John's apartment is stunning. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities you could want. It can be chilly in Nice in the winter but the flat was always cosy and warm. John and Dorine, who looks after things in Nice are so helpful and friendly and all the communications were clear and easy and very responsive. Dorine was even able to let us check in a bit early which was very much appreciated. The local neighbourhood is also great, with a much more local feel and packed with great restaurants. Shops and the essential bakery all close at hand, a 5 minute walk to the Promenade, 10 minutes to the old town and 15 mins to the station for day trips. Absolutely perfect for us and hope to come back for another winter trip to Nice before too long

Nice apartment in Vallauris Golfe Juan, steps away from the seaside. Good amenities, with a supermarket and several bakeries a few minutes’ walk away. Restaurants and cafes along the sea as well. The apartment was very comfortable, the kitchen was particularly well equipped for an Airbnb, everything we needed to make a good meal was available. Having visited in winter, we regretted the absence of direct sunlight in the apartment, but it must keep the place cool in summer. Would recommend staying at Cristian’s place if you’re in the area!

Maï’s apartment was absolutely beautiful—perfect for my girls and me! It was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we could possibly need. If we visit Nice again, I’d definitely stay here again!

Great appartment in a good location

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

I had a wonderful time in Nice with my family. This place was honestly perfect! Clean, great kitchen, spacious bedroom and i loved the living room area with the cuty balcony. There's a bakery right next to the place, where we got our fresh bread for breakfast + there are tons of restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets close by. The communication with the hosts was one of the best I've probably had here. Super sweet, helpful and kind. I'd choose this place again, again and again! Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Olga's house and the place where it is located are enchanting. The house is spacious, clean, and fully furnished. The psychic is heated. In person, it's better than in photos. thank you for your hospitality.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Best location in the old town of Antibes. We loved the stay. The parking is 5 minutes away, be sure to book a multi day parking pass otherwise it gets expensive

Guillaume is a very friendly and pleasant person and his home is really perfect for short and long stays. The location is convenient, central and quiet and the apartment is well maintained and super equipped. Nothing is missing and the cleanliness is impeccable. There are many parking lots in the surrounding areas, both free and for a fee. As a book devourer, I can't help recommending a visit to the bookstore under the apartment, especially if you have young children. I saw that on Saturday they organize group readings for children and families and the environment is really welcoming. Thank you, you can see all the love there is in what you do!

We stayed at Raffi for 4 days for the Nice Carnival. Although difficult to reach by car as the apartment is located in the old town, Raffi gave us all the clear instructions to locate each other and retrieve the keys. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and above all very quiet. We'll be happy to go back!

If you want to take a vacation, the wellness and numerous activities will find it here. Great hot tub, outdoor shower, 30 seconds to beach. Perfect! The area is super easy to explore by train. Our dog felt very comfortable. Tip: to swim with a dog to the beach behind the bridge, walk 10 minutes. Lots of great restaurants and shopping are also within easy walking distance. The walk at the harbor is worthwhile. Marc was an amazing host!

The apartment is very well located within easy walking distance between the sea and the main Cote D'Azur main road. Far better on the inside than the outside. Clean, comfy bed, good shower and view of the sea. Great base in Villefranche for all the places to visit and choice of public transport. One trip is not enough.

Me and my colleagues had a great stay in this airbnb while visiting a conference in Monaco. The apartment has a great location for a fraction of the price compared to staying in Monaco. There are multiple grocery stores and restaurants at walking distance from the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here!

Brand new place and great location. You're in the town center. The accommodation is beautiful, large, very clean and with a beautiful terrace that with the right temperatures becomes magical. The presence of a private garage makes it perfect. If you want, you can forget about the car because you have everything nearby and within walking distance. I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay at Sandrine's. Superb apartment and very well-equipped apartment. Sandrine is a very welcoming and friendly host and very attentive. The roof terrace is very large and very well furnished and offers us a magnificent view of the sea. The pool is beautiful. We will come back when we have the opportunity to return to Nice. We highly recommend this listing .
