Thank you victoria because you made our short stay amazing. The place itself is amazing , tidy , quiet and 1 minute away from the beach.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

The accommodation was really very nice and lovingly furnished. A little small for three adults, but absolutely sufficient for our stay. We also had super nice weather (end of October) and were able to enjoy our breakfast every morning on the terrace overlooking the sea view. Particularly noteworthy are the hosts who are absolute people of the heart. They surprised us with homemade treats, which made our stay even more special. I also had the opportunity to refresh my Greek with Angelos. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the place!

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

We had 4 beautiful days in the accommodation. She offered everything we imagined. Check-in was flexible and we were also offered a later check out. We definitely recommend the place

We enjoyed our holidays on Simos place and hope that as soon as possible! October was good period to enjoy the sun, sea and also the beach which is on the Simos courtyard :). The view is magnificient!

We didn't arrive at the property until midnight. We were warmly welcomed and immediately invited to a garden party to eat and drink. The property is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Pool very nice and clean. There's nothing to criticize at all. We felt very comfortable.

Pantelis was an excellent host. He was proactive and very kind. Communication with him was super-easy and quick. His place is well-equipped and peaceful, and only a 5-minute walk away from the great beach. Definitely recommended home!

It was spotlessly clean, perfectly located in the city center, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The convenience of having everything I needed, along with the great location, made my stay incredibly enjoyable and hassle-free. The host was absolutely wonderful! She stayed in touch throughout my stay, making sure everything was perfect, and was incredibly sweet and attentive. Her kindness and constant availability added a personal touch to the experience, making it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend both the host and the house!

I enjoyed an endearing month remote working from Augusta’s apartment. Thessaloniki was fabulous and Augusta’s charming apartment was a great base to explore its allure. An ideal location with convenient access to both the centre of town and the acropolis and the upper end of town. The apartment was great and had everything needed to make it a very comfortable and well equipped home/office - including a reasonable internet connection. Augusta was friendly, informative and very responsive to all queries.

In the apartment everything was just as described, Boris was really helpful before and during our stay as well. The only thing I could mention is the poor water pressure in the shower and taps but that is common in Greece as far as I know.

The apartment served us very well for 3 nights and although the neighbourhood is slightly tatty, it is easy to walk to all the sights plus, and importantly, there are several really good restaurants just a few minutes walk away. We felt it was better for a taste of real Greek life to stay in this area rather than near the seafront. Dimitri responded extremely quickly when we emailed him with questions (re parking, where to eat etc) so all in all we were very happy with our choice of Airbnb.

We LOVED our time at this beautiful apartment, amazing location surrounded by bars and places to eat but super peaceful up on the top floor with the most amazing terrace I’ve ever seen. Close to all the must see places in Thessaloniki and the best most communicative hosts imaginable, could not recommend this place more!

Tasteful and modern space literally in the heart of the city. Clean and easy to access everything. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and very clean. It had everything necessary to make your stay beautiful , it always had hot water and warm in the room . A problem that arose with the elevator at Christmas after contacting Thanasis was immediately resolved despite the difficult day. I would definitely prefer it again if I visit Thessaloniki again

Nancy was a proactive host eager to give us every information necessary to make our stay feel great. The apartment was clean and it was exactly as it looked like in the photos. The location was great and everything was teachable by foot. Getting in the apartment was easy. If I might add some negatives about the place, it would be that the heating was off when we arrived and it took some time for the place to reach an appropriate tetemperature. Also there were no shutters in one room, leading to some sunlight entering the room in the morning.

Very good space, very clean, warm with all the facilities, with very nice view. Perfect for a family or a large group of friends. The host was impeccable and helpful.
