The home was extremely unique and stunning. We had a beautiful time and made some memories for a lifetime. Ms. Diane was extremely responsive and sweet. We will most definitely love to visit again in warmer weather and enjoy the pool better.

Wow! If you are hosting a larger family or group, this home is perfectly arranged to give each ‘pod’ an escape. The property is gorgeous in Winter, and my gardener’s eye spies LOTS of plants that are currently dormant, and will be gorgeous in Spring and Summer. Well appointed. Comfortable. GREAT for cooking for large groups! Mather Lodge Restaurant is just up the mountain and the breakfast service is friendly and the menu is yummy! The views are world class. Wake up to the Arkansas River and a private overlook view. I can’t wait to dip into the pool in Summer… we are already planning our next trip to Paw Paw Tree Estate! Pool table, ping pong table, lovely pool in warmer months, jacuzzi tub, SO many showers and bathrooms, SO many beds, toys, televisions, reliable Wifi, convenient to shopping and provisions… I mean, I haven’t even touched the surface! The host is responsive, helpful, friendly, and just good people. (Thank you!) Don’t skip out on this Natural State gem!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The location is perfect, offering a beautiful and relaxing view of the golf course from the back patio. The house itself was beautifully maintained, cozy, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group. The kitchen was high-quality and spacious. It was supplied with all the cookware we needed and plenty of table settings for our large group. The glasses are really nice quality! There is a Blackstone Grill that was perfect for our steak and veggie cook-out! The lake with a nice beach is about a five minute drive down the road and offered a fun afternoon! (4 Beach towels were available at the house!) Walking around the house was so nice with the fall colors and heavily treed areas. It made it feel so secluded but still offered good proximity to anything we needed or wanted to do. David, the host, was very responsive. We can't wait to return to this peaceful getaway! Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature.

The house was perfect for us and our family. Tons of space, great kitchen area, and a huge dining room table that allowed us all to share a meal at the same table. The game room with the ping pong table was awesome! Overall a great stay and we’d definitely book again.

Great place for a quick stay if you need 3 bedrooms!

My family and I stayed here while attending a volleyball tournament in Cabot. it was so nice to be able to relax after a long day of tournament play and we felt like we were at home. The home was exactly as described and worked very well for our group. Theresa and Erin were very helpful and always responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we are in town!

I had a fantastic stay at Mr. Hoover’s Humble Hangout! The space has great history, communication was seamless, and everything I needed was provided. I booked it for the hot tub, which was glorious, hot water and perfect jets. The historic neighborhood was lovely, and private parking in the back was a great perk. Everything was clean and welcoming, and I felt right at home. Though I traveled solo, this place is incredibly family and pet friendly, with games, books, and thoughtful touches like kids tables and booster seats tucked away. It’s clear a lot of care went into making this space comfortable for all travelers. Thank you for sharing your home, I’d happily stay again!

We couldn’t have felt more at home if we were in our own home! The accommodations were wonderful… So comfortable to be there while we were visiting with my son’s young baby for our visitation. We will be back many more times throughout the year and we plan to use this Airbnb! As I said, it could be our home away from home. We loved every second of our stay.

This is my third stay at The Greenhouse. It’s so cozy, clean and has everything Sharon describes plus more! Personal touches such as a sound machine in the bedroom, stocked coffee station, board games, extra cozy blankets, dog bowls and outdoor furniture set this listing apart. Sharon is communicative and proactive, she always answers any questions before I have to ask! I will keep coming back to visit The Greenhouse. Thank you, Sharon!!

Our return stay at Sarah's Cliffside Retreat on Petit Jean Mountain was just as wonderful and relaxing as the first. Priceless views from the large, multiple windows (all spotlessly clean) and the expansive deck. Large and spacious kitchen (plenty of room for more than one adult to participate in meal prep) with modern appliances and everything we needed. Plenty of space for a group of adults to gather or to spread out into our own space if needed. Enjoyed a delicious sunset meal at the nearby state park lodge and several, short winter hikes, all within a 5-10 minute drive on top of the mountain. We'll be back!
