Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Pigeon Forge

We enjoyed our stay! The house was in a very convenient location.

Our stay was wonderful. We had a large group and everyone had their own space. There was plenty of amenities in the home and we were close to town without feeling like it. Host was very responsive. Will definitely recommend this to anyone and will bookmark this house for future vacations. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

We booked this cabin for my son's 17th birthday. The location is close to shops, restaurants, and all the attractions. The cabin had plenty of space for everyone (there were 6 of us total). The den had such a wonderful variety of games to choose from! Pool table, poker tab, foosball, arcade games, and board games! There is a fireplace and living room set up in the den as well as a wet bar! There is a laundry room that separates the den from the main living area and doors on both ends to shut off the den from the living area. The main living area has a large dining table, living room w/ fireplace, and the bedrooms are off that. The master has a TV, dual sinks outside the bathroom separatfrom bathroom, and the bathroom has a walk in shower with two seats. The 2 bedroom has a TV, and plenty of storage for clothes. The third room have two single beds with trundle beds under each bed, TV, and room connects to the bathroom. The second bathroom is accessible from living area and the third BR.

Had a nice and private back porch with the hot tub. The inside had plenty of seating and the kitchen was well stocked with plates/bowls and things to cook with. The basement was super fun with the pool and poker tables and a huge TV in the living room with a Roku to use all of our streaming platforms

Place is pet friendly. Which is great! Yard was small and a steep pitch to it. The bed had a dip to it. Place was nice and cozy. Very close to the main strip. Danny was great responding to any questions. Definitely would recommend.

We really enjoyed staying in this cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved being on the river, so relaxing setting in the hot tub listening to the river. The driveway is a little steep and the road to it. The house is private but close to everything. Would definitely recommend and would like to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful mountain home.

Good location close to downtown Sevierville, could walk down to the river. 5 min drive to downtown Sevierville for dinner. GSMNP was ~30 min but could take backroads. House was clean and comfortable. Movie theater was the highlight—super comfortable and great for movies or TV. Only downside is you need to walk through the master bedroom and/or bathroom and then go outside the house to get to the theater (the mater bed/bathroom is also the only access to the back yard). No big deal if you’re a family, could be awkward if you’re a group. Overall liked the place. Would stay again

What an amazing place! Very modern and cozy with a cabin/farm house feel. Great views and secluded location. Just a short 10 minutes drive to the attractions at Pigeon Forge and about 25 minutes to Gatlinburg. Kathryn is a great host and super attentive. Just want to give 2 recommendations to keep in mind. If it is snowing or in icy conditions, the road leading to the cabin can be dangerous. There are signs around that says do not attempt on icy conditions. AWD/4x4 would be recommended. But even with that, you won't be able to drive or leave the cabin until the snow melts. Also there is a narrow bridge that connects to the community and a super wide truck wouldn't be able to cross it. That bridge is the only way leading to the community. Other than that, this is a great place and would recommend it to anyone. Would definitely want to comeback soon.

The house was beautiful! It had so many amenities…something for everyone. The layout was spacious and provided everyone with their own privacy too. The kitchen had all appliances and dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans you would need. There were two washers and dryers! The game room was amazing. The dining table was large and allowed everyone to gather. The decks were lovely…the hot tub was great!! There were plenty of towels and washcloths…soaps, shampoo/conditioner, and lotions provided throughout. The hosts were friendly and so responsive. I highly recommended them as hosts and this house as a destination. We will definitely go back for a longer stay. This experience was fantastic!!!

Great location and very clean home. It was a peaceful and quiet stay but close enough to the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would highly recommend!

Great and relaxing stay at Fancy Pants! Enjoyed some chilly weather in the hot tub and by the fire. Shuffleboard and the arcade classics console were a big hit. Would definitely stay again!

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.

We had a great stay at the cabin. Very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was excellent after a cold day in town. We will be back to stay for sure. Thank you Tammy and Victor!

We just returned home from spending Thanksgiving week with our extended family. The villa was perfect for our needs! The view of the mountains from the great room is incredible! The bunk room was perfect for our three kids to share. We are hoping to book again next year.

My husband and I booked last minute because our original booking was canceled due to weather. Everything went very smooth with the booking and check in process. The cabin was clean and very cozy. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!!

Great cozy cabin with breathtaking views. First time seeing snow and were able to take our dogs to enjoy too. A little tricky to find the cabin in the nighttime, but the instructions given definitely helped! Very clean and the perfect getaway.

This place was super cozy and so cute! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. The host provided very clear instructions. The cabin was clean. The tub was really nice and easy to use. Only things missing were oil and a sponge to clean the kitchen. We loved it and would definitely recommend it!
