House is exactly as described in the ad: beautiful, spacious and cozy. A true haven of peace and quiet. The housekeeper was extremely attentive, always ready to assist with any doubt or need, and always with a lot of education. The house is excellent. Bonita, well located and in a very quiet location. The kitchen is very well-equipped, the pool is large and the living room is super comfortable. The rooms are good and the beds are quite comfortable. The host was super polite and helped us in what was needed. Since my family is from the city, I can tell with property about the good location and the ease of access. I recommend the accommodation to everyone who wants a beautiful and quiet location in Itape.

The house is stunning and the reception a show apart! Everything corresponds with the photos and has a very well equipped kitchen. The maintenance of the internal and external areas were impeccable. The housekeeper Uellinton was very helpful and gave us total privacy. We went in a group with 1 baby, 2 children, 2 children, 1 lady and 4 couples and the house met everyone's needs very well.

We love our time here at the home of Luiza! She was extremely flexible with us at check-in and at the checkout that helped us a lot considering our needs!!!! the house is very good, especially the barbecue/pool area!

I took a course during the month of July in Sorocaba and chose Dani's apartment to be my home during the month. The apartment is beautiful, well planned and super cozy. It was very nice to be able to come back at the end of the day and stay in such a pleasant environment. The location is excellent, close to the main avenue of the neighborhood, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping. By having acoustic windows, bed and pillows super comfortable the quiet sleep was guaranteed. Dani is a super attentive, polite and kind person. I recommend to everyone who has the opportunity to stay there.
