Holiday rentals with a patio in Pinellas Park

for starters I have to say me and my fiancée run and own airbnbs in other states and we decided to give this place a chance and I am so glad we did we both absolutely loved this place we had a hectic flight and unfortunately forgot a couple simple things. Upon arrival we noticed the room had cosmetic things 2 use for guests and that was above and beyond for them 2 go out their way and leave condiments and simple bathroom needs the room was super cozy and clean the patio was great everything about the property was fantastic tbh we will definitely be staying again we ended up leaving tanning oil and a few things for the next guests as well because we thought it was great and very generous that she had things many airbnbs are not required 2 have we will personally be applying that 2 are rentals when we go home now so if you can leave a little something for the nexts guests because we all know traveling can be hectic only negative thing about the property was we could not stay longer :/

Great location and wonderful cozy studio. Perfect for couples. Host gave clear instructions. Very clean and comfy. We loved the details, the Keurig coffee machine and the laundry room. The neighborhood felt peaceful and also..there were a lot of peacocks! My wife loved them. Would love to return!

My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

This was my second time staying at Michael's property, and everything about it was excellent: location, cleanliness, view, amenities, etc. And Michael's communication is great, quick and helpful. I highly recommend, even though your booking might make the property unavailable to me in the future :-)

We stayed at Richard's one night and it was our first time. We were impressed by how clean, spotless and beautiful his place is. The floor distribution is great. We need it a good night sleep before catching an early flight and the bed did the job. Excellent place. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Great place for a golf trip and all necessities are within 10 minutes of the house. We will be back :)

This place was awesome! It reminded me of “old school” Airbnb before the quality of accomodations seemed to have gone down over the last few years. The property and house were exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and stylish, and the pool was fabulous. We visited in early April and the pool temperature was perfect. Lots of sun in the back outside, too. Communication and accommodation on the part of the hosts was top notch—they even offered to get us a pack and play for our infant, which worked out great. The neighborhood is quiet and suburban—good for a peaceful getaway. I wish there were restaurants within walking distance (there are not), but there are many options within a few minutes drive. Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to be back someday!

Nice, clean, comfortable stay! Stayed for one night with my family and we felt quite at home! Location was close to many activities and restaurants, instructions for self check-in easy! Minor detail: when the main road is busy, you hear the cars passing quite easily, but given its corner lot, it’s a very minor detail - would most definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would happily stay again! Thanks for having us!

House was plenty big enough our family enjoyed the pool also one thing was the washer smelled so we were not able to do laundry . I know if I would have contacted Dana about it she would have come over and fixed it but we just didn’t have time. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will definitely stay here again!

David was friendly and responsive. Exactly what we would hope for a host to be. The property is lovely. I would describe it as a Florida retiree's dream. It was large and clean. It's fully fenced in. The wifi is stable and strong. There is a 3-hole putting green, a table top bowling, and other amenities provided. It was exactly what we were looking for.

My Airbnb stay was fantastic! The place was just as described: clean, cozy, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The outside area, with its island-like atmosphere, is breathtaking - it's easy to forget you're in the Tampa area. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Great visit to Indian Shores. Steps to the sand, walkable to local restaurants and cozy accommodations. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Was exactly as listed. Nice and clean. Especially pleasant to sit on the balcony mornings and evenings to watch the birds and we did see dolphins one morning. One came right up underneath the balcony area. Restaurant Doc Ford's right next door was an added plus. Great food, just a walk across the parking lot. Reasonably priced and good breakfast place just a 1/2 mile away. Condo facility was well kept and all of the other residents and guests were very friendly. Host was super friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

If your looking for an exclusive, quiet and scenic location with pool, hot tub, courts, kayaking + one bridge away from restaurants and entertainment, this is the place for you. Also, just down the road are multiple beaches and trails to explore. We stayed 3 days for a business conference nearby and my wife and daughter had a blast relaxing in the sun. The bnb was in the perfect location close to restaurants and shops as well as stocked with beach chairs, a cooler and more to complete our beach experience. Scott was super accommodating to our travel needs! Highly recommend and will be back!
