What a superb spacious apartment, fitted to a very good standard , the welcome drinks and bread were most appreciated The view from the terrace was amazing and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket,restaurant,shops and the ferry crossings. Verbania itself was lovely, quieter than Stessa but still had a good vibe. Isola Bella and Superiore were our favourite islands with restaurants bars and shops, whereas on Isola Madri you had to pay for the entrance to the palace and gardens and there was nothing else to do if you didn’t. The Saturday market which you could see from the apartment, was worth going to. Fiorella was an outstanding host and looked after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

We were completely satisfied. Beautiful, very clean apartment in a great location. We will be back.

2nd time staying here and I’ll probably go for a third in the near future. Everything about the place is excellent and I highly recommend. This is the best location in Argegno.

I rented Stefano's place for 9 nights, and the place is highly recommended for the following reasons: 1. Stefano, as host, is responsive to questions (e.g., best pasta, pizza, and gelato places)--including suggestions for improvement, 2. The place is accessible to buses and trams, especially along route 4/4N (e.g., Sebastapoli for Inalpi Arena, Porta Nouva and Aricescovado for restos), and 3. The place is clean, secured, and looks the same as in the property listing.

Federico is an amazing host, extremely responsive and proactive in the communication. He answered all of our questions almost immediately, he was very kind and needless to say that his city guide was very helpful. The place itself is great, it has all the amenities one might need and the location is spot on - very close to great restaurants, bars and public transport.

There are absolutely no bad things to say about our time here. Francesca was super polite, helpful, and flexible. Her place was magical and the peaceful oasis we needed. Would absolutely book again.

A great apartment, spacious and very clean. Fantastic comfy beds, great kitchen space. Super responsive host answered any questions really quickly and so helpful before and our stay. The apartment is located in a great area, easy walk to city centre and the playground for the children and also free parking around the house. Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

Paola's apartment is perfect! I loved it both for the location in the Molo neighborhood, super central and at the same time quiet, and for the fantastic atmosphere that you can experience while staying in the house. Super clean and equipped with all comforts, bright and also very quiet. The co-host was very kind to me. I'll definitely be back and have already recommended it to all of my friends!

The apartment is very nice. Located on the 4 floor with elevator, it is bright and airy. If desired, it is possible to safely park the car in the basement. The accommodation is very clean and well equipped, nothing is missing. It is located right in the center of Varese which is convenient for walking to the restaurant, shopping or taking the train to Milan. There is traffic during the day but it is not disturbing and the nights were quiet. Communication with Francesca was excellent, the information is complete and clear. Plus, she gave us a lot of tourist information that was helpful. Francesca is very welcoming and available for any questions. This apartment is the perfect place to visit Lake Como, Lake Maggiore or go to Milan during the day, we had a great week there.

Anna and Tommy went out of their way to get us in earlier as our other airbnb's hot water broke. This was very thoughtful and very much appreciated!! Tommy also went above and beyond and let us camp out in another airbnb close by (he even walked us to it) as they had guests checking in the next day and our ferry didn't leave until later in the day. 100% recommend, don't think twice, just book!! Place is adorable, clean, close to everything....I can't say enough good things!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The pool was great, and not shared with too many people. The views were lovely. The location is a ten minute drive from Luino, but there are a couple of good restuarants and a small supermarket within a short walk. It's very quiet and peaceful. The only slight issue is that we were expecting fans in all the bedrooms, but they had only provided one. However this was rectified the same day we reported it. It certainly needs fans when it's hot!

Great view and the pool (which we couldn't use in October because of the weather) are a dream. Paola is a dream host and always available and had many tips right from the start. Unfortunately, shopping is not possible in the village, i.e. you either have to buy something in smaller shops (if you can find a parking space) or have to go back to Como. Otherwise, you can also start directly at the apartment for a few hikes. There are restaurants in the village or in nearby villages if you can find a parking space - which was unfortunately an issue even in October (also because of construction sites)

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was not missing anything, the exterior was beautiful a beautiful saltwater pool that unfortunately we could not take advantage of for the adverse weather! Busano offers the tranquility of a small village. But you can easily reach everything by car. I would describe it as an oasis of tranquility and relaxation. The discerned and kind owners are always ready to give advice or aggevolve a serene vacation. If we go there again, we'll be back more than happy to come back.

We had a great stay at the property. Everything was just like on the photos. The view from apartment no. 3 is outstanding and worth every penny. The pool is another highlight and an absolute rarity on Lake Como. Everything was super clean, and the communication as well as the arrival and departure were hassle-free. Ilaria was always available and responded quickly to questions. The location is great for excursions in the area and offers everything you need (restaurant, bus stop and grocery store directly opposite). We will definitely recommend.

we had a great stay at Elena's apartment, she and her husband were very welcoming. the place is very well located, close to lenno to take the boat. the apartment is very functional, clean and tidy and has a very nice view of the lake. the kitchen has everything you need to prepare small dishes for 4. Elena was always very responsive and attentive. We had a very pleasant stay with the family in this beautiful setting🥰. Kind regards

The place was very clean, tidy , nice hospitality from the host , the space for the bedroom and the bathroom, the living room with the kitchen is very comfortable and spacious, I liked it very much, but it is very important to renovate the towels, bed sheets, they are old and used a lot and affect the quality of use , and the host has promised to change them for future guests And the train station is so close to the dwelling

First of all, we were here in early October in changeable weather. We could no longer use the beautiful outdoor area at this time of year. The apartment is very tasteful and high-quality furnished. Everything works. However, it is only bright when all the lamps are turned on. Sitting comfortably inside is a bit difficult, there is a missing armchair, a small table. But that's too bad if you implement the many culinary tips from the hosts for osterias and bars, because then you're always on the road. The car is located in the underground parking. The exit to Via Regina overlooking the lake is a promise for the day. Our hosts are always available via chat and answer any questions immediately.
