Holiday houses in Pikeville

We had a great time riding the trails. Perfect location to access trails. Close to town and car wash. Bring quarters for the wash and cash for purchases in town. Extra fee is added for credit card transactions. Very enjoyable stay.

Absolutely beautiful scenery! Private setting with lots of space. We were able to prepare home cooked meals with dishes already in the house. Excellent view for watching elk cross. We loved our stay and look forward to returning soon. Our host responded quickly and always helpful. Thank you for making our trip a home away from home.

Don’s and amazing host! He went out of his way to make me safe in the winter conditions. He is a great communicator and very organized. He helped me plan my arrival when the roads were better and came down the mountain to the little village to pick me up in his all-terrain vehicle. He did a great job with renovating the space and has his own artwork on the walls. Very kind person.!

We had a great stay! It’s the perfect getaway in the mountains of Virginia. Super clean, spacious, very nice kitchen and even a washer and dryer! Plus, a quiet and peaceful place with beautiful surroundings. Michael is a very responsive host as well. We will definitely be back as we have family in the area. Thanks Michael! Five stars!

Place was easy to find great location to downtown Elkhorn City and 20 Min to Pikeville. Parking was somewhat of a concern, we had two cars and it was tight. If you brought a couple of trucks and trailers I would have know idea where to park. Be ready for stink bugs they were around in the house, I know it is tough to keep them out but just be aware.

We travelled from SC for an overnight trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peggy’s place! It was just like it’s described, great location too! The porches are perfect for morning coffee. The house is well stocked with anything you could need! Peggy is a great host, her response time to my messaged was quick, she was very accommodating to us and our arrival time! Check in was a breeze! Highly recommend! We will definitely stay there again!

What a unique and beautiful residence. My husband is from that area, and we came up from Florida to visit with his family. One of his uncles and his wife stayed with us and we branched out from there to visit others daily. The home is so beautiful and comfy with many areas to sit a spell and visit. Loved everything about it! We would absolutely book here again!

We stayed here for a long holiday weekend to go on the trails with our family and friends. What a cute and cozy cabin to stay at! Everything was as described and the little touches were even better. The hostess was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

great location just down the road from our sons home. which gave us a quiet place to unwind after a day with the grandkids. House was decorated for the holidays for an added homey touch. will definitely be back. close to the historical sites, riding trail and not far from a Kroger for groceries also a Walmart about 3 mile on 119. thank you for a great stay.

This is my husbands third year staying here for work Great value and great place Luann is a great host!
