We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

The Place is relaxing and very nice place for family outing. I will recommend this to all my friends and family. Hosts are really accommodating and friendly. Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

Thumbs up to our host, Celine, and their caretaker kuya Joseph, for their hospitality. They really made sure their guests have a great stay. The place was also really easy to find. We like the feels upon entering the place; It was well-landscaped and aesthetically pleasing. They also have lots of pets(fishes, turtles, rabbit) that my niece and nephew really enjoyed. The hotspring pool was nice and warm and the elders really enjoyed their stay in the jacuzzi. For special mention, the aircon was really nice and cold plus they have fans in the room that helped the cold air move around, perfect for sleeping after soaking in their hotspring pool. Definitely would want to go back for some hotspring outing.

Our 2nd time with this resort and definitely not the last. Overall experience is amazing!

Alexis is a great host. The space was spacious and extra clean, making it very comfortable throughout our visit. It’s also perfectly located near nature, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The friendly guards make us feel safe and welcomed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We're a couple with a German Shepherd dog. Overall value for money is great! Willy, the host's assistant, was very accommodating. He helped us with all our concerns with the check-in, kitchen, and transportation. Our dog loved it in the neighborhood!

The place is beautiful and very relaxing. We are provided with the basic necessities, the automatic ice maker and coffee maker are nice addition. Both Sharon and the staff are helpful. The staff are always available to assist and are all pleasant and respectful. We had a great time and will surely come back for a longer stay.

We’ve stayed in this unit three times now, and each visit has been wonderful. While we haven’t met Ms. Rosalie in person, she has always been a very accommodating host. Her instructions are always clear, and the unit is consistently clean, offering a relaxing space to return to after our trip to EK. ☺️

I booked Emma's place for my cousins who are currently vacationing in the Philippines. According to them, the place is cozy and clean, and in a convenient location. Emma was a great host as she (or her husband) responded to my messages right away. They provided clear and detailed instructions for the unit. I will definitely recommend their place for anyone who wishes to stay in Sta. Rosa area. My cousins and I would like to extend our sincerest thanks to Emma.

I had an ejoyable three week stay at Gracy's home. Gracy's home is a simple, older, two-story, traditional Filipino style home but was very cozy and quiet. The home had all the necessary kitchen appliances needed for cooking and also had very strong air conditioning. My girlfriend and I mostly slept in the main bedroom upstairs because it was the roomiest, but there were two other smaller rooms on the same floor. Taller or bigger adults might not like the size of the bathrooms and showers. The WiFi connection was very fast and strong. The home is in a safe, exclusive residential community and there was regular, free shuttle service to the nearby Ayalas Mall Solenad in Nuvali (15 min drive) for shopping. There were some minor nitpicks like occasional ants or worms here and there, and the bathroom sinks only running cold water but thankfully no major issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Gracy's place and would highly recommend it to other tourists looking for a place for longer stays.

Booked the place on the day of our check-in as a last minute decision to go to Tagaytay for our wedding anniversary. The unit is big (corner unit)and situated on the ground floor. What I liked most is that it has a king-sized bed with a pull out bed (queen-sized). We have our two kids (21 y/o and 14 y/o) with us and the sleeping arrangement is so perfect for us. Beds and pillows are comfy, comforters were provided too. The unit also has a veranda which our shih tzu loved staying at (smelling the pine trees while appreciating the cool breeze). And yes, it’s really pet-friendly. The building itself and the unit may be old but it’s clean, smells good and complete with utensils and appliances. We just got lost at first in locating the building but the guards along the way were friendly and very helpful. We also got to meet Alexie when we checked out who’s very warm and friendly. Thanks again for our relaxing and wonderful stay!

Casa Luminaria was more than what our group of 16 expected. The place was unique and offered a lot of open spaces where the adults and the youth could hang around to chat or just snooze. Loved the pool! It was just the right temperature for either a morning or evening swim, plus it was really photogenic. The staff was nice enough to prepare us a spot for a bonfire which we never really got to use because we were already blissfully distracted with our card games. The property is secluded enough and vast that we didn’t have to worry about being too noisy for the neighbors. You could see that the place needed some cosmetic fix-ups, with some dried leaves and plants on the ground, the roof and in the gardens. But, overall, it was a nicely located charmingly rustic piece of heaven for young folks and seniors. Rowena supplied drinking water & a coffee maker but do drop by one of the fresh buko stalls nearby. Appreciated how Rowena was so accommodating. Definitely worth a return visit!

Great place! Very clean and with complete amenities. Very homey and private, we really enjoyed our stay! Plus the owners are so kind, accommodating, and very helpful. We’ll definitely come back again in the near future :)
