The space is excellent, according to the description, clean, well maintained apartment, close to the beach, the people of the condominium are cordial and kind. The hosts are staff were thoughtful and respo dem fast. We were pleased!

Excelente apartamento

The place is a condominium with two apartment towers, including fixed residents and fixed or app rental options. The accommodation listed 1 bathroom but has 2: one in the suite and the other social, which was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen is fully equipped, with items such as microwave, oven, barbecue, knives, openers, pots, glasses, glasses and more. Common areas include movie room, game room (bookable via app by owner), bocha cancha, sports court, sauna and swimming pool, accessible with bracelet provided. The local beach is not ideal for bathing, but Piçarras, a 10-minute walk away, is great. The air-conditioning of the living room did not work, but the rooms were perfect. The bathrooms have good pressure and electric heating. A negative point was the lack of blackout curtain in the rooms, making them clear at dawn. There is a hairdryer available and a parking space, which can be rotated if there is more than one couple.

The apartment was well furnished, comfortable, perfect for our group. We were super happy with the accommodations.

The apartment is wonderful and the night view of the sea with the moon is the icing on the cake. Cleaning of the impeccable apartment, had all we need is a little more. Technology, convenience, accessibility and wonderful location. Ana responds promptly and diligently to demands whenever it is necessary, and there is still Gisele who lives there, which is a person sympathy, in addition to being very quick and helpful every time we need it. There are no regrets, just wanting to come back!

Perfect, very cozy,clean,with everything you need, extremely polite and helpful host, near supermarket location, pharmacy, foot in the sand, security note 1000 in the condominium, condominium with infrastructure, games lounge, heated pool, party hall and others. we will return for sure and recommend it.🏖️
