Wonderful place to stay in the mountains with its own pool. It was even more beautiful as described. Beautifully laid out with amazing views on all sides. A place to feel good!

Our stay was great for the 8 of us. We found the accommodation cozy & really felt very comfortable. Harald was very nice, relaxed and gave us good recommendations for the area. For our 3-day mini ski vacation, it was also really fine that the next ski lift in Scheffau (beautiful ski resort) was only about 30 minutes away. We will be happy to be back next year. Our family of 5 met with my brother's family of 5 here in Kuchl for a week holiday. Daniela's home was very nice. Plenty of space, nice outdoor area, everything the kids could want for fun. Our kids ranged from 1.5 yrs to 12. unfortunately the weather was rainy and colder than we expected, but we still had a great time. we visited Salzburg, the salt mine, thermal baths, and on sunny days enjoyed hiking and toboggan. supermarket 5 minutes away. kitchen had everything we needed, and the kids enjoyed feeding the chickens, ducks, and cats. We'd recommend it to others especially with kids.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

great location, beautiful place, great view even from the sauna, great beds, spacious, everything you need for a medium or large group. great kitchen. even a got a fussball table. :)

Superb housing in a very convenient location, with an incredible view of the mountains. The house was spotless, perfectly prepared when we arrived, and very well maintained. Everything was in line with the description. Communication with Julian was very smooth and efficient; everybody was very helpful. We can only recommend it.

We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

Location good, place so cozy

The place was perfect! Very clean, very modern, well equipped and a good location. Anna is a super hostess. She is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would immediately choose this beautiful apartment again.

Kerstin's house is located in a beautiful valley close to Saalach and is surrounded by the most beautiful mountains. It's a 5-minute walk to the river. In particular, children can play excellently there and, for example, build dams from stones, let stones jump over the water, and build stone towers. (stone-balancing) In the vicinity are the best ski resorts in the world. Fieberbrunn with connection to the ski circus Saalbach Hinterglemm - Leogang is about 35 minutes away. Zell am See is also easily accessible. The Almenwelt Lofer family ski resort is only 4 minutes away by car. The house is perfectly equipped and very comfortable. The beautiful tiled stove ensures a cozy warmth. Overall, nothing is missing. The house is self-contained and has a large, well-kept garden with several seating options. We were also allowed to use the garage. Kerstin is extremely friendly and always available. Clear 10 out of 10! We'll be happy to come back anytime!

We, a family of 8, felt very comfortable. Since the heating failed, we would immediately have been offered a replacement accommodation. We still chose the Neuhaus Alm, which is why additional radiators were provided to us, which was completely sufficient. We'll be happy to come back anytime

The stay was really fantastic. The hosts were really very, very nice and accommodating. We were a little nervous about getting our car through the snow, and were kindly driven to the ski lift and picked up, which was really very nice. We would definitely recommend attaching snow chains in snow or parking 250 m in front of the snowy path and walking the rest, which is also possible without any problems (if you are not a trained snow driver like us). The place itself was charming and really very private, ideal for couples looking for some peace. The private sauna and the hot tub were the absolute highlight, but the structure and design of the chalet also appealed to us very much. We will be happy to come back.

Peer is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative! He was super flexible with our late arrival (traveling with two babies), provided all the necessary information about the house, and was always happy to help with any request, like an extra heater. He also gave us great recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Peer’s house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! The living room is huge, the garden must be amazing in the summertime, and the surrounding views are absolutely breathtaking. This was my first holiday in the German Alps, but as a complete package—host, house, location, and atmosphere—I don’t think we could have found anything better! The village has plenty of great spots to try local cuisine and family-friendly attractions. If you love walking, there are beautiful trails right on your doorstep, and within a 30-minute drive, you can discover some truly stunning places and scenic routes. Would we recommend it? 200% yes!

We traveled with two families for a week’s ski holiday and as there was just 9 of us we had ample of space. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There are lots of bathrooms and toilets so getting ready in the morning was easy. The sauna was much appreciated by all after a full day of skiing. There is a great boot room with a heated cupboard to keep your boots and your ski clothes nice and warm over night. Really great touch. The shared spaces are really cosy and comfy. Plenty of space for kids and grownups to have their own space for chilling and socialising. The kitchen is great for cooking and we ended up staying in most nights even if there are a lot of great eating options nearby. The location is superb with a short walk to the gondola. Skiing at the resort is fantastic and is well catered for kids and families. We have no hesitation in recommending this place for any family or group of friends.

Beautiful, well-furnished house with everything we needed for a long weekend.

We stayed here with four adults and two smaller children for winter holidays. The property and the region are great for various types of winter activities. If you have higher requirements in the alpine ski area, for example, you can reach the Widen Kaiser in about 35 minutes.

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

We were with 5 men (aged 56-72 years), in a house where up to 14 people can stay. So we had more than space and comfort, each with its own toilet, room, and 4 bathrooms. We enjoyed this house, where we had the pistolts delivered to the door every day, in the morning, through the local bakery. Location is 5 minutes away from the main road, but ideally located between the ski area Kaltenbach and Zillertal Arena. Host/host were very friendly and accessible. We accidentally spilled a glass of red wine over the couch (with fabric upholstery), but they didn't make a problem about that. We would definitely come back if the opportunity would arise and can only recommend this home.

Very pleasant staying in this place. Werner is a nice host. Recommend it for families. You get everything for a lovely stay in the mountains.
