Excellent place less than 10 minutes from downtown Los Bancos in case you need anything you need. The best walking trails since it is an experience worth enjoying from start to finish.

This was our holidays family retreat to an impeccably restored Spanish colonial house, decorated with great taste and exquisite details. A Perfect place to unwind with your loved ones with plenty or areas to share quality time. We felt welcomed the minute we walked in and we will certainly come back. An excellent place to rest from the city. It is a large, private and cozy space perfect for getting out of the ordinary. It is close to Mindo and other villages ideal for to tour in search of interesting activities. I 100% recommend this place.

Stefan and Kari's place is so cozy and there's a nice vibe. We felt very good and enjoyed its beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended if you want to escape the city and at the same time be nearby. Had an amazing few weeks here. The location is simply stunning. Peaceful, with lots of plants and green space and mountain views as the backdrop, its so tranquil compared to the exterior hustle and bustle of Tumbaco. The house is thoughtfully designed and everything fits together to create an incredibly relaxing space. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and this will be my go to rental whenever I am back in the area. Thank you so much for a place that felt like home!

The place is beautiful, it has several places outside the house, but inside the development that make the experience more interesting. The place is very nice and its BBQ area is very comfortable. The kitchen is quite well equipped and the house in general as well. Carolina was very friendly and allowed us to check out a few hours later. Probably the only thing that was missing was wifi, because the house does not reach a good cell signal and it was quite lacking for different things.
