Holiday rentals with beach access in Pinezići

We booked this apartment on the way from Split to Zagreb. The purpose was mainly functional: to have a night along the road with the beautiful surroundings and good rest. The host was very responsive, check-in/out were easy. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the islands. If you feel like cooking, all you need is available. If not, there is a good restaurant next doors with good prices. The place was very clean. Senj is quite windy place, so don't get scared by the noise from the wind in the night.

Everything was great, don't hesitate to book this apartment, I would stay here again! The view is from the balcony only but it's an amazing view and a great patio! Everything you need is right at the bottom of the street, I went out each day for a great walk (in the rain) and picked up everything I needed from the Konzum (don't miss out on the back section) and Minoza for all the baked goods! Sushi place is excellent. PS apartment is smallish but it can sleep a lot of people, the couch is great, main bed in nice, upstairs are 2 more small single beds and there are 2 full baths! Dedicated parking 👍🏻PSS I'm on a motorcycle and the street and access to the parking are very steep but once you get into the parking area it's flat and I recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful Airbnb apartment and I can only report positives! The hostess was extremely nice and accommodating, she welcomed us warmly and was always available to us with helpful tips. The location of the apartment is just perfect – close to many sights and great restaurants, so we could easily walk to everything. The apartment itself was not only nice, but also very clean and well equipped. We immediately felt comfortable! I highly recommend this apartment and would come back anytime. Such a great find!! Wonderful distance from old town so as not to get into too much hustle and bustle but really close for walking. Everything is clean and nice. Also we were able to use the clothes washer and dryer which was such a great thing while traveling. The view is spectacular!!! Thanks for having us!

Very comfortable little place, great interior design with local flare, fantastic location as far as feeling part of the waterfront social scene. Sunsets were beatuiful, parking is a quick 2 minute walk from the apartment (free in the winter). Finding out that the location had some historical significance to location was a bonus.

Apartment exactly as seen in the photos, very clean and new a short walk from the sea that could be seen from the terrace and with private parking in a quiet location but close to everything. SILVANA is a special host, a volcano of kindness, very kind and always available for any information and also speaks Italian. Great experience to be repeated without so much as a second thought.

Very nice little apartment. The host family is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is super clean and everything necessary is available and the facilities are of very high quality! The town of Osor is quiet and has many nice restaurants and is a great starting point for excursions to the islands of Cres and Losinj!

We felt very comfortable in Jelena's apartment. It was absolutely clean and just as beautiful as in the photos. The garden and terrace are great and that you only have to walk through the garden to be right on the sea with the sunbathing platforms is great! It should perhaps be mentioned that the air conditioning is only in the living room, but if you leave the door to the bedroom open, it will also be cool enough there. Parking is available right by the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, but without a coffee maker and oven. The location is highly recommended if you want to have your peace. Especially in the main travel season in summer, the classic tourist spots and especially the beaches are very crowded, but here it is different! You always find a good place without too many people around you. Jelena was very friendly and helpful and always available for questions. We can absolutely recommend the place

We had a great week staying at the family run apartment . A warm welcome by our hosts Ivan and Selena . A relaxing place to be with a great terrace and view on the bay . Beach , center and restaurants all a short walk away. We have been looked after really well. Thanks !

Very good experience, just a few steps from the sea, very well located and very spacious. They quickly responded to our requests and it was an excellent place to rest and go for a walk.

A good place to stay for the cost, very kind hosts, bedding and towels are very clean and we replaced them in the middle of our vacation, there are all the necessary utensils and a stove with an oven. The nearest beach is no more than 5 minutes away, there is a small supermarket and several restaurants in the town. The only downside is the property is close to an active road. The town itself is small, but here you can find yourself something to do, climb the mountain, swim to the island (kayaks, catamarans, boards) or just lay on the beach or have cocktails, smoothies, coffee at the cafe by the beach. In half an hour by car you can take the ferry to Rab Island, it will take a little more than an hour to get on the bridge to Krk Island.

The Airbnb of Suzana & Slaven was fantastically beautiful. The heated pool overlooking the secluded bay, which can be reached within a 5-minute walk, was perfect. Very nice garden with an excellent equipped kitchen for cooking. With the standup paddle you can explore the area and there are great hiking trails within walking distance. Super, wonderful place!

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

Picked us up from the port and had prepared the most delicious dinner!! Great room with sea view/sunset view and fan and AC! 5 min walk to a grocery store and to the coast. A local boat taxi company stops super close by and takes you to Rab Town so great if you don’t come by car. Overall lovely stay!

The house is cosy with a nice garden with a tall hedge , that you can enjoy especially in the evenings. if you have kids like us the garden is super. its safe because the fence is all around. we loved our stay, the apartment is very clean and cosy. the beds and pillows soft. the location is absolutley fantastic, everything is near. esspecialy the beach, is about one mi ute walk. we are deffenetly coming again.

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

Viktorija and her husband have always been very kind and welcoming. Beli is a village of the past and I fell in love with the second beach of the village, quiet and surrounded by nature. The place is thoughtfully furnished and very functional. The apartments are located in the highest house in the country just above the Pension Tramontana. My husband took a couple of dives and had a great time with Diving on the beach. If you want to eat at home, I recommend shopping at the Plodine di Cres before you arrive, but the small shop near the beach is still well-stocked.

We had a fantastic week here, everything was in line with the description and photos-or even better. The apartment met the needs of our family of 4. 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It's always pleasantly shaded, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Clean, practical equipment and equipment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and parking. There is a hypermarket 12 minutes walk away. Terezija and Ivica are excellent hosts, never intrusive, but always available if you need anything. They were waiting with a homemade cake. We came home sadly. This part of Novi Vinodolski has dreamy, well-designed sunbathing spots, with steel bays to the sea every 30 meters. Shaded spots run out quickly, a sun tent, and sea shoes. There are a few small gravel bays where toddlers can safely paddle. Luckily, there's no jellyfish or seaweed, but there are fish, so it's worth snorkeling. It's more for families, it's not a party area. We loved it all!

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!

We were completely satisfied. I liked the view best. The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything you need is available. The apartment is located directly on the promenade, from where you can take a nice long walk along the coast and restaurants are also directly accessible.

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
