Holiday rentals with a patio in Pinellas Park

Great option to stay in the Tampa area. House had everything needed. Will definitely consider going back.

I highly recommend this place! You get plenty of privacy, a TV with a guest Netflix account, a bed that can easily be pulled out and stowed away for extra space, and a huge shower. The A/C worked great, the coffee maker was clean and easy to use, there were coffee and tea pods stocked for guests, and the fridge even had water and soda. The neighborhood has a ton of peacocks hanging around, which we found charming. The location was perfect as a place to crash after seeing a show at the nearby Ruth Eckerd Hall.

My girlfriend and I visited St. Petersburg and loved this little spot to stay! It was exactly what we needed and was located very conveniently from local restaurants and downtown St. Pete. If you are visiting the area, I would recommend booking especially for couples!

Had a great stay at Adam's place. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the bed. Had every amenity I needed. It's close to downtown St. Pete. Trip's is just a mile or so down the road and a great place for breakfast. I highly recommend this apartment when visiting St. Pete. Don't hesitate.

The location was great, everything was within a 10 minute drive. The host was extremely responsive and answered all messages within a few minutes. Would stay again!

Very clean place as described. In a peaceful setting. Eventhough it's next to a house that is occupied we didn't hear or see anyone. Very private entrance and space. It is well equiped. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. If you plan to cook the kitchen is well eauiped but bring your own condiments and oils. Overall excellent stay and location!

Edgar’s place was perfect for us while we came for to visit our UT son for the long weekend. The location was close to the school and also his home was very clean and comfortable! Edgar was super responsive, especially when we accidentally left our AirPods behind. He quickly responded to let me know that they were found and had put them in a safe spot for our son to retrieve them. Highly recommend !

This place was just as described and matched the pictures well. It was comfortable and well laid out. We enjoyed the small enclosed patio and found the neighborhood to be safe and walkable. It was conveniently located to anything needed - stores, restaurants, walking parks, etc. Efrain was extremely responsive with communication. We appreciated having a washer/dryer and used the kitchen a couple times. We would stay here again.

Hi we had a wonderful time in your lovely home....we greatly appreciate everything...your house has everything that everyone would need .. the only issue was the king bed it was way too soft for me ...but that was just me and my youngest..lol...we ran our of plastic bags and paper towels and toilet paper but other than that it was a superb stay.. especially being that My son only lives 7 minutes away...maybe for the pool room have a portable heater in the winter..i didn't think that Florida could get that cold well it's better than back home in Jersey where it's like 12 degrees LOL!

We stayed in this beautiful home for almost a month and loved every second of it! From the moment we walked in we felt at home, the space was so warm and inviting. The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood which I loved since we had three young kids with us. We spent hours enjoying the backyard and loved that there was plenty of room to spread out within the house. Our toddler slept in the daybed off the master bedroom and that was the perfect setup! During our stay we traveled from Clearwater Beach down to St.Petes and nearly every beach in between. This house is truly such a great location! We personally loved that you could drive to do “touristy” things in a matter of minutes(in off season) or just enjoy a slow pace of pool days, biking, exploring. There are several playgrounds, restaurants, and stores close by and the home had a fully equipped kitchen for anything we wanted to make. Truly such a special place that we hope to visit again someday!

We came for a bowl game at Raymond James and decided to walk there and back (game started at noon so it was daylight). It’s about a 45 minute walk but it was worth it as there was a lot of traffic to and from the stadium. Nicely remodeled home that was very organized. One of the mattresses was firmer than I like. It is near a busy street but the accommodations and location worked out great for us.

Andrew is a really good guy, he went above and beyond. Total professional, and down to earth and genuine. Absolutely loved the house and it felt like home, it really was comfortable and I slept like a baby. The guest house in the back is like it's own complete mini-house, the jacuzzi worked great and was hot fast and the pool was clean too. Not exaggerating when I say this one really has been my best Air B&B experience thus far. God Bless America 🇺🇸

what a wonderful stay. came in town for a wedding and was relieved with a beautiful place to stay thanks to Tatyana & her wonderfully fast responses. spotless home, plenty of space with an open layout. this home is located in a lovely neighborhood as my 2 year old & myself felt compelled to explore by foot. there was even a tag sale across the street with super friendly neighbors! showers had all amenities as well as towels and hairdryers. back yard space is peaceful with a fire pit, lounge chairs, a hot tub, long porch & friendly lizards that hung around on the fence keeping us company. if ever in town again, I plan on staying here again!

Chris is a great host! Everything went smooth from booking to checkout. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Great view and in a great location only minutes from plenty of good restaurants. I Definitely recommend!

My husband and I loved staying right on the beach! The place had everything we needed and more. We loved that we had access to beach chairs and that we were able to see the sunset almost every night! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Kelley!

Was exactly as listed. Nice and clean. Especially pleasant to sit on the balcony mornings and evenings to watch the birds and we did see dolphins one morning. One came right up underneath the balcony area. Restaurant Doc Ford's right next door was an added plus. Great food, just a walk across the parking lot. Reasonably priced and good breakfast place just a 1/2 mile away. Condo facility was well kept and all of the other residents and guests were very friendly. Host was super friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

Summer thank you so much for the stay! If your looking for an exclusive, quiet and scenic location with pool, hot tub, courts, kayaking + one bridge away from restaurants and entertainment, this is the place for you. Also, just down the road are multiple beaches and trails to explore. We stayed 3 days for a business conference nearby and my wife and daughter had a blast relaxing in the sun. Perfect slice of paradise! Peace of the intercostal out the back door and beach right across the street. Accommodations were cozy and comfortable and loved having the throw blankets for a chilly rainy day. Everything we needed was thoughtfully procured in a very efficient kitchen space. Loved our stay! Can’t wait to return.
