place was very clean. Senj is quite windy place, so don't get scared by the noise from the wind in the night.

We had a very nice time in Pula. A very nice landlady who always had tips for us or spoiled us with delicious food. The apartment has everything you need. A beautiful little beach could be reached in a few minutes' drive. So everything is fine.

Such a great find!! Wonderful distance from old town so as not to get into too much hustle and bustle but really close for walking. Everything is clean and nice. Also we were able to use the clothes washer and dryer which was such a great thing while traveling. The view is spectacular!!! Thanks for having us!

Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

Marin is a super host, immediately very helpful and upon arrival he also helped us bring our suitcases into the house, he recommended and explained everything perfectly. The house inside is small but equipped with everything ( also the super equipped kitchen). Obviously we fell in love with the terrace of his little house but what to say, everything was perfect. I would go back , thank you Marin!

Andrea met me at the location and was very warm and welcoming. He showed us around the place and recommended tons of places to visit. The place was very clean and in a perfect location. We will definitely be coming back!

I have to honestly say, the best Airbnb we've ever had and we really traveled a lot. The location is great, mall is right there, bus stop is not 2 minutes away (money saved for rental cars). Leo always gave us great insider tips on where to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The four of us were always satisfied with his recommendations. Our flight didn't start until 9pm and we and we were also able to leave our luggage with him. It's really not a matter of course. The room also lacks nothing, clean and modern. Really great! Beautiful views from the balcony and a stay "with your feet in the water." I recommend the restaurant bianco and nero, recommended by Mirjana, excellent cuisine and very friendly family service.

We had a great week staying at the family run apartment . A warm welcome by our hosts Ivan and Selena . A relaxing place to be with a great terrace and view on the bay . Beach , center and restaurants all a short walk away. We have been looked after really well. Thanks !

Very good experience, just a few steps from the sea, very well located and very spacious. They responded quickly to our requests and was a great place to rest and go for a walk.

A good place to stay for the cost, very kind hosts, bedding and towels are very clean and we replaced them in the middle of our vacation, there are all the necessary utensils and a stove with an oven. The nearest beach is no more than 5 minutes away, there is a small supermarket and several restaurants in the town. The only downside is the property is close to an active road. The town itself is small, but here you can find yourself something to do, climb the mountain, swim to the island (kayaks, catamarans, boards) or just lay on the beach or have cocktails, smoothies, coffee at the cafe by the beach. In half an hour by car you can take the ferry to Rab Island, it will take a little more than an hour to get on the bridge to Krk Island.

this was the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. so comfortable and clean. Very friendly welcome and could not ask for a better host. it was a bit too cool to use the pool, but we had fantastic days out very short drives away. we all fell in love with Croatia and the lovely people. I would highly recommend this, it is on the edge of town, so close to a beach and felt like being in the country.

Boris is a courteous, friendly and unobtrusive host, communication was impeccable. He lives with his family in the back of the building complex, but you hardly notice anything. The house is terrific and has ample space for 2-3 parties, is superbly equipped and has a great outdoor area. The location leaves nothing to be desired. In no time you can reach the sea and choose between different coves or walk along a well-developed path. The beaches are largely well maintained, the sea exceptionally cool due to incoming groundwater. From the main beach you can fish excellent and get many different fish species with good size on a leash. The seaside snack restaurant "Me Gusta" has always felt open and offers delicious little things and drinks at affordable prices. Good shopping opportunities are nearby and can be reached quickly and easily by car.

I highly recommend staying here. The home is well-equipped, and Sanja is a great host, very communicative, quick to respond to messages, willing to help when the problem arises.

The place is just magical! Everything perfectly clean, Marina and Famielie are all super nice and warm! We got many tips for the area without asking. The beds are extremely comfortable and the highlight is definitely the sunset on the balcony, as well as the fantastic garden with fresh khaki, pomegranates and much more. We will be back for sure❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful accommodation with a large garden and nice ambiance in Jadranovo. There are 2 paths to the beach near A quick climb (5 minutes, way back more strenuous) and one through a small grove (10 minutes). Very well equipped. e.g. several sets of glasses, barbecue with prefabricated wood, good and beautiful household appliances, etc. Small supermarket and bakery within 15 minutes walking distance and larger towns by car about 15 - 20 minutes away. In addition, the host was quickly accessible, direct and very likeable :)

top furnished and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on the premises, we were able to park ebikes in the house. Only a few minutes walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly point of contact! For us, it was "the best place to be" in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

Viktorija and her husband have always been very kind and welcoming. Beli is a village of the past and I fell in love with the second beach of the village, quiet and surrounded by nature. The place is thoughtfully furnished and very functional. The apartments are located in the highest house in the country just above the Pension Tramontana. My husband took a couple of dives and had a great time with Diving on the beach. If you want to eat at home, I recommend shopping at the Plodine di Cres before you arrive, but the small shop near the beach is still well-stocked.

Perfect localization, reactive host. Most of all very confortable bed and pillows, and calm area of Pula. The surroundings are beautiful. The weather is not amazing in October but we still had a great stay thanks to Sara's recommendations.

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

It was really nice except for small defects ( ways to clean ) but super great! Everything available. Super big if you are traveling with children. We will be happy to come again. Recommended 99%

It was such a wonderful place to stay. The whole family welcomed us kindly! I was touched by the water, milk, and beer in the fridge:) Everything was clean and tidy, so it was very pleasant while we were there, and it felt like a home away from home! If I ever come back to Pula again, I would definitely come back to see the lovely Tea and family again! Thanks for offering us a great place:)
